This is a beautiful and safe community with many great amenities within itself and easy access to the highway, shopping, and other entertainment. The staff are courteous, caring and professional and overall the community is well managed!

    Great neighborhood and the staff is amazing! Maintenance has also been great the few times it has been needed. Fortunately things usually quiet down at night but there is a lot of noise (neighbors, pets, traffic, etc.) heard when inside the apartment.

      We have loved living at District at Saxony because we have great management, timely maintenance that go above and beyond to please you. A beautiful lake and walking/bicycle paths. Our clubhouse has a half court gymnasium, workout facilities, and business office for your use. We enjoy the quiet, professional atmosphere.

          The location is wonderful and the staff has been exceptional to work with. My maintenance requests have all been handled the same day. (The few that I have had.) I would highly recommend The District as a place to live. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are well maintained and quite lovely.

            For the most part I like the community (especially the fitness classes) but you can hear everything that goes on in the building (people using the restroom, things shaking from the floor above, people talking, etc.) These are expensive apartments to have those issues.

              Love, love, love The District at Saxony! Great, clean, and safe community with amazing staff! Thanks to the staff did all the great and hard work! Will definitely recommend this complex to friends and family! Would like to see more community events take place.

                our experience with the community is excellent. However we had a small problem with the washing machine which I believe is sorted out. We are happy with the responsiveness of the staff and their high professionalism in addressing our needs swiftly. Thank you

                  So far I've had zero complaints about this community. It's a fair price for the amenities that are offered and the Fishers area provides even more opportunity for shopping and entertainment. With a short commute to Indianapolis and easy access to I-69, this community proves to also be a great option for any seniors commenting to Ball State or to Indianapolis for work.

                    Always feel safe and happy. Its a great place to live for anyone looking to have apartment life or as a temporary transition option like myself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone lookingt to feel safe, comfortable and secure. My son loves it!

                      It is a nice place to live, but it seems the office must babysit all of the residents. People just don't know how to live in an apartment with other people and be respectful. There is nothing for kids to do here! The clubhouse and pool rules are very strict!

                        Great management, quick maintenance workers, awesome community! We had lived here for over a year when we decided we needed to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment...the office staff was very accommodating and helpful with our transfer. We love it here!

                          I lived in the District for a little over 4 months. It was the worst apartment experience I have ever encountered. I lived in the one bedroom layout and the space was entirely too small. My guests had no room to maneuver around without bumping into a wall or my furniture. I was also disappointed with the office staff. The office manager was extremely rude and made my living experience even more dreadful. I have two small yorkies and they were also cramped in the small living space. The walls are so thin that you can here every sound that comes from the hallway. During the winter months, the snow crew did a great job with cleaning up the snow but did not do a great job with cleaning up the dog crap that was scattered all over the sidewalks. Management enforced via email that residents should pick up after their dogs but this was clearly not enforced during the winter months. Also, I did not feel safe. One night, I tried to drive into my apartment but the street was blocked off with armed police and dogs. They stated that I could not enter into my apartment because there was a criminal on the run in the area. During my stay, there were several criminal events that took place where police had to guard the apartments. After those 4 months of hell, I decided to move to a JC Hart community in Carmel and I have been extremely happy with my move.

                            The new management was friendly and helpful. Made the move in process smooth. Nice community. The fitness facility is a decent size for an apartment community. The maintenance staff is superb-always professional and timely in processing requests.

                              This apartment community is one of the nicest complexes I've ever been to. It feels more like a townhome/condo community than an apartment. The exterior property is beautiful and well-maintained on Lake Saxony. The inside of my apartment is very clean, nice, and modern.

                                The rental staff was exceptional, from first contact to move in they were knowledgable, friendly and polite. The grounds and buildings are immaculate my compliments to the staff especially in a. "Pet friendly" community. I have had one service issue non a Sunday and it was resolved in under thirty minutes. In the short amount of time I have resided at the District Community I have nothing but compliments for the JC Hart team.

                                  Very friendly and accommodating staff! Collin was fantastic from the first call to picking up the keys. The experience was easy and customer service is definitely important to them based on the level of attention we received! 5 stars all the way!

                                      Great! They never fail to make repairs. The grounds are beautiful and the bark park is lots of fun! The whole management team makes sure your needs are met. We have a monthly Resident Appreciation week that always prove fun. I really enjoy this community!!

                                        This community has high turn over. Security is not good . Very expensive for what you get. Communication is poor here. They just want the rent money. Look somewhere else!! There are places that will treat you better and respect you. Good luck

                                            I have not lived at District at Saxony for very long but so far my experiences have only been positive. Upon move in a light fixture was out and maintenance promptly corrected the issue. The staff has been friendly when answering questions for me as well.

                                                We love our community. We love our , townhouse, clubhouse, the beach and the walking trail. Its been great for walking our dog. The staff if friendly and responsive to our needs. We like that we can walk to restaurants, our dentist is there along with the mini post office.

                                                  Great apartment for my needs- I rented a furnished apartment through National Corporate Housing. The apartment was perfect upon my arrival.
