They friendliness of the leasing agent was made the process comfortable. I also was pleased with the ability to look at the exact apt. I would be leasing. I was a walk-in customer with no appointment yet I was given full attention to get the process completed that same day.

Have had great experience at the District. Helpful and responsive staff. Maintenance request handled quickly & easily. No complaints from me. Recently recommended it to a friend who was moving. Conveniently located to local amenities.

I love this place. Have lived here for three years and would continue to do so. The staff is super nice. The only negative is that the noise upstair does exsist but its not awful, the windows are drafty too but its not horrible. Overall its great.

Safe, good location, noisy (grounds keeping), no elevators or trash chutes, bike unfriendly, office hours not long enough, very friendly and helpful staff, nice gym, have to pay to install overhead lights (wtf)

Only here for a week but so far we enjoy the apartment and the property. Deb was totally awesome when we came by and took a tour and got back with us within the same day that we decided to make this community our home.Really looking forward to using the amenities here once winter is gone for good (lol. Just nice not having to worry about taking care of a house, yard, and all the other responsibilities that come with a house.

We moved into a JC Hart community when we first moved into the Indianapolis area. We then moved to The District because of the location. We have loved living in this community and have just signed a third lease so we can stay for another year. We love the staff, and have not had any complaints. The maintenance staff is out of this world amazing.

I've very pleased with the quietness of my apartment, the responsiveness of the office and maintenance staff and the overall experience of living at the District of Saxony. It is conveniently located to everything I need and would recommend the District at Saxony to anyone looking for an apartment home in Fishers.

The management is awesome. They made it very easy to move in. They are very friendly. If anything is wrong with the apartment as far as maintenance wise they get it fixed for you as soon as possible. They follow up with you on everything very well to ensure everything is completed and working.

I love the community here and all the staff members! Also, the fact that I feel really safe here is a extreme PLUS! The whole process of moving in was so easy and Deb made everything flow for us so we could get everything done that we needed in a timely manner.

I have really enjoyed my move to the district thus far and like the community. i have enjoyed the quality of apartment that i have, the location is nice off the lake. It will be nice to see what is done around the lake and what other businesses/restaurants and etc that will be there.

The place is pretty nice. The office people are pretty helpful when I need them. I think they need more trash areas though. It's kind of annoying come trash time. Their water/sewer fee seem unfair. I'm paying about $50 extra for water and sewer. The problem is there is absolutely no statement for my water usage. I live alone and am not even home much. I didn't account for an extra $50 in rent fees. I don't know about you, but I like to know what I'm charged for so I would hate to think they're splitting the entire buildings water/sewer fees and charging me the same as a bigger apartment with more people? I guess this is common is some buildings but with the high rent already I may look elsewhere when I have to renew.

We thought we moved into a high quality apartment and that has not been the case. We actually regret the move. The quality of products used are poor. It has horrible windows which make it extremely cold in the winter and hot in the summer which provide higher utility bills. The carpet is very cheap. The neighborhood does not feel safe and is not well lit. Kids and teenagers run around with no supervision at all and run out in the streets. The noise is heard really well which can be expected with an apartment, but even on the third floor, we hear a lot of what goes on below us. You can always hear anything going on in the hallway and our front door moves whenever the hallway door is opened.

Complete waste of my time and money!!!! Living here was not the pleasure I thought it was going to be. They switched management multiple times because everyone kept quitting and they next were always worse than the last. They simply made it clear that they did not care about anything but money by trying to charge nonsense fees to unexplainable things and completely trying to screw us of out of our $300 security deposit all together. Parking is atrocious no matter where you live. I don't like to play musical chair every damn day and night and no ine should have to live like that. Lights were out all the time and trash in the halls. The walls are so thin that you are literally having dinner and other intimate pleasures right there in the same room with your other neighbors. It's embarrssing to whomever built the buildings for the walls to be that thin. For how small and how much you pay, you can ALWAYS find a place w/ bigger and better space in a nice area who don't treat you like s@#t!!! DON'T LIVE HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

The staff and maintenance crews have been responsive and sincerely care about meeting your needs. My apartment is extremely quiet. The amenities are great including the pool, gym and weight room. Prior to moving to The District, I lived in a house for 20-plus years and can honestly say this was a good experience.

So far so good! The leasing staff made the move as smoothly as a move can be. Very polite and professional during the move. The apartment was clean and ready to go on the designated move in date and time.

So far I love it! I have met so many people and everyone is nice. I actually love coming home for a change.Everything that I would need after a hard days work is right here and I don't have to go far for anything.Speaking for myself I already have friends living in some of the homes and town homes in Saxony so my friends are within walking distance.

I agree with the majority of the negative reviews on here. Noise levels are unacceptable. There is going to be some noise living in an apartment community but when you can't hear yourself in your own apartment...that is ridiculous! The quality of the buildings themselves is poor workmanship. I have also found mold in my apartment especially around the window areas & my windows leak air constantly. The replacement staff doesn't seem to relate to residents any better than the old staff. Anytime you have a complaint, it's met with a rude attitude, threats of fees or fines, blah blah blah...you get the picture! JC Hart still ignores anybody who contacts them so that hasn't changed from prior reviews either. Save yourself money & the hassle & stay far away from here as well as other JC Hart communities.

They always fix things immediately and help with issues. The staff is awesome and very nice. The complex is busy and could use another smaller pool for kids. I love it here and will stay if I dont buy a house.

We have been at the District since 2011 and moved from our apartment into a townhome last year. We love the property and team here, very attentive and make you feel valued as a tenant. We have lived in rental communities most of our adult life and this one is by far the best experience.

Wow, this is not even remotely what I have found to be the case within this community. The staff is accommodating and friendly and the apartments are great. I do wish that people would write helpful (positive or negative) reviews rather than waste time for everyone on a personal agenda. This review is incredibly inaccurate and inappropriate for those of us who do live here. Please stop with the repeated postings as the false representation of the area is inappropriate.

The district staff has been very nice and helpful, the grounds look great and the pool is very well kept. I would recommend to anyone to live here. im not sure why other people have left such bad reviews, i have not had any of the problems they have listed, and any problems i have had they have been fast to respond and fix it.
