Everyone is very nice but parking can be hairy, I can't really think of much because 200 characters is a lot. I wasn't told about the hard water until I moved in which stinks but I like the apartment location because there is a dog station where I can take my dog out that has baggies to clean up after him.

I was moving from out-of-state and had no idea where to start when apartment hunting. I ended up looking at a handful of apartments and what helped me choose The District was the welcoming and friendly staff! Loving everything about it so far!

Fairly spacious apartments. Appliances should disqualify them from the 'luxury' status they claim, but staff is nice. Super dog friendly. Not very family friendly in terms of kids amenities, need a park and un-pooped on grass for kids to play on. Really missing the green space backyard we had at Sunblest last time we built and were in apartment. Perfect for young singles.

The staff was great to deal with and they gave me plenty of options. The apartments are clean and great floor plans. If you're looking for something to do there are plenty of things around to do. getting downtown is a breeze with the highway so close.

Very nice, new, and clean apartment. Parking is great and the location to interstate 69 is great. Wish there would have been more help on move in day. I was just given the keys and a map to my apartment. It would have been nice for the staff to walk me/ show me where my apartment building was, where the best place to park was as well as how to even enter the building.

Very nice place, everybody that has visited so far has asked about how much Saxony charges for rent. I would only recommend only adding a dog park. There are so many dogs that it would only be a convenience. The only other thing missing is a super store like Meijer, Walmart or Target that it in the direct vicinity.

Like it here. Usually quiet. Love having my dog. Not able to attend community events...too early and I often don't get home until late. I have nothing else to say and hate that I have to keep typing nothing. I almost exited out. My time is valuable.

Great place to live. Mostly quiet and always a friendly community. They do a great job keeping it clean both outside and inside the apartment building. Really cozy apartment with excellent sunlight from the multiple large windows. Tall ceilings create the feeling of more space. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, a nice movie theater, restaurants, my dentist, and Hamilton Town Center. Easy access to I-69 has been great for my daily commute to work as well.

So far everything has been great. The residents around us are friendly. The apartments are quiet and you can't hear any loud outside noise unless people are being genuinely loud in the halls. The quality is there. Floorplans are great. Office staff is responsive and maintenance is pleasant when working. Overall this has been my favorite community and it's in a great location.

I like the feeling of being surrounded by a community. We have not had any problems with any neighbors or the building itself. I wish there were more events that people could attend at the club house or more things to do in there if you just want to get out of your apartment but do not want to drive anywhere.

Great experience. Would recommend to a friend. Downside; noise from construction next to this apt block during the day and noise from wind howling at night. Noises are only audible from the master bedroom and not the other bedroom. Within short driving distance to schools and shopping.

It's a good place to live. My dog has been attacked 3 times, though. It's hard to find places to walk him bc they keep building apts on top of apts. Don't know what we will do. Maintenance is amazing. Staff is pretty good. They're nice. It feels safe. Price is comparable to other places in the city. I don't know if I will stay just bc I'm running out of places to walk my dog. It's frustrating.

Colin in the office who we met with to sign lease was not friendly welcoming or even smiled. Felt rushed and like we were bothering him. outside of that experience everyone else has been very friendly and helpful. We've been very very happy at how quiet the apartment is and not hearing anyone else in the building!! Love that pets are welcomed and waste bags can be easy found throughout the complex grounds. The building halls and stairwells are kept clean as well as the outside of the buildings. We love walking to Saxony beach and walking/ running dogs around the Saxony park perimeter.

I just moved in, and I absolutely love the place! The apartment was very clean when we moved in. The appliances and design are modern and in very good condition! The community is wonderful. There is so much to do within walking distance. The administration staff as well as the maintenance staff are personable and helpful, and the amenities are well maintained and a pleasure to use. I am excited to live here for awhile!

Location and maintenance staff are great! Love the pond, beach, and pool amenities. Walls are thin, windows have poor insulation, high office staff turn over, high rent. Need to have returning resident discounts.
