I love my community. They provided excellent customer service skills. Moving from out of state they provided me with a virtually tour and Walked me through theis community. It was great and wonderful experience. So far I absolutely love this community and is excited about my year.

Great place to live! My 80 lb German shepherd/lab mix was allowed to live here with me. Friendly staff, quiet apartment, great location! Favorite apartment I have lived in in the Fishers area. No complaints!

I love the apartment! The interior design / floorplan is awesome. Tons of space. Great kitchen appliances. Tons of cabinet space. Great office staff to work with. Awesome community features - fitness center, indoor basketball half-court.

Very easy to move in. It was set up nice and clean. We have been surprised by how much storage is in the apartment. The location is very nice and easy to get to a lot of places. There is a lot of stuff you can do around the apartment complex.

Both our unit and the general community are great and very homey feeling. It's a great location where you're close to everything but not so close that everything is super busy all the time. The finishes in the apartment feel very nice (for it being an apartment) and there's plenty of space for my husband and I and our two cats. Having tons of storage options is a great benefit. We don't use the amenities super often but the pool is very nice, and the clubhouse served as a nice venue for our rehearsal dinner as well. All of the office staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Things are pretty quiet and I've never experienced any real disturbances either from our unit or outside. My only complaints is that ceiling fans are an additional $100/ea if they aren't already in your unit (which is way too much), and that they didn't tell us that they add a charge for water and trash to our rent every month until we were looking over the lease. Really those charges are fairly negligible, but it should've been made clear when we were viewing the model and discussing prices.

Very nice community with helpful staff. Quiet area but still entertainment available. Everyone is pretty friendly and respectful. Great location right on 69, close to Klipsh and HTC, but far enough away that it's quiet. Overall, very nice community.

Office staff and maintenance responded to a couple small issues I had when I moved into my apartment and they were repaired immediately. Didn't care too much for the amount of dog feces on the sidewalks and mulch that hasn't been cleaned up.

Im absolutely in love with the quality of the apartment complex. The great views that we have and everything included such as the gym,pool, my two pitts can live her and the wonderful staff that work here. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

I moved to the complex thinking it would be just a temporary move. Two yers later, I plan to be here for several more years. I travel quite a bit and love the low maintenence and great location of this complex.

Our stay at the District at Saxony was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to service requests! They made everything about living there very easy and convenient. They also hosted Resident Appreciation Weeks that made us as residents feel valued and important to the community. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My Mom lived here 4 years before us and had the same kind of experience so it is clear that it is an ongoing commitment to excellence!

Love the location and the office staff are great! Maintenance repairs are done the same or next day after I alert the office staff. I rarely hear my neighbors inside and outside. I love the convenience to the Hamilton Town Center mall and to my grandchildren's school activities at HSE.

Great location between Indianapolis and northern communities on Madison and Delaware Counties. Nice to have Saxony Lake and trail to walk around. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, drugstores and shopping.

It's the best! Staff is awesome. Always clean and up to date. Highly recommend. I think the rates are competitive. Location is perfect! Always complete maintenance requests in timely manner! 2 thumbs up!!!!

Having no experience with ' this has been a wonderful! Love of the lake. and the people very nice. The office staff has been very helpful. If I were not moving to a Senior Living Apt. I would stay right here! Thank you, Miriam Jordan. ????

Not much experience as I have just moved in. I have lived in Saxony neighborhood previously and know the quality of the area. Staff has been wonderful and accommodating. They are always available and helpful.

We love these apartments, great staff, and a lovely environment. We've lived in this apartment for two years now. We feel safe walking around the lake even at night and haven't had a lot of issues since we've moved in.

I love living at The District at Saxony. The location is perfect. I like how quiet it is yet close to the highway which improves my commute experience. I considered moving closer to my job since I live 40 minutes away, but the staff, reasonable price and the quick service when maintenance is needed kept me here. I look forward to spending many more years in my apartment unit if pricing and service continues to be as amazing as it is today. 4+ years and counting.

The District at Saxony has been one of the best apartment-living experiences I've ever had. The apartments are updated, the spaces are nicely laid out, and the maintenance staff is a Dream!! They're quick, courteous, and all of the staff -both maintenance and front office- have always gone above and beyond to make sure you're happy. The grounds are kept nice, and there's tons of community events and resident offers. I've lived here for a year, and I don't regret a single thing.

Temporary housing for six months building a home in area. Found things to be subpar but livable. Does anyone ever clean behind the fridge? Things like that. This apt could use a lot of render loving care

I love it here at The District. There are so many things to do around here. I am close to shopping, concerts, events at Witten Park, and only minutes away from hopping on I-69. The staff is wonderful!! I don't know how they do it, but they remember my name every time I stop by the office. They make me feel like family!

It's been peaceful and relaxing living at the District. I enjoy the convenience of being close to an interstate and a shopping center. The staff is great at communicating with its tenants. They do their best to keep the area clean as well! The maintenance crew is quick and efficient, no questions asked.
