Overall it has been pleasant. There are some construction issues in the new builds that need to be fixed. Being located in Beachside you will have to deal with a lot of traffic and parking issues in the summer as beach goers fail to use actual parking spots just to get close. The apartment amenities aren't blocked off from beach goers either so you will have to battle to use the gas grill too. It is overall quiet but you can definitely hear your neighbors. The walls seem thin. Great pet community!!

It's been amazing. They have such a great staff and the amenities are great! The community gets a little hectic in the summer time due to its proximity to Saxony Beach. I'm not sure what the perameters are to allow people to enjoy the beach, but maybe a little more restriction of the number of people at one time.

The office staff is professional & responsive. The amenities are great! I feel safe in the community, & in my apartment. This has been my best experience in an apartment, and I would recommend the apartment to others.

I absolutely love the community of District at Saxony! Great, friendly staff makes it feel at home and very clean grounds. Service calls are completely in a timely and professional manner. I couldn't be happier.

They were low on staff when we first moved in early 2017, but have since improved greatly. The staff and neighbors are friendly. The price is very fair. No maintenance issues. Very clean and well kept community. Fitness and pool areas are nice. Great location from grocery and shopping distance. Would definitely recommend.

This community is beautiful and the people are very welcoming! It is very close to tons of great shops, food etc. I cannot wait until the the summer of 2018 to enjoy Saxony beach!! I would highly recommend this community to friends and family

Very nice apartments. The staff here are very nice and helpful. The residents are very friendly. The community is very safe and the location is very accessible to the interstate, shopping mall and restaurants.

Overall, the community is really enjoyable to be in/live in. The grounds are clean and well cared for. In addition, there is a strong effort to bring the community together by hosting events. I enjoy living here.

The district is a wonderful place to live. Affordable price for the location and great staff. Location is close to Hamilton town center and it's growing area. Parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle.

The leasing process was great. The staff, especially Shay, were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the whole process. So far I enjoy the community. The apartment features, especially the appliances, are great. It has been fairly quiet so far

I love the amenities and modern look to the apartment. Maintenance staff is very prompt. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Being close to shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Love living on the water. The community is great and the staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to. Not a lot of parking on phase 2, and people would park there that were going to the beach. With the parking pass now, made parking easy.

This has been my favorite place to live so far. Everything about it is fantastic. The staff is great and being able to have a gym is the best. I haven't found any other apartment that can compare to this one

We love it here. Very nice buildings and landscaping. Very friendly staff. Nice pool and grills. Love the beach area. Love taking walks around the lake. This is by far the nicest place I have ever rented.

It's been wonderful. The office staff are nothing short of miracle workers that pride themselves on outstanding resident service. The buildings and community have curb appeal and are usually well maintained. This neighborhood's location couldn't be better.

Very nice living space & open feeling. Like the amenities. Friendly staff willing to help. Nice layout of complex & convenient location to entertainment, restaurants, shopping. Wish the garage was a little larger.

We love the upscale apartments and the area. The pool and fitness center along with Saxony lake make it a wonderful place to live. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all close by too! Any concerns or repairs are taken care of quickly.

Wasn't the best move-in experience at first. Carpets in the apartment smelled like dog urine, showers were not cleaned very well, hallway carpets had stains and smelled like the staff made everything right and went above and beyond to do so!!! They heard my concerns and went out of their way to make it right very quickly!!

Thus far, our experience at the District of Saxony has been excellent. Any requests that we have made regarding maintenance or any other issues have been handled professionally and efficiently. We have really enjoyed our time here.

We moved in for a temporary stay till our home is built nearby. Have been impressed with the friendly staff and the residents of this community. The distance to drop off trash and pick up mail is a little inconvenient as well as no elevator being elderly residents but overall, very happy with our choice.

Beautiful buildings, and beautiful apartments. Very private, and clean. I never have to worry about destructive children outside my door or car. Everyone is very respectful and nice! I love it Here and will definitely recommend!

Great place to live. Awesome Staff. I would recommend this place to friends as well. The clubhouse has great amenities and the location is great. Always love seeing how pet-friendly the place is as well.
