The lease signing process was super smooth. I also love how safe the area and community are. The apartment is open and has a lot of natural lighting. The staff is always willing to help if anything is needed.

So far my experience with J.C. Hart communities has been great. I love the area, the staff, and for the most part everyone that I have encountered. Everything is kept clean and the staff is always available for questions or to help in anyway. Shay Hoffman has been a huge help to the recent move.

Our experience at District Saxony has been excellent in terms of interactions with staff and maintenance personnel, good communications, and rapid responses to inquiries or problems. On move-in, the apartment was clean and facilities very adequate. The recreational opportunities in the clubhouse exceeded expectations. Overall, a very good experience.

I couldn't ask for a better place to live! The staff are incredibly accommodating, courteous and helpful. They are always looking for ways to improve the community. You can really tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents who live here!

This community is an amazing community. The staff is simply wonderful. We just simply love being here. The unit is just right and the neighbors are great. One of the many things we like is the beach because it's fun and relaxing.

It's been a great experience. It's a beautiful property and I love the location, close to great restaurants and shopping. It is the second JC Hart property I have lived at and I've been very pleased at both properties.

Great apartments, great location, beautiful community environment! I would recommend anyone to live at the District at Saxony, we have had nothing but a great experience while living here. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful!

The office and maintenance staff are amazing! The grounds are always kept clean and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The apartments have nice features such as datk kitchen cabinets, stainless steel fridge and nice countertops. I have loved living here the past 1.5 years.

Overall to me, they have been friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I love the resident weeks that are held every month. The only negative thing to happen is when a maintenance man let himself into my apartment to fix something without my knowledge or consent. It caused a big problem with my boyfriend, who had stayed the night as my guest. The problem wasn't really solved and it was not handled in a professional manner. It really disappointed me because I have loved living here from the moment I arrived.

The apartment had a strong odor of grease and food that we still smell 7months later. Moving into our new home next month but would not stay in this unit long term if we planned to stay. Needs a deep clean before next renters including cabinets. Staff always friendly and courteous.

We love living in Saxony. The neighborhood is very family friendly and grounds are well kept. The apartments are a rear size and they have a many floor plans to choose from. The staff is responsive and always looking for ways to improve.

Great apartment and great staff it is a little pricy though. When I first moved in things where quite and peaceful however there are a lot of dogs which is fine the issue I have is dogs that constantly bark or who are neglected in the apartment for long periods of time

Office staff is always very friendly. Any time I come in for a package they are always very helpful. Any time we have had issues at our apartment which isn't often, the maintenance crew has always been there right away and taken care of any issue we have. Apartments are very nice and updated. Love the location and atmosphere! Would highly recommend to anyone to live here!

This is a great community that excepts my dogs there's nice places to walk them and is a great environment I really enjoyed staff in the general set up of this place. I have a few problems like outlets not working but other than that everything is beautiful and has been nicely cleaned so I may move in

We just moved in and so far everything has been great. The apartment was clean and fresh when we moved in. We have had one minor maintenance request and it was taken care of within 24 hours. The location can't be beat, close to so many amenities and of course the interstate.

I feel very safe living here and its a clean environment. I love my apartment and the staff and maintenance are reliable and kind. The pet stations available to clean up after the animals are a great way to keep the environment clean.

I believe the price is too high for the space that is received for a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath. The carpeting needs updated, kitchen flooring is very hard to clean. The trash area is not within convenience walking distance to and from buildings. Having to drive your trash to the dumpsters really brings down the value of the complex.

The District at Saxony used to be the best place to live.Over the last 2 years it has turned into an overpriced community of apartments. I would no longer be able to recommend this community to anyone

We get everything we pay for. We have a nice beach view, there's shopping just down the street, and we're not far from any restaurants. The office staff is very friendly and will work with you on anything. Any problem I have had, they took care of right away. I definitely recommend this apartment community to everyone.

The staff is very courteous, neighbors are quiet, and the area is really nice. I have had no reason to complain about the community thus far. My boyfriend and I can call this place home, and we may be here for a while.

They have been awesome. Manager is amazing! Leasing agents are polite and go the extra mile to help with any issues. Maintenance responds right away and does quality repair work. I moved into a new apartment that had just been built. They have made it a very pleasant experience.

Very clean, well maintained, and in a good area that feels safe. These are very important factors for choosing this complex for our Son. And the staff is prompt and very courteous. I would highly recommend these apartments!
