I love the beach, community, and staff! The staff is very helpful in resolving any issues you may have, we moved in and had maintenance over relatively quick for just a broken blind issue (we caused). They have been super quick and reliable to work with!

The leasing office is great! And even though my family and I didn't have a way to prove income they still let us rent without having to put on a huge deposit. The lake and beach are great and just make u want to take a walk all the time!

We just moved and it seems like everyone is very nice and helpful. The staff here made our move in process very easy and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to living and growing here.

Maintenance and staff are amazing. The apartment is beautiful and the deep garden tub is so nice to chill out in after work. We are really enjoying living in these apartments. No issues with neighbors or noise. We can walk so many places and can't wait for the beach to open.

Its been great! All the amenities offered here are unbelievable. We are planning on renewing out lease. Something to keep in mind though is if you have a particularly vocal pup, the walls are thin enough that you can hear some louder noises from other apartments, including barky dogs. This community prides itself on being pet friendly and accommodating, there are no weight or breed restrictions, a dog park, and the staff love dogs BUT your neighbors might not appreciate the barking. We are looking into transferring into a townhouse to further avoid annoying our neighbors but its just something we wish we had in mind before signing for a regular apartment.

I haven't been here long but would say the apartment is in a good location and I feel very safe, especially at night/when I am walking alone. I especially love the trail and lake. I would like to see better upkeep with the stairwells. Honestly though, no real complaints or issues with The District at Saxony!

Moved in the summer of COVID. Staff was very responsive in emails and phone calls while exploring if I wanted to lease or not. The Saxony area is very nice if you like to be outside and walk and explore. Tons of paved sidewalks in and around the apartment complex. Very nice golf course about a mile away and a ton of shopping options minutes away as well.

Overall nice, neighbors were terrible and did not respect the comfort of homes. Nice place and everything just did not want to stay there and needed a bigger space to live at and it was just a lot of neighbor issues

The staff listen, care, and provide a clean and safe community. They take care of any issues or concerns promptly and always have someone ready to help. During CoVid they took action and made sure that all amenities were safe to use with careful protocols put in place all while still providing superior service.

The apartments are clean and the community is extremely friendly so far. Moving from the Westside of Indianapolis where it was considered upscale (prices were through the roof)! These are comparable prices, but overall just better!

Decent apartment, but overpriced. Community is overall loud, apartment walls are thin and can hear every little movement from people above me. My garage door has been blocked several times by people parking in front of it, very aggravating.

Clean, manicured grounds. Common areas, outdoors and inside buildings, well cared for. Amazing staff! So friendly and quick to respond to communications, fix/complete work orders, and go above and beyond to make residents feel appreciated with monthly events and fun giveaways.

I adore this community- I feel safe, secure and right at home! :) It's ideal for me and being so close to everything important to me! The staff is wonderful, friendly and so prompt with taking care of any issues that come up.

Extremely friendly and beautiful layout. Was able to make my decision extremely quickly due to the proximity to work (5 minutes) as well as the amazing layout I was shown by the leasing agent. Was not expecting to leave the leasing office with a decision made, bit that was exactly what happened

From the beginning, the staff (especially Matty) was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I could tell they weren't just feeding me information to get me to move in. The move in process was extremely easy and straightforward, and the staff has made sure any and all questions have been answered. They're also very quick to respond to emails!

This who experience has been great so far. The staff here is extremely helpful, the community is very clean and well-kept, and the townhome into which I moved is in excellent condition. The layout of the townhome is excellent - plenty of room, lots of storage, and the bay windows make it extremely well-lit and happy.

Apartments are nice, but not lavish. Considering they are only a few years old, I expected them to be in better condition. Paying 1,700 a month for a two bed with a garage seems like a lot to me. Appliances are dated and the kitchen cabinets are not spacious.

The application and move-in process was seamless. Matty was amazing! All questions were answered on a timely basis even after hours. We were able to move in early due to holidays which was much appreciated. We anticipate that the high level of professionalism will continue in the future.

Awesome staff, the location is wonderful, and it feels like home. Super easy access to tons of shopping, food, interstate, etc. Very safe neighborhoods to run, walk, bike, and just be at in general. Highly recommend!

Great location. Convenient to schools, shopping and parks and recreation. Staff are very friendly and prompt if there are any issues. Very quiet community and feels safe for kids to play. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff is extremely responsive to the needs of the residents and the design of the buildings are very functional. The surrounding lake is a great add for a healthy lifestyle as well. I will strongly recommend this community to any prospective and interested individual individuals
