I've had a good experience other in the summer when I open one of my windows. I continue to have flies. I reached out the office once and they said the issue was fixed but I opened the same window recently and came home to 2 flies in my apartment.

I feel safe in this community and enjoy the amenities offered. I also like that it is a dog friendly community. It would be nice to see the beach open. I also like being close to HTC and Ruoff. Saxony pizzeria and the farmers market are nice to have close by as well.

Have always loved this experience. Quiet surroundings and good neighbors efficient maintenance staff . Only thing I would currently consider for changing is the carpet to hardwood in the great room it has done its job and needs to be replaced

It feels like home. The staff are nice, I really love living here. It's managed well, clean and quiet. I enjoy coming home every day to the lake, my apartment and the environment that Saxony provides....peaceful.

This has been a fine apartment with the nicest, quietest, and most relaxed atmosphere. The rent makes this place remarkably valuable as a resident here and it's a place I feel I can actually thrive in. It feels stable, comfortable, and trustworthy to be here for the value.

Great people and maintenance also. They are very good with keeping up with the property . I have never had any problems in our building or with people. Always on time if something breaks they respond very quickly

LOVE this community nearby? next to Saxony Beach and close to HTC. On-site food trucks add convenience. Trendy leasing area and gym with a basketball court. Taylor is prompt and incredibly helpful. :)

It's wonderful to live here! The silence, the security, the care of all areas and their maintenance makes it my favorite place to rest. They always have news and constantly They keep you informed of any events, news, new staff! It is ideal for families, couples or alone, the clubhouse is a spectacle! Everything is beautiful, and the silence and tranquility cannot be compared.

I have lived here for a couple years and there have been no issues. The neighborhood is clean and quiet for the most part. The office staff is very friendly and will help out anyway they can. The only down fall is pet waste that seems to be the only real issue.

This is only the second apartment community I have lived in and it was very easy to surpass my previous community. The community is clean and well taken care of and the tenants, in my building, are respectful and quiet. The office staff and maintenance have timely responses, overall I have had a great experience and have every intention of renewing my lease.

We are in what I believe to be in the older buildings. Our apartment is small and cute. Older appliances and cabinets. It looks like it's been painted over hundreds of times. There's water damage in the windows where I'm sure mold has grown rampant. We love the area. And this place is nice. Just a few things we would change. And getting into the apartment and working with the leasing team was a breeze. However, a service elevator would be nice as we live on the 3rd floor. But we made it work! Overall happy. Unless mold starts killing me. Then we will have a problem.

I've lived at this complex for the last year and a half and really do enjoy it. Staff is friendly and helpful, and if there is anything that needs fixed, it's done promptly and there's great communication on whatever is happening. Very happy!

Maintenance is superior. Office staff seems short-handed but always polite. Grounds are well maintained. My apartment is old and looks like exactly what it is..and old apartment that has been cheaply redecorated many times.

Nice, clean and quiet buildings. Has several amenities, swimming, work-out, basketball and walking around the lake. The property takes out your trash as well! Any issues are taken care of quickly and they do a great job with getting to issues quickly. Location is very near HTC!

So far so good, I recently moved in- the neighbors are super friendly, love the water and living on beachside. Lots of fun dogs in the neighborhood that make it enjoyable. The pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake.

The District at Saxony is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are quality. The apartments are pretty and spacious. Maintenance is quick and helpful. It's quiet and has a lot of parks and walking paths nearby. Im a fan.

I love living here. My particular floor plan was perfect for my transition from a single family home. I also love that it is within two miles from nearly everything I need and want: grocery stores, outdoor mall (Hamilton Town Center), hardware store, dry cleaner, pharmacy, gas station, auto repair, doctor, hospital, USPS self-service center, park, restaurants, bank, hair salon, and probably more than I haven't thought of at the moment.

I just signed a new lease because I am too busy to move. This is an ok community but being pet friendly is challenging. The hallways often have pet odors, and your trash valet program is idiotic, it just grants permission to everyone to store trash in the hallways, it's an ongoing ugly site when I come home.
