Since Chad has taken over head of maintenance, they have been great. He's very polite, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Wish I could say the same about the office staff. It seems like, depending on who is working, and you call and leave a voicemail, don't expect them to care or call you back.

The experience has been quite peaceful. Office staff are always nice, the shared community amenities are always in a good, clean condition, and there's nothing to complain about on the topic of my neighbors. The community is always so clean, and I feel very safe here. Any maintenance request has always been attended to within 24 hours, and I have no complaints. Definitely a good place to live!

This community has been a fantastic place to be with my son. My apartment is my home and the community holds all sorts of fun events and deals with dinners. The staff does a fantastic job making it a community not just an apartment complex!

I love the area surrounding the community, and I feel very safe inside and around my community. The amenities are being updated, and are carefully watched to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. The staff are friendly and helpful to the best of their ability.

The District at Saxony is a great place to live. I have enjoyed living here, as it is close to the interstate and many restaurants/things to do. The cleanliness of the outside of the apartments could use some help, but overall, I love where I live!

From the office staff to the apartments, everything has been great. Office staff is very helpful, answers right back if I had any questions. Apartments are perfect location and clean. They have a great reputation. I work here at IU Saxony and I have worked with past and present residents. I only have heard positive things.

It's been great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live. My neighbors are friendly and I love my view of the lake. It's a good location close to the mall and easy access to the highway.

The location of my apartment complex and its proximity to Hamilton Town Center and other local shopping things is the reason we stay. The neighborhood that we are situated in is also great for walking, running, or setting up a hammock. The apartment was in great condition when we moved in with seemingly new carpets etc. they host regular events and resident appreciation treats, but it was better before COVID. Now it seems more sporadic and less approachable. Feels pricey to me sometimes, but less pricey than moving out. Overall a good place to live as a single young person.

My experience was good in the beginning. After the end of my first lease, things were still going well and I had no desire to move. Sometime before the end of the second lease my building seemed to decline in cleanliness and hygiene, and many inconsiderate tenants seemed to be present all around me. Loud tenants below, including an obnoxious dog and yelling up to me when I was in the bath or making noises and being immature when I was on my balcony, etc., animals using stairwells as a restroom daily seemingly on all floors, constant scent of weed on my floor, etc....I tried to add photos but it wont accept jpeg files.

Staff is great and very attentive. Community is nice, clean and safe and buildings seem very safe. However my apartment itself was not move in ready when I moved in and had multiple problems. I have to rent washer and dryers here and the day I moved in they were very dirty and gross resulting in having to be recleaned. Then discovered the dishwasher was broken and floods the entire kitchen so that also needed to be fixed. The flooring in the kitchen and laundry room had to be replaced before I moved in and was not done until 2 weeks after moving in while I was working from home and couldn't join my meetings because of the noise. There were also no lights in the living room and bedroom so lights had to be installed. The carpet seemed to be cleaned on the day of move in but once dried it smell like mildew and feels dirty. The staff was very helpful in solving these issues which is very appreciated but $1400 for a one bedroom apartment with multiple issues during move in is not a great experience.

Beautiful community with a very helpful office staff. Only had one problem with a work order placed, but has since been discussed to the maintenance team. Overall would recommend this area to anyone. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I just moved in so I cannot accurately comment on my overall experience at this community. I will say the staff was very professional and helpful on my move in day, as well as honest. I look forward to my year at this apartment

Very happy with the new management and maintenance team. It's been a pleasure interacting with them and they have been very responsive to all inquiries. The property outside is improved greatly and the the maintenance team goes above and beyond their duties.

The community feels safe to walk around, and there are trails attached to the complex. There are so many turns it's hard for aggressive drivers too speed. My son is enjoying the freedom of riding the trail around the water and beach area.

I have resided here for 4 years. It has been "my" choice as I have owned in the past. The community is beautiful, incredibly quiet, well maintained, and the convenience to HTC is a definite plus to consider!

Management people provided very good service for moving in. Suite was well cleaned and everything was clean. One thing that I might dislike would be the hall way looks not well maintained. Fire alram lamp was broken and the hallway was kinda dim.

Everyone is nice and friendly. The property is kept up well. Things are close by and I' able to get to them places I need easily. Its great being by the lake and seeing the wildlife and nature. I enjoy when food is brought in by food trucks or in the office.

Place is always quiet and neat. Nice neighbors and friendly staff. Something is always going on activities wise. Nice to be by HTC (Hamilton Town Center), close food, gas, and grocery stores. Would recommend to others.

Welcoming, friendly and clean. The staff is helpful and meets your needs to make you feel like your apartment is home. I highly recommend living at The District of Saxony. The District great place to live.

Front staff is okay. The new maintenance guy seems knowledgeable and informed us of an ongoing issue with our ac unit that was let go for the past 4 years we've lived here wasting my electric money so that's great. Not all issues are addressed and had to call emergency line after waiting two days for our door to be fixed after we were told they would come back. Stil have a leaking dishwasher that ruined the wood floor. So I would say service is hit or miss. Quiet community so that's nice.
