We made a huge adjustment moving to Fort Wayne. The office staff and maintenance have made the adjustment and transition super easy and beyond pleasurable for us. We can honestly call this place home because of the office staff and the Windsor Oaks community.

My experience has been great thus far at Windsor Oaks! Everybody is always greeting you with smiles whether it is the girls in the office or the guys taking care of maintenance around the property. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient with any work that needs done and we are always granted a courtesy follow up call to ensure that we are satisfied! A great touch, makes us feel like our happiness actually matters!!

So far its exceeded my expectations. The apartments, the staff and the exterior common areas are perfection. The apartments are spacious and appealing to even myself with 4 children in the home. Our family has expressed how much they like living here even the kids.

I have loved living here the past 4 years, the community is wonderful and so are the staff and maintenance team. The grounds are kept extremely clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have lived in other apartments and this complex is my favorite. The scenery is beautiful, you are so close to all the shopping you need and conveniently close to 469 to get into town. I'm going to miss this when i move.

The apartments are nice and have a lot of storage, however, rent is overpriced. Office staff are uppity and do not take noise complaints seriously. They also don't help with facilitating communication between neighbors. Walls and ceilings are thin so upstairs neighbors can be heard by the downstairs neighbors easily. Courtesy officer does not respond appropriately to noise complaints. We could smell our neighbors smoking marijuana above us occasionally and screaming at their children/threatening to harm them. Parking spaces are taken up by old crappy cars that never move.

The apartments are older, but the staff in the office and maintenance members are pleasant. In my apartment the soundproofing is basically nonexistent, so I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. If he sneezes, I tell him "bless you." The appliances are new in my apartment. Most of the residents are courteous and cognizant of the fact they live in an apartment so they are courteous to their neighbors.

It was love at first sight. The exterior is modest and quaint. Lots of greenery and trees where I'm located which I'm very fond of. The interior is just as lovely, very spacious! High ceilings, fireplace, even outdoor storage. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to live, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet and safe neighborhood, Pet friendly, children friendly. Has nice pool, tennis court, dog park and kid part.

We love living at this community. It has everything you need to raise a family. The home is large enough with enough storage for our family. We enjoy using the clubhouse, pool, and dog park. The parking is plenty.

The staff of Windsor Oaks are always friendly and courteous. Maintenance is on top of their work orders and the community is very quiet. Offers a lot of ammenities. They care for your pets and treat them as residents too.

Only issues is the age of the appliances. Dishwasher went out same week of me moving in. Dryer heating element followed. Washer is very loud! Sounds like it is going to be the next to go out. My only complaint so far is the age and up keep of appliances. Only been here about a month. For the price of the apartments I would have expected better appliances.

I love living here at Windsor Oaks. They have so much to offer, including a pool. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I reccomend Windsor Oaks to everyone and I will definitely be renewing my lease.

The Windsor Oaks community is awesome. Customer service is exceptional whether it is from the office staff or maintenance. The grounds are beautifully kept as well. And its close to everything, which is important with my busy schedule!

It has been good. I have lived here since 2012, and have been satisified. Some of my neighbors are a bit loud, which is my only area of satisfaction. The amenities are good. The clubhouse is good. Maintenance has responded quickly.

I have been living at Windsor oaks since august 2018 and have really enjoyed living here so far. Our apartment was clean when we moved in but there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed upon moving in. However, maintenance was very timely in fixing the problems (within 2 days). The ground are nice and well kept. the noise is minimal in our apartment and I only occasionally hear people living next to us which is very nice for me because I'm a graduate student. staff has been helpful about answering any questions. Also, this place is in a great location. theres a Meijer, Starbucks, menards and a lot of other shopping places within 2 minutes of the apartments. Overall, it is definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes I have ever lived in.

This is a beautiful community! The landscaping is well kept and the apartments are nice. They have normal wear issues but the maintenance staff is very prompt and thorough about fixing the issue. The location is great by the shopping centers, close to New Haven downtown, and easy to get further into Fort Wayne.
