The staff were very professional helping me look for an apartment at Windsor Oaks. Beautiful apartment complex. When I moved in and requested things to be fixed, the staff had a horrible attitude. The appliances are very old and need to be replaced. The windows also need to be replaced. If I would have known the staff were going to be unprofessional, I wouldn't have wasted my time moving in.

When looking at the apartment complex to rent, the office staff could not have been nicer, until there is an issue and then we quickly learned that a couple of the girls have quite a superior attitude. The building interior is very comfortable and quiet. Just hope for everything to work and not need contact with the office.

I've lived here for two years and was proud to call this place home. The maintenance crew took good care of the property,the ground are always groomed,the pool is clean. The office team were always willing to talk to you and work with you on any problem. Over all its a good place to live

The staff at Windsor Oaks is always respectful and kind. The grounds are well kept and inviting, and the facilities are well maintained. The nose level is a little high, but the neighbors are really nice. It's a great place to live. I feel like I'm at home.

I want to thank you very much for having join your community. I just ended a bad relationship. the Manager made for sure that everything was ready for me when I moved in even inspecting my place before I took over it which I found to be very nice. Well the only thing that was missed was the hinges in my bathroom and a crack in my kitchen. Thank you all very much for your help.

The staff have been very accommodating for every one of my service requests. They have never made me feel like I am bothering them, but are very friendly and efficient. My daughter and I love living at Windsor Oaks! It's the best apartment home we have ever lived in! We currently live in a two-bedroom/two-bath apartment. The layout is incredible with a bedroom on either side of the layout, which is great for privacy. We are also on the second floor and have a vaulted ceiling. There are lots of windows, so it is very bright and cheerful. The balcony is a nice size and closets are nice and big! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel special as residents. There's not a day that goes by that we do not love our home at Windsor Oaks!

Very expensive but a very nice apartment. There is a surprising amount of noise you can hear from both the upstairs and adjacent neighbors. Being right off of 469 is really convenient for travel. Never any safety concerns. Office hours can be inconvenient if you work late.

Feels like the country! I love the view from my apartment, even on this cold winter morning. I've only had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were real good about taking care of them. Girls in the office are nice, and the neighbors are great.

I really like my apartment. The grounds are well kept and office staff is very friendly. The pool and the gym are very nice. All appliances are electric as well as the heat/air, so the electric bill can get expensive, but that would be my only complaint.

Don't live here. Maintenance staff are inconsiderate and have no clue what they're doing. The office staff follows right behind them. The apartment complex is kind of ------ for being where it is located.

Overall I have had a good experience. I had maintence come and hang pictures. I wish they would take there time and measure before hanging. I understand they get alot of request but it would help. Other than that the maintence was helpful with all my other questions.

Great place to live, only downfall has been the poor quality windows which has made my winter electric bills higher than anticipated. The grounds are nice and in the summer the pool is a nice perk. I also enjoy playing golf at Cherry Hill as part of the perks of living here.

We have never had an issue with the Windsor Oaks Management! They always seem to prompt, accurate, professional, and considerate. We rarely have any concerns but during the times then we must place a request in for services, its always a 5!!

Many more positives than negatives: Spacious apartments with great floor plans and closet space. Nice views and good neighbors throughout the community. Very dog friendly with nice dog park. Garages and carports available. Sidewalks good for walking. Clubhouse nice for meetings, shooting pool, playing cards, working in the business center, etc. Maintenance and repair responses are timely and well done. Two negatives: Some appliances are due for an upgrade (but work now) and patio windows leak air and outside bedroom walls get cold, which increases winter electric heat bills. Overall, this is a great place to live - good location, comfortable apartments, nice floor plans and good neighbors.

Outdated has potential to be a great place but the energy-efficient is non existent. The apartment is freezing in the winter. If you like a $500.00 electric bill this is the place for you. If you like hearing your upstairs neighbors stomping and their shower sounds like it's coming through the ceiling then this is for you

Good experience so far, except for the fact that parking sucks,sometimes I get home And have nowhere to park in front of my building because of non-residents cars parked in front of my building. Disappointed in that, it might be the reason why I won't renew. From possibly renewing.

Windsor Oaks is a fabulous place to live. The staff is very helpful and the grounds are beautiful. All concerns are promptly attended to so it truly is carefree living. The pool is refreshing on a hot summer day and it's great to be able to invite friends over to enjoy such a beautiful place.

I have been residing here in a two bedroom two bath apartment since 2008. Maintenance and office staff have been responsive, prompt, and courteous to EVERY request. I am an extremely happy and satisfied resident!

Lived there for a year and was extremely unhappy with the quality of the apartment and also the staff. The apartments are spacious and look nice, but are not well made at all. First of all they are very poorly insulated, and the heat flow is not good. One roommate would wake up freezing and another would wake up sweating. Electric bills were over $400 at some points and we weren't even home during the day. Almost every single appliance in the apartment broke at some point, including the washer, dryer, toilets, stove, and refrigerator. We were forced to walk across the neighborhood to a different unit to do laundry and use the refrigerator for days at a time. Maintenance is not prompt. Office staff were not often helpful, and usually rude. They try to get any money from you that they can, making up fees for ridiculous things. Do NOT lease with Windsor oaks. It looks nice, and is decently priced, but is not worth the frustration
