Excellent location and amenities. Large balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff. Best apartment community in the area. The private entrance was one of the most important features when I was searching. Also, the dining area was large enough to accommodate my furniture. The high ceilings in the living area and the windows make it feel more like a home than an apartment. There really was no question as to where I wanted to live when moving here from out of town.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. as well as Highway 469. Would highly recommend anyone moving to the Fort Wayne area to check out Windsor Oaks. It is a good place to live while getting acquainted with Fort Wayne.

When moving in, I was excited from the beginning. This complex is very clean and well maintained. So far I have had nothing but positive for this apartment. Maintenance is there within the time they give. The rent is a bit expensive is the only complaint I would have.

I really enjoy living within Windsor Oaks! The service is always top notch and prompt! The community is well kept, and the office personnel are extremely helpful. The online portal makes paying rent and submitting any service requests incredibly easy.

My experience since being here from December, 2016 has been great. Maintenance request are responded to promptly. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I moved in three weeks ago and I love this place, the community, staffs are friendly and willing to help anytime, and the houses are awesome. my best experience came especially because I moved in out of state and could not personally walk through the apartment before renting the place. The web images are real and accurate, what you see is what you get.

I am new to Fort Wayne and was looking an apartment for rent.My first time viewing the property was my day of moving in.It was very true to the pictures seen online and even better than I expected it to be. The apartment is very spacious, huge walk in closet, huge bathroom and kitchen equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator.Washer and dyer included.Extra storage space was great both on balcony and within the house. Property is clean and well kept. Maintenance service is awesome they are always available when you need them. Its very close to shopping area. The club house is fabulous with amenities that you have access to at no additional cost such as gym and games room.The office staff are very helpful. Overall I think I have made the best decision when I moved here to live

My wife and I have only lived here for a week, but we already love the open floor plan where we can combine our workspace with a great area to hang out and enjoy the view from out balcony. This is a great location close to so many things. We are thrilled we chose Windsor Oaks.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 months and love it! I am not all sure what others are speaking with the staff being unfriendly. I am someone who is very persistent if I am unhappy. They are very friendly and aim to please. The apartment is very spacious and pet-friendly. I do notice paint being on banisters but if you mention that in your walk through, you'll be perfectly fine. My husband and I had a horrible experience with apartments (cockroach infestation) and I haven't seen anything but the normal spiders. I am very thankful that we are able to find a home away from home here.

Very nice staff. Move in process was easy and convenient. So far we have still been moving in our stuff into the apartment. We love the open space of the community. We did have a problem with getting into the club house with our key due to the door being warped but was assisted by staff immediately. I would recommend this community to others.

Overall it has been a good experience. The property manager and staff are very responsive. It is a nice quiet community. The amenities are very good, pool area is well kept and the children's play area is nice, though it could use a swing or two.

I wouldn't live in any other apt in Ft Wayne. Can't say enough nice things about the staff and the grounds are beautiful. Very relaxing place to live. Great place to live if you have dogs, as they are very dog friendly. Very personable staff!!!

The move in process was fast and easy. The staff is very helpful and kind, they make sure that you have everything you need. The apartments have so much space, the closet is the biggest I have ever had. The appliances are up to date and the apartment includes all the appliances you need. I love my new apartment. I would advise to look at everything and look in everything when you are going through your walk through, because there could be little things cracked or broken.
