This community is very welcoming. The office staff are friendly and will make sure to get all needs met. When there is maintenance issues, the maintenance staff are on top of things and continue to work until the problem is solved! Our community is well taken care of by the staff, which makes those that live here want to as well.

I’ve lived in Windsor Oaks for many years. I have lived in other apartment complexes but they don’t even compare to Windsor Oaks. I love that this complex is an open concept between the living room, dining room, and kitchen so I don’t feel so claustrophobic. The bathroom and walk in closet are huge. The pool is gorgeous with a lot of space and is never crowded. The yard work is very well taken care of so it always looks beautiful. Please consider moving here if you’re looking for an apartment.

Very good community. Quiet neighbors. Apartments are in great condition. Move in was disorganized and paperwork was incomplete after I made several attempt to verify all was ok and ready. My leasing agent seemed either inexperienced or lacked the drive to see things got done.

Excellent apartments with a very courteous staff. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly! Very close to shopping areas as well as the highway. The quality provided is far above what you would receive anywhere else nearby.

It is in a convenient location for shopping. (Mayer, Walmart, Menards) There are also several restaurants, including Starbucks. Other shops are also available. (Tire shop, car wash, thrift shop, pet shop, etc.)

We felt that the apartment complex staff that takes care of calls and notification has not done a good job with notifying us of issues. When we first moved in no one informed us that there was a stain on the carpet and there was a broken light machine that was supposed to remove the stain. We spoke to the carpet cleaners and they informed us that they wren't aware we were moving in so they left their equipment there. Another issue was that one of the associates that helped us sign our lease informed us that we had to pay the partial month rent, which is understandable. However she informed us that they don't accept credit card in person and can do a check or credit card online. We opted with the credit card online as we did not have a check on us though I mentioned outloud that I can run home and get the checkbook. What occurred is that the associate signed us up online and at the very end stated that they don't recommend doing this as there is a large fee involved. I'm thinking to myself why this wasn't mentioned initially especially when I was capable to getting the check instead of spending all of the time getting the online function to work. Another problem I have with the complex is their rule for carports and garage units. They specifically told me there is no limit to how many units a tenant wants to rent. I find that frustrating as the 4 units for cars are all owned by one person and are hardly ever used. I believe this is not fair to all tenants in the complex. I really would like for this rule to be changed. Aside from my issues with the associates in the main office I am very impressed with the maintenance crew as they have fulfilled all our requests splendidly.

We love living at Windsor Oaks. It's a great community. People are friendly and it's very quiet at night. It's nice & clean with great staff. The pool area, fitness center and clubhouse are perfect, too.

Friendly, helpful, when I need to ask a question about anything in the community it's answered. I have been here for a year. This is my first apartment in. 50 years. I live way in the back and my question is, why is all the lawn waste piled up against the fence and nobody picks up the tree droppings after a rain or storm? I have been doing that just around my area and I like the view?

The overall experience here has been awesome, with quick maintenance (proved to be incredibly necessary and helpful), to a very understanding and kind office staff, super convenient location for someone with heart issues and trouble traveling long distances. We loved Windsor Oaks. The staff was always very helpful and polite, the community was safe and friendly. We never had any issues letting our one and a half year old run around. The pool and other amenities are kept clean and updated. It was also a huge bonus to go on a quick walk and be able to see horses at the stable

We are moving from out of state with hectic and busy schedules and wanted to start the move in process early in the morning but manager denied us and forced us to wait till 10 a.m when their office opens. Its all about them! Customer means nothing at Windsor Oaks! We were not informed of incenitives, we had to ask about it as we were signing the contract, also big surprise came about mail box fee of $40 at the last moment while we are signing to move in. Sofia who showed us the apartment and all the others at the office made us wonder for reason for them being there not willing to help or inform the important issues other than being a blockage!! Nasty practice!!

Tremendous help from the Leasing Staff. All questions were answered and the options clearly explained. Apartment model was a great representative of the actual apartment leased. Leased apartment very clean and all appliances were in proper working order. The community is very clean and relatively quiet.
