Windsor Oaks is a top notch apartment community! Private entrances for all units, pool, top of the line work out equipment, playground, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts are a few of the amenities they offer. Staff is very professional, friendly and take care of their residents! Safe place to walk at night with no issues!

This is a great community that was able to provide all that I requested and more. The office staff was very attentive to the frame I was looking for and communicated perfectly throughout the process. Every small snag was greeted with a cheerful solution.

A true gem in Fort Wayne that is overlooked! Professional office staff along with maintenance! I am so glad to have found Windsor oaks! Please if ever looking for a home this is the place to be with a home feel!

Beautiful apartments. Friendly staff. Blanch was amazing! The entire process was quick and easy. All my questions were answered promptly. The community is gorgeous and well maintained. The appliances are in excellent condition.

Really nice and comfortable apartments, plenty of space of course if your willing to spend the extra money. I feel these apartments are a bit overpriced and you can expect that with economy these days. office staff is wonderful, very responsive and always finding ways for the community to gather and get to know each other. neighbors LOVE to complain about you so I would keep to yourselves. very nice apartments overall just not right price for us.

This is a beautiful community with lovely manicured landscaping. The amenities are second to none, awesome pool and fitness centers. Multiple floorplans to choose from that are spacious, including stainless steel appliances. Office and maintenance staff are awesome, courteous, friendly and professional. Location is extremely close to shopping, restaurants and I469 highway.

this community has great maintenance staff; and the apartment home that I have is absolutely beautiful. My only issue is the pricing for the size (1bed) but essentially you get what you're paying for. The area of the homes is nice and there's shops within walking distance.

My experience at this community was excellent. The staffing agent, Blanch, was very knowledgeable and truly seems to care about future residents. The grounds were well kept and featured a lot of great amenities. The unit I toured was smaller than the one I want, but Blanch showed me the differences and walked me through them in person as well. The unit I saw was well kept and I'm certain that mine will be too!

It quite here and safe place to move in. The people are nice. In the future I will be renewing my lease. I would tell people to come too look at the apartments. It clean in the apartments we have a pool and more

The property is well-maintained, with excellent staff and beautiful apartments. It is peaceful and quiet here, but still close to shopping centers. The sidewalk/trail going past the front of the complex is great for walking, running, or biking. This apartment complex is a hidden gem in Fort Wayne!

This complex is very nice both inside and out. All appliances work & everything is remarkably clean. If there are any issues, a quick call to the office or request online will result in maintenance quickly fixing your problem. Maintenance and office are extremely kind and always helpful. Pool: amazing salt water pool with a smaller kids pool. Blanch & Deana were super helpful during our apartment selection and move as well.

Windsor oaks is a beautiful welcoming community. It is so great to see how much office and maintenance staff truly cares! The amenities are one of the best parts of this apartment complex. Happy to call this place my home!

Windsor Oaks is a great community because of its diversity of residents, facilities, location, choices of types of apartments, and the wonderful staff. After having to take care of 2 homes, one in Florida and one in Fort Wayne. Windsor Oaks staff makes my life one of leisure. Thanks to everyone who cooperates to make my apartment home a special place.

We love Windsor Oaks! The apartments are well-maintained, and ours at least gets a lot of sunlight which is wonderful. The grounds are very well kept. The neighborhood feels like a calm retreat, but it's also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and are always looking for ways to make the community feel like home. We love the amenities - especially the pool, the fitness room, and the playground. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to live in our current stage of life.

Please consider coming here to make this your home. The floor plans are perfect for your needs rather you are a single or a family. The business office personnel are very helpful and nice to talk to. The grounds are will kept and they are sure to have all sidewalks shoveled and salted so you don't slip. The streets are also shoveled immediately. In the summer the flowers are planted and the grass cut to make a beautiful place to live. The maintenance is outstanding. I'm going on five years and we just love it here. You're close to Meijers, to shopping and restaurants and are able to walk to these places. I'm really a picky person so if you're picky then this is the place for you.

I have had the best experience with this community. I've lived in many rental properties and this has been by far the best and enjoyable place me and my family have got to experience. The staff members are very friendly and always welcoming. Maintenance stays on top of work orders. Have yet to have a complaint.

Best management and maintenance staff. Very safe community. Not great if you love to cook! The kitchens are old and small. Hard to wash large items. Very drafty! Poor insulation, especially around the windows.

I enjoy it here and have always felt welcome. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance was always helpful and friendly. Very nice community to be a part of.

I honestly love living at Windsor Oaks Apartments. The community is quiet and kept clean. My apartment itself is gorgeous. I love how spacious it is with the high ceilings. The extra bonus storage on the porch is amazing. The pool and exercise area at the clubhouse is very nice!! I love the Amazon lockers for our packages to be delivered too! The apartments are all electric, so make sure you budget for the extra cost!

This is a wonderful community and great apartment complex to live at. The maintenance staff are on top of fixes really quickly!! Also everyone of the staff is helpful! And it is really nice to be right around th corner from a Starbucks,Walmart,Grocery store-very convenient.

My husband and I are very happy living here of course up until this past year we have not had complaints about neighbors being extremely loud upstairs and being disrespectful of others! This has been a very quiet building! My only suggestion would be when matching up potential renters too consider where they would be a better fit!

Office staff is very helpful and extremely nice! The maintenance staff are also very efficient and quick to come fix whatever request you make. Our stay so far have been nothing short of amazing! Thank you Windsor Oak Apartments
