Quiet neighborhood. Awesome office and maintenance staff. Quick to resolve any maintenance issues. Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace! Love having washer and dryer in the apartment. Only downside was the size and placement of the refrigerator.

A beautiful, quiet, cozy and safe. The Staff is amazing & always have smiles and make you feel welcome! Maintenance is the best I have ever had! Lovely place to call home!! Im comfortable with walking bella late at night.

Not a good experience. Maintenance finds a way to blame you for issues instead of replacing broken appliances. The area is not cared for in the winter, making travel dangerous. Inefficient systems=VERY high bills, especially in the winter. There is little to no parking in the area for yourself, let alone guests. They hide messed up roads and sidewalks with pretty landscaping and fun activities. This place isn't worth the money.

Best apartment complex I've ever been at. The community is so quiet and relaxed, the maintained are quickly responsive, the front desk is so nice. If I ever have any issues, it is easily resolved and this is very convenient when you're working and a graduate student.

I love living at Windsor Oaks! The property is immaculate and very well cared for. My apartment is spacious and the floor plan is functional and attractive. We enjoy sitting by the fireplace during colder months and lounging by the pool all summer. It feels like we are on vacation every day!

So far it has been a good experience. The maintenance crew does a great job. I like the alert when I have packages at the office. The office staff is very nice. They do a great job keeping up the grounds and salting the sidewalks during the winter time.

Just a wonderful and great apartment. Living like luxury but with the price you can afford. Office staff, maintenance staff and the overall experience has been perfect. The community is very clean and well kept up.

For the price we pay, everything is taken care of. I feel safe and it's quiet here. I enjoy my neighbors by dropping off food when I cook for an army. I enjoy petting all the dogs I pass by. In inclinement of weather, don't have to worry about snow removal. It's done well.

Quiet friendly area that is still close to stores and right off the highway and there is a connection to the Greenway The grounds and my apartment are both kept beautifully. We expect to continue enjoying living here for a long time.

Nice area, good neighbors, maintenance is responsive. A lot of paperwork to move in, a lot of hoops to jump thru to move out. Inflexible plans for non-standard leases beyond 1 year, requiring extra $$

It's a very large, clean space. The Amazon locker is a big bonus for us, as is the workout room and pool. The staff are quick and friendly, and they seem to always have the answers! Whenever maintenance is needed, they don't give us a hard time about it, either. They come in, they work on it, and leave with a nice little note.

Beautiful safe area. Floor plans are great. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and resolved. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. Friendly staff who address any problems professionally. Location is walking/biking distance to stores and restaurants.

It is a very nice, well kept apartment community with many summer amenities to enjoy. My only complaint is the lack of available parking near my entrance which is being used by other community residents and visitors.

Great community. Good mix of ages. Quiet complex. Clean surroundings and grounds. You feel safe being here. Close to shopping as well. All of the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The exercise room is great to use and is kept clean. There isn't anything bad to say about Windsor Oaks.

Love how then a request is put in it's usually handled immediately. One exception is the gutter that was put in a month ago now. Still doing the same thing and is kind of annoying when it rains. They have came several times but it has changed nothing
