Very good experience so far. I have had no problems as far as with my apartment or the staff. Parking could be better. You can't find a spot near your apartment often. Other than that my experience has been up to par!

This is a very enjoyable community. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. With the new trails completed along Maysville Road, we can now walk to purchase our groceries as well as visit several restaurants. The new bike trails connect us directly to downtown Fort Wayne along the Maumee River.

Great apartments!! They have great staff members and amenities for all family types. They separate out regular apartments from dog apartments. These apartments are close to the highway and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Very spacious and friendly environment, for it being my first apartment it is a wonderful place to live. I would recommend it to many of family and or friends. It's location is great with new business growing in the area.

Amazing staff. Apartments are very nice and feel like a home instead. Quiet and safe community with many amenities availible. Maintenance does a very good job and care a lot about fixing any issues you have in a timely manner.

Moat of the office staff are very nice and easy to deal with. The managers however dont have people skills keli especially needs to learn how to not talk down to tend to lie to your face! Maintenance team is awesome!

This is a quiet community. It's great for starting out families. From moving 150+ miles from our hometown, we were able to make this our home. Office staff is always friendly, and maintenance will fix issues that arise and have a civil conversation with you. Our first apartment was wonderful. Moving into a bigger space we've had a few issues from previous tenants that didn't care about how they left the apartment. With trying to clean up their issues from the mess they left, we are frustrated that it wasn't fixed before we moved in. We have had no major issues in our apartment,thankfully.

We don't have much of an experience due to the fact we have only been here a week, but so far the maintenance is really timely and nice and our neighbors are great. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Friendly staff and beautiful complex. Maintenance is efficient and works to fix the problem as soon as possible. Apartments are located in a quieter area of Fort Wayne but still within reasonable distance of the city!

I moved into Windsor Oaks about a year ago and honestly can say I've had ZERO complaints. The landscape is gorgeous, the maintenance team responsive and respectful, the office team kind, and the apartment updated. I love how spacious my home is and all of the natural light from the many windows. I've been very happy living here.

It is really a nice place to live! We are close to everything without feeling like we live in the city. We know many of our neighbors, and lots of those in the community go for walks around the neighborhood.

Very nice, clean apartments. I haven't had any problems so far. Staff is friendly and get things done quickly. Apartments are spacious and open. I love it here more than I loved my own house! Close to many different stores and restaurants.

The last apartment complex I was in was horrible. Long waits for maintenance and whatnot. The kitchen ------------- ----. Cabinets were made of cheap material that would constantly shed like a ------- dog. This place has none of that AND it has a wood fireplace. Nifty.

The complex is well kept and everyone that works here has given the most personal, thorough and friendly service. Living in an apartment was a big change for me. The staff here has made the transition easy and wonderful.

I always rode by this beautiful complex.. I was finally able to afford to live here.. it is the most beautiful place I ever lived .. the staff are truly amazing and the neighbors are very polite.. the best decision I've made when it comes to living and homes

Definitely one of the best apartment complexes in Fort Wayne! Love the pond, trees, and horses near by all of which make this apartment a wonderful place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family!

Friendly and nice neighbors. When and if there is a problem the maintenance people are there to help. Always quick and efficient and they aim to please. I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day but somethings it is difficult to sleep due to the neighbors making noise.

Windsor Oaks is a great community for residents of all ages and diversity. The neighborhood is safe, close to stores, and well-kept. I really appreciate the social activites, snow service during the winter, and interacting with the staff. I have never gotten the impression that the staff was too busy or didn't care.

Friendly welcoming staff! Love the cute gift basket left on the kitchen counter for our arrival. Safe area, maintence man Tim is awesome, I really enjoy living here especially having the upstairs be a model home so I don't have any noisy neighbors to worry about

The apartments are very nice inside but very very poorly insulated. Other than outrageous energy bills I overall enjoyed my time living here. The apartment was spacious and visually appealing. I still dream of the walk in closet and in unit washer, dryer I had there. The staff was overall good except there is no flexibility (ex. I was looking to have the date I had to give my move out notice pushed back 2 weeks because of a job offer and they refused to adjust it at all, even though I offered to pay the higher month to month fee for those extra weeks). But as long as you don't have any questions or special requests, you should be fine living there. It appears their least helpful office staff no longer works there which is a great thing. I have also included their vacating checklist since I know I didn't get it until right before I was moving out and would have appreciated it earlier.

It is very peaceful. The staff is incredible. They are helpful and courteous. The maintenance staff are very professional. The grounds are kept well. The apartments are beautiful and very roomy. It is a great place to live.
