Friendly staff, all requests were attended to promptly. Neighbors are friendly; I'm glad to call Windsor oaks apartment my home. I feel safe when I arrive home at night, I have great lighting, and it's peaceful. I sleep well at night.

Windsor Oaks has been a great community to live in I have had no issues at all and anytime I have had any maintenance issues they have been handled right away even with covid they have been amazing with getting things done.

Quiet neighborhood. Maintenance requests are usually handled the same day. Great staff responds quickly to any issues. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Only issue is limited parking spots per apartment and for guests.

10/10. 5 Stars. The maintenance team here is wonderful and I have never felt as comfortable and confident calling the maintenance team than I do here at Windsor Oaks. I put in a request late morning and by the time I got home everything was fixed and they left a note that told me what they did to fix the issue and the times they were there.

This has been a very peaceful, quiet and friendly community. The staff's are nice, respectful, very patient and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance staffs are nice and professional. **

Staff is always friendly and helpful, though I haven't had to contact them much at all so far. The community is kept clean, with rotating mowing and plowing schedules for the different seasons. I have always felt very safe with good lighting at night and separate entrances. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but are friendly. I hardly ever hear anyone from my apartment - if I do, it is kids or pets outside. Sometimes parking can be an issue if neighbors have people over, it is a small lot. I love the in unit washer and dryer, and its really nice to have a dishwasher as well. Decent counter space for an apartment, with bar seating area. I would recommend this place to friends and family members!

This is the third apartment complex I have lived in since I moved back from Florida, this is by far the best place to call home for apartment living. All of the staff members goes above and beyond, the neighbors are mostly friendly, grounds kept very clean, and pet friendly. I do watch walking through the grass, not everyone cleans up after their dogs: but I have never seen multiple piles. The pool never seems over crowded too. I haven't used the gym, but appears small... it is clean. I like it best because it is close to shopping and the highway, it sits back and a quiet/peaceful place to live, along with the great staff you can not go wrong!

First rate management. They really care for the residents and provide great friendly service. The amenities they provide are first rate and well maintained. I would highly recommend Windsor Oaks Apartment Homes.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Kinda expensive additional cost for carport so that could be better but overall I'm happy where I live at this time. Maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. Close to 469 so very accessible to work commute.

This is a great community to live in. It is kid and pet friendly. We have great neighbors and the staff is awesome. Everyone knows our names and is so friendly. I can't say enough good things about Windsor Oaks

Love everything about it. Quiet. Friendly. Excellent service from Deana. Lisa helped me get a mouse out. Caden helped me swap some broken blinds out. Apartments are clean, and spaceous. Awesome vibe here.

Windsor Oaks office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything from painting the parking lot to snow removal to landscaping is always up to date and/or done in a timely manner. I love the location of Windsor oaks, this was my first apartment experience and I have loved my time here.

Windsor oaks has been an amazing home for me the last couple of years. Office staff, maintenance, and even my neighbors made me feel right at home instantly! The community is very well kept and it seems they are always making improvements too!

We have enjoyed living here at Windsor Oaks! The apartments are affordable for the amenities provided. One of the great features of our apartment is the storage and washer/dryer in the unit. The staff is extremely friendly, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient if an issue arises.

It was a great experience. The community is quiet and peaceful. Location is terrific. There is grocery and retail shopping nearby. Walking areas are beautiful. I recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

Quiet and respectful/safe feeling. Apartments are out of the way/on the edge of Fort Wayne, which is kind of a pro and con, since it's pretty relaxed but you have to drive far to do anything outside of the Maysville center

Excellent service and professionalism has been demonstrated by all of the staff fir as long as I have lived here. Kelly D. Is the best manager!!! Also , the landscaping maintenance have always been meticulous and beautiful !

Pricey rent, high utility costs, rude maintenance staff. I got locked inside my apartment once because the door latch was broken. The maintenance man took way too long to get there AND was rude to me once he arrived. The place is nice and newish and clean.... but so is the new Long John Silvers that used to be a Blockbuster down the street. Overall: 2 out of 7 experience

Windsor oaks is a great place to live. It has nice amenities and the community is very good. It is a quiet apartment that allows us to study well. The parking is nice and the staff is always friendly.

This is my first experience moving to an apartment. So far the experience is very good. The neighborhood is a very quiet, large space to park your car. Maintenance services are very good. I recommend this apartment to anybody you won't be disappointing.

Windsor Oaks is a nice community with good amenities and better construction, finishes and features than we saw in competing complexes in this price range. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rent is fair value.

Windsor Oak Apartments are peaceful and inviting. The office staff are all beautiful, friendly people who get ---- done! All of the lovely maintenance individuals are equally in it and great! Live here!
