I've lived here for two years and have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is incredibly kind and have been so helpful through my process of moving! They were genuinely excited for me and my move and it made my decision to live here that much easier.

Windsor Oaks has been amazing to stay at. It's a very peaceful and quiet community, with super friendly staff that actually know who you are and care about their residents. They respond promptly to any questions you have or any maintenance calls. The complex is extremely well kept and maintained. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff at Windsor Oaks are knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. If you have questions or concerns they will help you as quickly as they can. Their number one priority and concern is your happiness as a tenant. The area is nice, the apartments are high quality, and the amenities are a big plus.

On our 3rd month and there's no regret choosing windsor oaks over dozen other communities. Management and Maintenance guys are awesome and easy to get a hold of. It's even more beautiful now that it's getting warmer and you can enjoy the amenities the community can offer.

Office staff were friendly, quiet neighborhood. Overall it's been a very pleasant experience. I came from an apartment that left me without hot water for 9 weeks and my apartment ended up condemned, so this is already a better experience than where I came from

Nice, quiet, peaceful, very spacious. It's close to my job, so that's a plus. I love the walk in closet and huge bathroom space. Nice pool, gym, and package pickup station for Amazon packages. Love the full sized washer and dryer as well.

I love this community! Very peaceful, and safe. Their maintenance team is quick and efficient! They have great things going on at the clubhouse and within the community. They also have a great park / lounge area outside! Very family oriented.

I'm very grateful to be living in this community. It's a nice area and the overall upkeep is good. No place is perfect, but I think this is a good place to live. The rent is on the high end, but that's the trade off.

Safety and comfort are priority! Recently on a Saturday morning, my daughter's bedroom smoke/carbon monoxide detector started chirping around 9:55am. I left a message on the emergency line, and the Leasing Office returned my call at 10:11am. The Maintenance Technician had the unit replaced by 10:15am! We absolutely love it here.

We went to view an apartment in this community and had the best customer service. This community has great apartments and wonderful amenities. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. You can tell that they care about their tenants.

I loved the upkeep of the property especially for the time of the year (January) I love the location as floor plan. I love private entry ways and the patio area as well. I could see myself living here and see the value for location and amenties but there are similiar complex with lower price listings.

I love living here. Any and every season the community is well kept and gorgeous. The staff and maintenance are the best I've ever dealt with when I've rented from anyone. Most importantly I fell safe here.

Maintenance always takes care of any issues I have right away, and all are professional and polite. Such a convenient place with shopping, and restaurants near by. Love the space I have in my apartment and the layout!

This is a great community to live at! The office staff is wonderful, as well as the maintenance staff. The community is also kept so clean and I love all the events that put on for the residents. I highly recommend living here!

The apartment complex is very decent, don't have much complaints about the facilities. There are a few maintenance issues but the staff is quick to address whatever issues arise in a timely manner. Overall the experience has been pretty pleasant.

After my husband passed away, I moved from Missouri where I lived on a farm for 35 years! I was nervous sbout living in an apartment. Windsor Oaks has exceeded my highest expectations! Professional,friendly, beautifully landscaped grounds!

Living here has been very great! Helpful staff. Clean neighborhood. Kind neighbors. Good apartments. They host events that are fun to attend, like the opening of the pool with food trucks. Office staff is very helpful in getting deliveries if they are left on doorstep and not able to retrieve right away.

Beautiful ground, people in the apartment community are very nice, staff and maintenance are professional, polite and timely. My only issue is the electric, it ridiculously high ($250ish in the winter and $130ish in the summer).

Love the apartment and the park like setting. I live in the back with a view and I see so many animals, deer and all kinds of birds. It is very quiet here at night, which I appreciate. Can't wait for the pool to open. The maintenance staff here is on their game.

Great apartments that don't look and feel like a thousand other "cookie cutter" apartment complexes out there. The apartments have great layouts. The office/maintenance staff are professional. The location has great access to shopping and restaurants. Amazing place to call home.

Very nice and safe place to live! Great community with a clean pool, playground, basketball court and the convenience of being close to everything you'll need with being off Maysville. The rent is high!
