I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE EXCEPT FOR THE MANEGMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE BUT OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS A VERY SAFE PLACE TO LIVE AND THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT.

I THINK WINDSOR OAKS IS NOT THAT BAD OF A PLACE THERES BEEN A LOT OF GOOD POSITIVE REVIEWS TODAY SEEING HOW ITS SUNDAY AND ALL. BUT I TRULEY DO BELIEVE WINSOR OAKS IS A FINE PLACE TO LIVE COMPARED TO SLUM APARTMENTS LIKE CANTERBURY WICH HAS TO BY FAR BE THE WORSE. SO I THINK WINSOR OAKS IS OK.

Be honest

I am sure surprised how so many residents that have the same compliants that I do don't know of this website. Since the office does not care enough to take care of the issues we have maybe this will reach the upper management. Anyway... I have had several issues with maintenance. When the so called supervisor comes into my apartment he never cleans up after himself. It has gotten to the point when I call the office I know that I will be cleaning when I come home AND when he does come over he never gets it right the first time. I always have to call him back. This place is not well built and there are tons of people in and out of here at all hours of the night. I don't feel safe at all. The office manager has no idea what he is doing and never seems to have an answer for you when you ask. He does not want to be bothered. I am moving in May when my lease is up. The money I pay I should feel and be treated like royalty. I know that you don't know until you live here but please take my advice and go somewhere else. The saying you get what you pay for is not correct in this dump!!!!

Very nice- no complaints

I moved into Windsor Oaks about five months ago, and I absolutely love it! I am very very skeptical of apartment complexes, having come from two very bad experiences at two other complexes in Fort Wayne. (never go to an AIMCO property. I did twice stupidly.) Needless to say, when I visited the first time, I was shocked at how nice it was and figured it was too good to be true. I went ahead and moved into a two bedroom, and I was just waiting for something to be wrong. As of yet, nothing has. My apartment is huge, I love my closets, and my washer and dryer in my apartment. I occasionally hear noise from the lady above me, but not very often, and it´s not bad. (I think she has kids that come over sometimes on weekends.) I used to dread going home after work, because I knew that it would be another day that something broke in my apartment. I LOVE coming home! It´s quiet, its peaceful, and this is the first place that I´ve ever felt like was actually home, not just the apartment I lived in. It´s really nice too that I get a 5 percent discount on rent for working at Parkview. I strongly urge anyone looking for an apartment, to come check it out. Believe me, I was skeptical, but I was wrong. If you don´t believe me, ask some of the residents what they think, and they´ll tell you the same thing I am.

Great place to live

Apartment is one of the best I have ever lived in. The layout makes it feel very open and homey. Patios are large enough that they can actually be used. Community is beautiful and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of community events. Occasionally hear neighbors, but most are quiet at night. I am moving out of the area and am dreading trying to find another apartment that comes close to Windsor Oaks...
