Staff not friendly at all, and they take you for every penny they can! After we left, we had one stain apparently on the carpet and they charged us 150$!! I asked to see a copy of the report and they charged for a full apartment carpet cleaning service of 90$ (for no reason?) 30$ for the stain ( that seems more reasonable) and 20$ for paint, which we never painted nor was the paint chipping off the walls when we left, we only lived there a year. They were never helpful especially when it came to maintence. We would call and they would "fill out a work order" and it would be 2 weeks later and maintence knew nothing about it! I am generally very easy going but they really tried our best to rip us off as much as they could.

Windsor Oaks is a quiet community. We had an upstairs 1 bedroom rental. From beginning to end dealing with the office staff was awful. It started with them asking us to choose between 2 rentals, so we drove feom out of town to look and made our choice. Upon calling the next morning we were told "that one ended up being rented last night so you can rent the other one." That really wasnt a big deal, but would have been nice if someone had told us. Upon moving in it was not clean, and there was paint on EVERYTHING, even the toilet seat & floors. When I called the office we were told someone would be in to clean it that Wednesday. When I returned home on Wed evening it hadn't been cleaned. So, on Thursday I went to the office to tell them & was told they thought the cleaners weren't to be there until Friday. So, i asked them to double chexk & apparently that was the case. So, again on Friday evening when I returned home it still wasn't cleaned. So again on Monday I walked to the office & was told the cleaners had been there. I told them not one spot of paint had been cleaned. The office staff was going to talk to the cleaners and get back with me. After 4 days of hearing nothing I called the office & I was told the cleaners didn't see any paint that needed to be cleaned so nothing was done. I was dumb founded first of all that they couldn't see paint everywhere, and secondly that no one decided to let us lnow what was going on. There are many, many more examples that I have of the EXTREMELY POOR office staff at Windsor Oaks. One thing I caution EVERYONE on is that no matter if I was paying rent, paying my lease break fee, or turning in my keys I was told every time "our policy is that we don't write rwceipts." What kind of business can't write receipts? This place has major office personnel issues!! My advise to anyone looking at these rentals is to keep looking! The rentals are nice (after you clean them yourself), and it's a quiet place but there are many other places in Ft Wayne that have those ammenties & also have an office staff that know what they are doing!!

We love living at Windsor Oaks. Everything is taken care of for us. The apartments and grounds are beautiful. The neighborhood is safe. Staff is helpful and professional. We prefer apartment living to owning a home, especially if it is a WO apartment.

I had a friend who was already living in Windsor Oaks and I loved how clean and nice looking they were. The staff was very helpful during the move in. We were also really happy with the extra activities they included, such as fishing, basketball, golf, swimming, fitness room and more.

like it here so far I would like to see something done about the speeding thru the complex. I would also like to see the community have a partnership with the city for recycling. I know the city would provide bins for the residents it is terrible how much stuff we throw away here that could be recycled

Overall very nice. Only issue is be prepared to clean the inside of your apartment yourself before moving in as it was poorly done by the complex itself. I pay additional for a "view" on second story, but the windows are to dirty to even see out of.

There is not a better apartment complex in Ft. Wayne as to size for the money! Office staff and maintenance staff have always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend Windsor Oaks to any one that needs a place to live. I have lived here 7 1/2 years and made a home for myself.

I absolutely love this place! There is plenty of space and the high ceilings make our apartment feel larger and more open. The grounds and club house make us feel like we're living in a very nice area, and the security guard makes us feel safer.

I've only been living at Windsor Oaks for a week but the apartment is beautiful. My view is gorgeous with the fountain on one side and the stables on the other. The neighbors at the stable are incredibly friendly and the staff were very helpful during my tour and move-in.

I was excited to move in, but once I did I faces too many issues to enjoy my living experience in my community. The staff is not will to be flexible with residents, and the maintenance system is not reliable or quick. I will move once my lease is up

We love living here. I wish that they could start replacing the windows , doors in the window it is very drafty and not insulated well. When I suggested this to staff they said that it wasn't in this years budget and it had been an extreme winter...I disagree, our bill was out of hand, we even sat with blankets on.

extremely disappointment in services and attitudes and reactions from the maintenance office; finally it's time to buy a house; The maintenance staff are rude, hostile, and careless on the needs of the residents. For the level of professionalism and ethical behaviors of apartment staff and also the condition of the apartment building, the price of the rent I am paying (about $1300), one of the most expensive apartments in town, is certainly too high.

Terrific apartment community with warm and helpful staff. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with attractive commons spaces and lots of open lawn and green space. I also appreciate how close it is to shops, places to eat, and all the major city streets.

My experience so far is good. I only had a few issues when I moved in, but it has been resolved. It's a quiet, clean, and friendly environment. The staff is awesome. My only issue was how long it took for maintenance to complete work order. No other complaints or concerns

Community is well maintained, staff is helpful and responsive to service requests. Grass is kept neat, sidewalks and streets plowed in the winter in a timely manner. Residents are respectful of reach other. I've never had a noise problem. Very few police calls to the community, and most are health related issues. Community is virtually crime free. Unique apartment layouts. Cool place to live.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly but our refrigerator and freezer and microwave did not work when we moved in which wasted about $150.00 in food from not being cold or frozen. Also we ate out a lot more than we would have if the microwave had worked.

We have only been here for 2 weeks . the staff is very friendly and responsive. it is very quiet and always has ample parking.the maintenance staff works very quicly to fix any problems we had even though they were minor. Would highly recommend this apartment facility!!!

The apartment homes are spacious and modern. They are well maintained and comfortable. The amenities within the community are nice which include: basketball, tennis, a pool table, fitness center and a swimming pool. The community is landscaped well and is very quiet and safe. It is a pleasure living here and is a great place to raise your family.

Excellent staff, very responsive. Nice grounds and Facilities. Good apartment layout and floor plans. Utility fees are expensive for heat and A/C (heat pump units). Good location with easy access to shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Not worth the price. Ridiculously high heat costs and its very difficult to communicate with the office. I wouldnt live here again. The apartment itself is ok, but there's lots of bugs and spiders. Snow removal was poor and the lots was often extremely icy.

We have lived in this community now for 8 years. We love the amenities, the service, The people who live here are nice and friendly. We enjoy taking walks on the well maintained walkways all year round. It is also a friendly place for our pet. We really can call it home!

One of the things I like is the location and the surrounding area for the many things offered. the staff has always been helpful and has attended to any issues i have had inside my apartment quickly. In addition, the pool and clubhouse facilities are always well maintained and clean.
