Windsor Oaks has been a great community to live in. The other residents are kind and the noise level is at a minimum. The staff is always quick to help. The quality of the apartments encourages me to continue living here.

This apartment likes the location condition very well. Because it is a little close to the road, there is a little noise. Lawn mowing and snow removal after snowfall are very good and correspondence is fast. The problem has been resolved.I will continue to live in this apartment.

I have enjoyed my time at this community so far. It is close to a couple of restaurants and grocery stores. It is 15 or so odd minutes from a lot of other major stores, but you are close to the highway. The apartments are nice and fairly quite for being right off a busy street. My mail issue is turning left out of the complex during the weekend. The staff are prompt at responding to any questions I have as well as to any maintenance issues I have. I feel like I am in the country while still technically living in the city - something I enjoy.

We've been at Windsor oaks for 7 years it's a great community to live in I would recommend Windsor oaks to anyone looking for a safe and well maintained community to live in. My wife and I are always saying what a great choice we made by moving her.

This is a great apartment with lots of space. The pool is nice and the community is kept very clean. I have enjoyed my two years living here and plan to live here for many more years to come. I like it here.

I had no issues in move in at this apartment complex and the walls were freshly painted and the carpets were cleaned. I had a few issues with maintance of items, but they are being taken care of. My neighbors are quiet and I feel very safe at this complex.

Only lived here since August but enjoy so far. Love having a fireplace. Pool is nice. Maintenance has been accommodating with service requests. Wish apartment didn't have so many stairs. Nice location with shopping close by etc.

Renting for a year while my house is being built. Amenities are above average. Price might be a little steep for the area, but it is pet friendly. Appliances were in good condition. Only complaint is storage, but that is going to be an issue for anyone moving in from a house.

It is not very good because when I moved here my air conditioner was not working and it was very hot and it takes 1 week to fixed air contion still is not working.In my opinion , it is better to check it before we moved .

We just recently moved into the apartment complex, but, so far, it has been the best place we've lived. There were a few minor issues when we moved in, but they were quickly taken care of by the office and maintenance staff.

Beautiful community. Apartments are large and spacious which makes storage a lot easier. I enjoy the pool area and the clubhouse- however, the clubhouse is not entirely open after 6pm. Apartment is a little bit costly.

A great place to live with great office people and maintenance people. I have talked to many neighbors and so far all been nice. A great place close to everything u need. You can walk to the stores if you can't drive.

Windsor Oaks apartments has been a professional, courteous, and helpful community. We moved in at the end of April, and everything went smoothly. We would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who was looking for a home.

It's a quiet, safe and clean community to live. During the spring, the trees are gorgeous on the grounds. In the summer, it's nice to go relax by the pool. One of the only apartments with a saltwater pool. It is refreshing. The apartments are large and a great space.

Also nicely upkeep and people are friendly,??, always helpful . Thank you grounds are always nicely done. Flowers are planted by bin and they put new signs up. Snow removal always and gym is great for workout.

The community is very cleaner staff is great we have pools recreational center basketball courts tennis courts in community we have fireplaces in are apt all electric and very nice neighborhood real close to shopping and getting into major highways

The staff and apartments themselves have been wonderful for the year and change I have lived here. The only slight issue is insulation so our power bill is a little high. However since everything else has been fantastic I am more then happy to spend a little extra in electricity.

Great community. Much better than the one that I lived in in Oklahoma. It is more like a home and less like an apartment and I can't hear my upstairs neighbors walking around or doing anything. I would recommend the complex to friends.

Overall a very nice community to live in. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of others. The staff are friendly and helpful, and any maintenance problem I've had was quickly fixed. They have community events, but a majority of them are during a time when someone working 8am-6pm Monday - Friday can't attend. The apartments are well put together and average in interior appearance. The electricity bill ranges from about $50 in the months that don't need heat or air conditioning to about $200 in the cold of winter. I've rarely had a problem with internet, TV or phone service. They only allow smaller dogs and in a limited number of buildings. Smoking is allowed in the apartments, and I (non-smoker) occasionally get a slight smell of smoke in my apartment stair well. Exterior apartment appearance is very nice, and I feel like I'm coming to a home rather than a building. I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes, and while it is one of the more expensive ones I've lived in, it is one of the best.

I love this community. It is quiet and my neighbors are wonderful! It is also a beautiful place. The staff is nice and polite. They do a good job at keeping the grounds clean and well taken care of. Great place to live!

The carpet was worn when I moved in...so after six years it has worned and buckled. But rent rises. The neighbors above me have a child that jumps around to the point I'm afraid my pictures will fall off the walks.

Realistically there have been issues in the past due to neglectful renters. Management has always shown cobcern and adressed these concerns when possible. Our neighborhood sense of community has improved along the way and feel Windsor Oaks is a safe and clean community in which to refer friends and others looking for a new home.

Very spacious and well maintained property. The closet space is awesome and the openness of the floorplan really gives the feeling of home. The room sizes are perfect for your queen or king sized furniture.

When we moved in the office used to be open 7 days a week and used to have drop box for rent now since new years day was on monday office was closed sunday and monday so i paid tuesday morning and was told i owe late fee thats not right my rent is due on the 1st of month not the30th so if you want the rent on 1st either be open or get a drop box
