I work from home and most days it's very quiet. Only recently has there been noise during the work day and that's understandable given the current circumstance. The community has been perfect for my needs at this time in my life.

The front office staff is very knowledgeable and respectable. I liked how were allowed to view a unit without employee supervision as this allows us to speak freely. Sophia is very nice to work with. The rates are fair for the value you receive. I would recommend moving into Windsor Oaks.

So far it has been wonderful! The leasing staff were super nice and helpful and they worked with me to get me into a unit sooner than expected at the same price. The maintenance has done a wonderful job and cleaned every time they've done something. The grounds are well maintained and it's a really nice and quiet community.

Great community. It is very clean, friendly, and safe. Everyone that works there is very polite and always on top of it. All of my neighbors are very friendly. It is in a great location, shopping and right by the interstate which makes it very easy and convenient to get around.

One of the nicest apartment complexes in the Fort Wayne area. Helpful and courteous staff always available during business hours. Appearance and care of buildings is evident right as one drives in to the complex.

For the most part, everyone in the community is pretty nice. The staff is always friendly. Swimming pool is always clean. I have no complaints. Don't really see anyone flying through the parking lots. Amentities are all clean. No thefts.

Top quality apartment community. Love everything about it! Office staff are very responsive, maintenance is quick and super nice, grounds are impecible, apartment has a great fireplace and cathedral ceilings that make it feel open. Love the balcony-great space. The pool is always clean...and beautiful area to enjoy summer.

Beautiful area and landscaping that makes it truly feel like home. Great extra amenities. Enjoyed the different apartment layouts the complex offered compared to other places. Great value with the amount of space that you get for the price. Recommend!

Windsor Oaks is an amazing place to live. It's quiet, but there is a lot to do. It's been my home for the last 5 years and I wish I could make it a permanent place. I have no complaints about anything past normal apartment living problems. The maintenance crew is respectful and gets the job done in a timely manner. The office staff is kind and attentive. My apartment is an amazing space for one person, so much that I fear my future home will be underwhelming. I have everything I need such as a washer and dryer, a dish washer, a porch, a garbage disposal, a pool, reliable AC and heat, and enough space for me to do all of my crafts. I love living in this community and will be sad to have to leave. The only complaint I have would be the price of rent, but it's worth every penny in my opinion. I have seen the apartment complexes around and heard enough horror stories to know I landed the best place in town.

This apartment home is larger than most apartments, very secure and quiet in my area. Love that they offer the ability to bring our dog and have an area for her. Staff was very accommodating with offering lease terms to fit our situation.

The atmosphere of the community is very relaxing. There are many activities, such as the pool and the workout area, that make it convenient living there. The area also feels safe ans secure at night especially with the on call officers th at live there.

This community is very nice. the main difficulty is exiting the apartment complex because there is only 1 entrance which is off of a busy road, making left turns (toward the highway) hard. other than leaving, I have no complaints

Ive only been living here for a week. The apartment complex is very clean, and the staff is very nice. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The biggest cons that i anticipate at this apartment, is the electric bills. Electric is veryyy expensive

I would not recommend these apts. The windows are so cheap you can feel even a slight breeze through them and hear the outside al the time as if the windows are open. My electric bill reached 350 dollars in one month. For a place that charges over 1000 a month in rent you would think the place would have been put together with some quality but no its total crap.
