Windsor Oaks staff is great! They are fantastic at communicating with residents, spend countless hours making sure the community is picked up and are always on top of work orders and making sure things get taken care of quickly. I cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness and detail oriented nature of each and every one of the staff members. We have loved our time at Windsor Oaks are glad to be able to call this glac? home for this season of life.

The community out here is so peaceful & quiet. Maintenance staff is kind and knows what they're doing. Apartment is spacious & up to date on appliances. And one of the best things is there's always parking space available close to my apartment.

Initially lived in an apartment here in 2020-2022. We left briefly, because we were supposed to buy my father in laws home, but it's didn't go through unfortunately. We liked living here before so much we ended up coming back. Little disappointed with the shape our new apartment. Overall love the staff and maintenance team. The apartments are very nice, but we think with how much we're paying the apartments should look brand new. My main disappointment is the cabinets in our kitchen were all scratched up and look like they had been bleached or just old in general. I used an oil based cleaner for wood and that seemed to help kinda, also we have new carpet and where the carpet meets in the kitchen it's starting to come up and we've only been here for a week. When they did our paint job they were very messy and got it on our wood paneling and even some spots on the carpet. Overall it's better then most apartments in Fort Wayne, but with how much we're paying, I feel like it could be better. The staff have always been so good to us, although this experience wasn't as good as our last.

It is a pleasant community that has excellent service. They keep the property well maintained. Updates are done every year. I do miss having a garage. However, the garages are usually taken close by and I would have to go to a different area to park, which would be un handy. Other than that, I'm very happy here.

Safe clean & respectful place to live. Maintenance always is taken care of in a respectable amount of time, and the office always calls to double check everything was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, as well as welcoming. The pool speaks for itself. It is extremely clean, beautiful, and taken care of.

I've enjoyed living at Windsor Oaks since day 1. Apartments and grounds are well maintained. Office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and helpful. The few times I've had to submit a service request, they been handled the same day. The complex is well lit and quiet. I've never felt concerned about safety. It's also close to restaurants, shopping and 469. Even though it's located somewhat "out of the way" (which I like) all the necessities are quite accessible. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment community to call home.

Great! Having downsized from a home to an apartment, I was concerned about neighbors, noise, maintenance, storage and other changes. Not to worry. The apartments are spacious, grounds are well maintained, maintenance is prompt, and perks such as the "hub" add convenience. I have found the staff to be caring, efficient, and responsive and the location couldn't be better.

I am going on my 3rd year here. My experience has been nothing but positive. The staff here is amazing!! The turn around time for any needs is always within a day or 2 at the most. Everything is resolved with total respect to privacy & property. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities a plus with the pool, the gym, the sidewalks, the activities that the office offers. Move in process was very smooth and staff was very quick to handle minor issues during move in. Apartment looks beautiful and there is plenty of space for storage. Clubhouse was very clean with nice and up to date fitness center. Overall a very nice place to live.

I've only been here a short time (less then a month), but it is a nice area with good neighbors, friendly staff, the type of people living here range from single college kids, to families with a few kids and older couples. Mostly older couples so it tends to be quiet at all hours. Rent in my opinion is a little steep but you get what you pay for and you do get a lot of things to do in this community.

The apartment homes are beautiful and feel more like condos than apartments. There are plenty of outlets and light fixtures which was more than my last apartment could say! You can tell they tried hard to fix up the place before I moved in although they did not have much time to do so. Other than general wear and tear, the place was in good condition, especially the kitchen! I'm looking forward to using the pool and exercise room often.
