Everything is good here, maintenance and leasing office team works on time and punctual. The only issue here you always get the higher electricity bills irrespective of the weather conditions. One bed apartment get as much as $250 monthly.

I currently live in a non-renovated unit, and the appliances are quite old. The kitchen has wooden countertops instead of granite, which makes it feel outdated compared to renovated apartments. Since moving in six months ago, the dishwasher has stopped working twice. Although maintenance responded, recurring issues have been frustrating. The sink faucet also continues to drip despite multiple repair attempts. The kids' play area is nice and a great feature for families. However, during the summer months, it becomes difficult to use due to a high number of mosquitoes and bugs. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to the community, improvements in appliance reliability, fixture maintenance, and pest control would significantly enhance the living experience.

Overall, I really like living in this apartment. I feel safe in this community, which was one of my biggest concerns when I moved in. In addition, the office staff are very responsive and take care of requests quickly. Highly recommend!

Lakes of Windsor has been a great experience for my wife and I who are living in an apartment community for the first time. It is clean and well maintained. Great Place to live! The front office staff is amazing and so are the Maintenance staff. All are very warm individuals. Would definitely Recommend this place. I the grounds are kept up. The tenants are respectful to one another.

It's been a perfectly nice and easy place to live. Being so close to the Meijer grocery store is a huge plus and makes daily life super convenient, so I'm happy with the location. The only real downside is that some of the neighbors don't seem to realize how loud they are, which can be frustrating now and then.

The staff is amazing. I've had a few small problems and messaged maintenance and they were there within 15 to 20 minutes. I am single and I feel very safe in these apartments. I feel very safe when I'm walking and sitting outside I've met several neighbors and they are very nice. I enjoy the pool a lot. It's never really really crowded but it's very nice and that's where I have met most of my friends. My grandkids have gone to the park and the beach volleyball court. Everything is walking distance, and you are very close to grocery stores and restaurants. And you were right by 65.

Comfy to live as it is access to walk for Meijer's or other stores plus restaurants as Beautiful surroundings plus bushes/trees Been living there for 8 years so far as I enjoy as their maintenance crew keep picking debris often.
