I have lived in a luxury apartment complex before....it included up to date appliances and matching hardware in the bathrooms. The roads on the property were maintained so no fear of ruining or damage to your vehicle because the roads leading to your apartment have huge potholes in them. I appreciate your concerns....Have a Blessed day.

It is a very well kept community. It's clean and it has a very homey feeling that most complexes do not have. I like how on top of things the maintenance is, it's like whenever you need them, they are there right away.

It is quiet and nice community. The rental office people are nice and helpful. There is a pool and nice workout room. There are plenty of open spaces to walk. If you are looking for a community that is quiet, well taken care of this is for you.

Apartments are fine. But, the management is terrible. Spineless, unforgiving, and greedy. Save yourself headache, time, and money and rent elsewhere. The manager of the community is not unlike an insurance adjuster who is looking for any reason to deny you.

I really did enjoy my time at Prairie Point Apartments it was a great place to live and the office is so friendly and helpful! Work orders are also taken care of very quickly! Highly recommend living here!

Great Community and Best Place to Live! My family and I have stayed here for several years and this is by far the best community that we have been a part of. The grounds are always in such beautiful condition. So many of the residents wave and say hello when I'm out for my morning run. The staff is so nice and always seem so happy to be working here. Denise is awesome, and you can see just how much respect and admiration the team has for her. She cares so much for the residents here. It's as if none of the staff members ever have a bad day. :)

Service has been excellent, whenever we have had a problem, it has been fixed. Only problem being on the top floor is if neighbors are very sensitive to sound as our neighbors below have been upset due to us as simple as walking.

This is a lovely, safe place to live. I have forgot to close my garage and lock the door and come home to everything the same as I left it. It is much quieter than I expected. The staff if quick to respond and resolve any problem in the apartment.

I have enjoyed my time living at Prairie Point. When maintenance has been required it is accomplished within a very brief time and completed quickly. The apartment I live in is very nice and the washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus. It's a very pretty place to live.

This is a safe apartment complex but the prices are crazy. They add additional charges when doing upgrades to aged buildings. Carpeting and appliances are aged and need replacing. Charging a premium price for a basic apartment.

I love the quiet of my apartment and the view I have. I feel a million miles away from my work when I am at home. I have been very happy living here. I enjoy watching the seasons change and the wildlife near the pond.

Overall experience has been enjoyable. I had a few issues with timeliness on maintenance request related to my refrigerator and a insect problem, had to follow up multiple times. Upkeep is nice, units can be pricey.

This community is very welcoming. A big attraction for me was our own private entrance. The office staff is wonderful always willing and ready to help without hesitation. Office staff is also kind and friendly. Grounds are very well kept and always groomed.

Very nice up-to-date apartments, friendly community. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond with any problems. The only down fall is the parking. It's very hard for me to get a spot at the end of the day without having to park far away from my building.

Thank you for you inquiry. Our residents is responsible in putting the gas and electric into their names, renter insurance and internet. The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
