Prairie Point is an awesome, clean, and friendly place to live. My wife and I love it here. We have been here a year and have never had a problem. Anytime something small needed to be attended to, maintinance was here either that day or the next. Great place.

If you are looking long term or short term, this is a wonderful place to move to. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Should you encounter a problem their response is both prompt and courteous. Conveniently located to all shopping, restaurants, and interstates. You will feel right at Home here.

Great apartments, helpful office staff and maintence requests are always handled in a timely manner. The community is always quiet and grounds are well kept. I like the fun events the office plan for residents.

SATISFACTORY AND QUIET LEAVING ENVIRONMENT, IT HAS BEEN HOME AWAY FROM HOME, THE NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES IS SOUND PROOF. THE NIGHT VIEW IS BEAUTIFUL DUE TO THE LIGHTS PLACEMENTS. PERIODIC ENTERTAINMENTS.

Better rent prices. Better customer service from maintenance staff. The walls and floors in apartments are thin and can hear from other neighbors. Landscaping, very well kept. Walking trail is a great touch to community.

Very nice property and staff, but some of the unit amenities need to be upgraded. Love the high ceilings and full size washer and dryer! Nice large bathrooms and closes. The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient.

It is very pleasant! The people here are friendly and the grounds are well-kept. I love my new apartment! I have a one-bedroom that is the perfect size for me. The walk in closets are generous and there is storage available outside as well.

I have found that Prairie Point Apartments to be a great place to live and meet my needs. I live half time in Indiana and the other half in Florida. The management staff has always been helpful whenever needs arise.

Excellent Apartment Experience in all areas from the start and great Customer Service and Maintenance Department here. The speed people in the office are always friendly and in a good mood, which is certainly a rarity these days for certain. Highly recommend no doubt.

The community looks nicer on the outside than it is inside the apartments. Apartments are cheaply built. There are too few pools for a large community like this and no Hot-Tub or sauna for use is a downer.

Great, clean, safe community. The complex works hard to get the residents together for activities which is great if you are new to the area. Apartments are in good condition and the newer ones look great inside and out. Convenient location to everything!

When I was looking for apartments in the Merrillville area, I found Prairie Point on and noticed that some people had poor reviews of the complex and that the rent was higher than some other communities I had found. However, after moving in and living here for almost 2 years I've never encountered any of the negativity that some of the reviews complained about. I am a student and the managing staff worked with me and my financial aid to ensure that I found the perfect apartment. After visiting some of my friends' apartments in other communities, I am 100% satisfied with my choice to live at Prairie Point. The community is safe, quiet, and the staff is friendly and professional. Any problems I've encountered with the apartment have been immediately addressed. The community facilities are great and I love that I can use the gym instead of driving and paying for a membership elsewhere. The rent may be higher than other places in Merrillville, but the space, quality of the apartments, and service you get from the staff are very much well worth it. I would highly recommend living at Prairie Point if you are looking for an apartment in the Merrillville/NW Indiana area!

The community is exceptionally well kept, friendly, and appropriate for all ages. The office staff and maintenance are relatively knowledgable and always extremely polite. I cannot say the same for most of the residents, however.

The community is clean and quiet, except for the hallow walls of which I can hear everything going on in the apartment above from me. The apartment is gorgeously beautiful, inside and out. My only concern is just the noise I hear above me all day everyday. I would recommend living on the 2nd floor

Prairie Point Apts has given us nothing but Joy the 3 years we lived here. We relocated from another State and was excited to find a place that was Serene, Safe and Modern. It is a Friendly community where the Staff strives to meet or exceed expectations. It is located near Restaurants, Mall, Hotels, and Interstate 65. The Monthly events held at the Clubhouse allowed us to meet neighbors, make friends and enjoy the luxury of the pool and state-of-art Gym.

So far so good!! I've enjoyed living here. The staff is great and very professional. The complex is VERY clean and beautiful. Something I looked for in my search for an apartment was the noise level heard from neighbors. I'm relieved to say I never hear neighbor conversations, which is a great relief. The most "talk" I've heard is if someone is standing directly outside my door. Neighbors are very courteous and friendly. Overall, great experience!!

This is the best apartment community we have ever lived in. The office staff is ALWAYS cheerful, courteous, and helpful. The maintenance staff is very professional and efficient. This community is very family and pet friendly making it feel like you belong here and not just passing through. Whether you're just starting out or retiring, this is a great, safe place to live and play. The workout room/equipment us top notch and I can't brag enough about the cleanliness of the heated, salt water pool.

We have enjoyed our stay in this community. Office staff are nice, professional and supportive. The landscaping is well maintained. Maintenance staff are responsive and timely. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Close proximity to most shopping strips and to the mall. Will be moving to another city which was why we did not renew our lease.

The experience I've had with this community is absolutely wonderful! I've been treated with the utmost respect by all these members that run this place! They will do everything in their power to make sure you're satisfied even if that means taking time out of their day!

Thus far, I have loved my experience here at Prairie Point Apartments, it is close to shopping and major highways, the staff s amazing to work with and the other residents are nice and respectable. I will be renewing my lease for another amazing year!

The resident referral program is a joke. Staffs are not straightforward with it at all. If you mention you were referred by a friend and its not documented on the first visit, they will deny your friend the benefit. Never believe anything you discuss with them and make sure its documented, otherwise they will say something different in the future. Very bad of them.

Main office and maintenance staff are professional and courteous. It is evident that the staff strives for excellence. The staff is caring and adds a personal touch which for me results in a sense of community and warmth. As everyone, I'm a very busy person with my job, family and friends, it's very nice to know that maintenance requests as well as special requests for packages or dry cleaning, etc. are taken care of. A great perk! I also appreciate the organized community events and look forward to the Holiday dinner. Also, I enjoy & appreciate the upkeep of the grounds and common areas. I love showing off the complex to my friends, family and visitors. Thank you.

Great place to love. Well maintained, very quiet. Apartments are well built and insulated. Staff is professional, prompt and courteous. My assignment is up in November, but we plan to return in February and hope a unit is available
