My wife and I enjoy this community. It's a safe environment and the residents are very friendly. The management staff is awesome! The upkeep of the grounds are beautiful. There's no trash or unwanted junk laying around.

Shleika is kind and heloful. But rent is Too expensive.. apt is with smelly chemicals. Rent is supposed to be 400$ less per month, but when I rent, it went up to $2000. Won't rent it if have other options

The community has been great. The people are friendly, the apartments offer what I'm looking for, and there is a lot near by. The community staff are very responsive any time I have a question for them.

For the most part it's been good but there is room for improvement. Parking needs to be resident focused and separate for visitors. The late fee also needs to only be one date and not two. Being double charged sets people behind even further.

Well much of my time here has been during the pandemic, however, the staff is great and Denise is a pleasure at the front office. The maintenance staff does good work and they are considerate and respectful of my apartment. It's a nice community to live in.

I have enjoyed the life in Praie Point Apartment, Merrillville, which is safe and quiet, since I came to the US back in 2020. I will recommend my collegues, who will come to the US for business, to live here.

Just moved here beginning of July. The leasing office staff is incredible, the neighbors surrounding the community are super friendly. The are around the apartments is wonderful and clean and kept up with!

Love private entryway, attached garage, in unit laundry room and apartment layout. Amenities are terrific and management/ maintenece team are professional, friendly and prompt to respond to requests

The staff was incredible in helping me and answering all my questions during the apartment search process and move-in. The community feels very safe and welcoming. The apartments where of the cleanest and nicest I had toured. I had no issues in finding the apartment or move in. I look forward to my time here!

Since covid, everything has gone very downhill. Management, maintenance, & corporate are all too lax & not proactive when it comes to appearance, cleanliness, roads are all potholes, mold on buildings, front doors are rusted at the bottom so bugs & spiders can get inside easily. Ticks in grassy areas when you try to walk or take your dog out... too much more to mention...

Apartment community is nice and quiet, set back from the road a bit but still close enough to make commute to work easy. Buildings are well-maintained and appliances are in great condition. Gas stove and full-size washer/dryer in unit are great perks!

It has been a very good experience, since I have lived here. It is a very quiet community and the serviced through the office have Bern very good. I would recommend Prairie Point to a friend. I am satisfied with living here.

Just a great place to live. Great neighbors and the management team are second to none. The apartments are well maintained and very comfortable to live in. I love the walking trail near by and the on site work out facility.

This is a great place to live. It was so less stressful I appreciate the team every step of the way.This move was quite easy. Neighbors are very nice. Community is very quite. I am a few minutes away from my job. There is stores right around the corner.

Overall, Prairie Point has been a nice, safe and clean community to live in. The office is open 7 days a week, which is nice if you work during traditional office hours. I haven't had any maintenance requests, so I can't comment on their response time or effectiveness. I am having an issue with the noise made by the tenants above me and it doesn't seem that management is too interested in rectifying the situation.

One of the office employees, Ann, is extremely hateful, rude and unhelpful. I literally fear retaliation from her if she would find out who submitted this survey. The bleach blonde lady in the office is so nice and helpful and is treated like a dog by the other office staff. The first time I witnessed it, I thought, Hey she's having a bad day. We all day bad days. But we don't and cannot disrespect others and fellow employees on a regular basis. I have NEVER had a pleasant interaction with this woman--Ann. My ratings below are solely because of this employee. Other than her and the fear of needing to call or go into the office and having to interact with her.... the community is a great place to live! The maintenance men are always kind, helpful and clean.

The apartments are very nice, a great size. My husband and I love it here. The staff is friendly, the neighbors do not give us any problems for the 2 years we have been here. We will definitely be staying a lot longer as well. Couldn't have found a better place for my husband and I. :)

Prairie Point is conveniently located A1 schools (day care, elementary, college) shopping, doctor offices, hospitals, various medical centers, restaurants and a recently multi-million dollar state of the art community center. Living in The Prairie Point community has a resort feeling, beautiful well maintained landscape, pool, outdoor kitchen, playground for children, sand volleyball court, Up to date exercise room, bike rental and walking trail. Office staff and maintenance staff friendly, prompt maintenance service and very professional.

Very nice quite place, very nice community. Can't wait for the pool to open this year! Neighbors are thoughtful of others. Maintenance staff ROCKS, always waving and smiling, ready to lend a helping hand!

Have to run water awhile to get it hot in the bathroom. Have to use cold water to wash disappointed. . Walk in closet very cold in wintertime. No one seems to know how to solve the problem.

I have loved my time at Prairie Point. The apartment is nice, the neighbors are very quiet, mostly young adults. Service has been quick and helpful the few times I have needed it. The additional amenities at the main office and a nice bonus, especially that they will print files for you if you do not have a printer.

It has been a good experience my family and I enjoy the peace and quiet home life experience. I would recommend these apartment homes to others that are looking for a home. The staff have been really friendly and accommodating.

We have had a good experience, our first as renters. We have felt safe, enjoyed the walking paths and the pool, the community grill, and the nice amenities. We are thankful to have had this experience.
