Our community is very quiet but well taken care of. All the surrounding neighbors are very kind and our area stays very clean and well taken care of thanks to the maintenance staff. Hopefully will be able to stay another if the price does not go up again..

I am enjoying my time at Prairie Point. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are nice and the office staff are friendly and kindhearted. What else can I say, everyone is good to me. Very respectable staff.

The way they went about getting approval was unprofessional. I asked to speak to management and they were unavailable until I asked for the higher up's information and was told to email the property manager for them to never respond. Was told I can get approved if I pay the entire lease upfront which is unreasonable. Starting to look at homes now instead of giving them that much money.

Good location. Pricey rent increase year over year. Overall very quiet neighborhood and goo amemnities. We particularly enjoy using the gym. The pool is randomly closed often during the summer season so don't rely on it.

Community seems nice. Haven't had any problems yet. Apartment is spacious and enjoyable. Another pro is the apartment is very close to just about anything you need. Other than that, there is only a slight issue with the raccoons. Not a big deal.

I have been living at Praire Point since 2019 it's has been fairly quiet and a comfortable living community. Parking has been an issue since I moved here due to neighbors having multiple vehicles and parking in several spaces.

Helpful when moving to a new location to get a feel of the cost of living and what's available. I do feel this place is overpriced. Outdated apartments costing over $1400 is absurd. The updated prices are comparable to downtown Chicago which is insane especially to be out in fields. Staff was friendly and did their jobs.

The agent was extremely helpful with showing me around and providing details of the differences between the units. The units here are very nicely segregated from each other so they feel more like townhomes and not apartments.

If you looking for flexible rental property look no further. Great area and neighborhood very accessible to neighboring cities. The apartment is complex is great with amenities. Very little crime in the area to my knowledge.

Living here was great. Management was kind, maintenance was prompt and the property was well maintained. We had issues with some things not working and maintenance was quick to fix any problems. The apartments were renovated and were actually spacious. It was a great experience.

Community has remained the same since I have lived here. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a very respectful time and manner. Grounds are perfectly maintained. I wish the events could be at a time where those of us who work could maybe attend some time.

I love living here, I love when you can choose not to live where there's dogs but that has changed over all living here is peaceful and quiet and kept clean and the garbage always removed I love too continue to live here

Great place to live. They take care of problems and keep the outside areas clean. Easy to commute to Merrillville and Crown Point. Close to groceries and gas. They respond promptly to issues or repairs needed.

The neighbors are nice and maintenance keeps the apartment complex clean. The only issue I have is work orders not been completed in a timely manner. It world be nice to have better communication it let residents know what is going on if there is an delay with work orders.

The staff is very professional. They are pleasant and extremely helpful. I'm glad I decided to move into this community. The area is well kept and the units are beautiful and spacious. Quick service if you have any issues and they keep you up to date on any service requests. The pipe to the sprinkler system in my garage burst during the really cold weather. It was after hours and maintenance was here within 20 minutes to assess the damage. The maintenance manager came as well and has been present the entire time during the repair process. LOVE IT!!

Nice place to live. Maintenance is always available. Just wish people with dogs live on the 1st floor. Keep the grounds up. The kitchen cabinets need some maintenance. Office people are very pleasant.

Thank you for you inquiry. Our residents is responsible in putting the gas and electric into their names, renter insurance and internet. The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
