I have not rented at this location, and I have only been on the property one time. However, the office staff were very friendly and helpful while I was there. I was shown two different units, and both units looked very clean and well kept. I would definitely consider renting at this community.

Apartments need to be updated with better carpet, sinks, faucets, shower heads, mirrors, appliances, landscaping, closet doors, cabinets and doors, countertops, painting, and lighting in all rooms including bathrooms.

The staff did not provide a good experience for potential future tenants. While the complex has a great appearance and nice amenities the negative experience overshadowed the aesthetics. I did not request to speak with the leasing manager because as the saying goes: first impressions are lasting.

The person at the front desk was awesome! She stayed over the time she was suppose to leave to show us the apartment and even answered our questions as we walked around the apartment. Never made us feel like we were being rushed because she needed to leave or anything. She was great and I would recommend talking to Sabrina at the front desk.

I've lived here since the building opened and I am satisfied with the upkeep and the kindness of the management staff. The maintenance staff are responsible and professional. The cost of living in the community is competitive with other like properties in the Merrillville area.

Just moved in everything is great. The apartment look like the pictures which is nice and not misleading. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing I like about the area is it is close to a lot of stores.

Everyone has been very helpful and great with working around my work schedule as well whenever needing to have maintenance come out to fix something or repair something if needed. It's a very nice apartment community. The community is very nice, quiet and clean. Staff is very nice and very attentive. Whenever there is a maintenance ticket, they are very fast in responding. Very pet friendly. They can benefit from a dog park. I believe investing in a dog park for its residence would cause more attraction.

Quiet, safe and friendly. Love the proximity to local business and shopping areas. There is never a problem with the cleanliness of the grounds. The clubhouse has a workout room for year round enjoyment as well as the outdoor pool and patio facilities for summer activities. A suburban feel in the city. Very nice place to come home to.

Thank you for you inquiry. Our residents is responsible in putting the gas and electric into their names, renter insurance and internet. The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
