So far, so good. Only downside is no screen door for front entrance so bugs easily get in and poor cell service. Other than that, no complaints and would stay and renew lease, actually shop for a bigger space in the community

I truly love the community and the amenities offered at Prairie Point?they add real value to the living experience. To further enhance that experience, I would recommend a few updates. Improving sound insulation between units, particularly in the bedrooms, could help increase privacy and comfort. Additionally, updating the bathrooms with more modern fixture. such as new showerheads and modern showers with doors this would improve both appearance and functionality. Lastly, considering the age of the property, it may be worth revisiting the pricing structure to ensure it remains competitive with nearby newer developments. These thoughtful updates could make an already great community even better.

I moved in just a few months ago ? May 2025. It's peaceful, it's safe, and the upkeep is excellent. The staff is professional and they handle their business! I truly appreciate their professionalism, warmth, and excellent service!

After residing there 10 years, never missed rental payments.. upon declining health and for my safety and wellbeing.. was forced to move in with a caregiver per my physician’s recommendation.. Provided management office with ample notice and documentation and they had no empathy and still proceeded to sue a 74 year old model resident for ending lease due to health concerns.. SHAME ON YOU

When my husband and I were searching for our new home, Prairie Point was at the top of our list. We were impressed with the variety of floor plans, amenities and exceptional pricing. The office staff is very friendly and professional. We absolutely love our new apartment home. The maintenance staff is respectful of your home and wear shoe covers so as not to bring any outside elements and debris into your home. All issues were resolved within the same day. I highly recommend Prairie Point Apartment Homes.

Nice complex. Apartment seemed a little tight. Good amenities. Found better pricing and a larger space elsewhere. The grounds were nice. Located in crown point Indiana which is a nice area in northwest Indiana

Nice community and nice staff. However, the rent is expensive and everything is an additional cost. No assigned parking so you have to come home and look for parking at the long day of work. Garage should be included, but it's not.

Nice place to live, a little pricey, but for a peace of mind I will take it, maintenance is always quick,prompt and polite. I like having my on door entry as well. Close to the mall and grocery stores, that's a plus

My choice to reside at Prairie Point was 2-fold. It was out of necessity and close to work and to shopping. It is well kept and very quiet especially since I work shift work. I have wonderful neighbors.

Not a current resident, but hoping to move here after my current lease ends. The community is beautiful and clean. There are plenty of walking/biking areas. Neighborhoods seem quiet and laidback. Front office staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and answered all questions during the tour of the few apartment floor plans we toured. Rent seems a bit steep but otherwise manageable. All in all, seems like a great apartment complex!

I would not recommend living at this property. The grounds are poorly kept. The office staff is rude. The apartments are poorly built. You can hear everything above you, below you and next door. The windows are drafty. Overpriced!

It was a good and accomadating experience. Although nothing is perfect I wish to have more access to the grill area and pool area consistent. Also no cussing the gym. Can ruin a workout for others. I personally don't like loud children without supervision near me. Rowdiness is not my forte.

Thank you for you inquiry. Our residents is responsible in putting the gas and electric into their names, renter insurance and internet. The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
