The rent is fair compared to market rent at comparable properties. The complex is mostly quiet when it comes to neighbors. The landscaping is well maintained and trash is collected regularly. I would recommend.

Basically, the costs, including rents and associated fees, are high. But the maintenance normally is quick and good. Snow removal is quick. Tons of salt will be put down as well. There were some problems of missing shipping packages.

The community and neighborhood are great. The maintenance and management is horrible. It's been months of calling about a leaking window and still no fix. Now we have mold growing all over the window frame. HORRIBLE!

Welcoming community. Prompt and professional maintenance responses. Friendly neighbors, and any trouble neighbors do not stay long. Clean environment. Great pool, fitness center, and office staff. Great apartment choice!

The first 7 1/2 years great years lots of community activities at the clubhouse. Holidays celebrated with the residents, contests, games, entertainment (entire year). No activities for our community. No decorations outside the clubhouse.

Beautiful Community, feels more like a home rather than an apartment. Walls are actually really thick so you can't hear neighbors next door, or upstairs at all. There's also a trail that's fun to walk around on at night. No "normal apartment" issues with people up late, or being loud.

Absolutely Gorgeous! Looks just like the brochure & pics I was wishing I could move in that very minute I saw it. It's not an apartment it feels like a HOME. That is what we all want in our search for a new place to live. That home feeling even before you make it your very own. Definitely referring others to come see for themselves. You won't be disappointed.

I have only lived here 2mths now & it's very peaceful. Any issue I have are addressed right away. The maintenance guys are awesome when they come out. The staff in-office is very helpful and gives prompt service.

Just moved here but the community is quiet, well maintained. I feel safe. The staff is professional but also polite. Some of the residents I've met stated they enjoy living here. Also were pleased with delivery of packages.

Great service, I am really please with the service I have received. I have no complaints. Every time I call the office they are very helpful. The office staff is remarkable. I am satisfied. With my neighbors, the landscape and I feel safe.

It was beautiful. The apartments themselves were beautiful, leasing office was beautiful. When I arrived the grass was being cut. The upkeep of the apartments were fantastic. Leasing agents Deborah and Susan are angels. Will be renting in the next couple of months!!

Beautiful apartments with everything you need for a decent price! Great amenities including the 24 hour gym and pool. We love that we have a private entrance and in unit washer/dryer. The location is very convenient as well!

love the layout of the apartment and the spacious living it affords. like how close it is to shopping and generally the neighborhood is quiet. the staff is friendly and the maintenance group is courteous and efficient

Greatness all around the community. The maintenance team is outside working on projects daily and are so friendly if you need a hand with something. The office staff are one of a kind, top of the shelf being ms Susan who makes you feel like you are home when you see her

I loved the staff so much. The clubhouse was so nice and beautiful. My style. The pool is out of this world nice. The apartments felt like home immediately. I wanted to live there right away. So thankful for the tour and answering all of my questions.

Staff are very friendly. They respond very quickly to any request. Also, the maintenance man responds very quickly. I live in this apartment and have no complaints. If possible, I would like to continue with this contract.

Nice landscaping. Like the two stacked unit arrangement. I don't particularly like apartment buildings higher than 3 floors. Clean. Very .nice amenities: fitness center, pool and walking path,etc. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone strives to make this a well run campus.

Have loved living here the last 6 years. Clean. Maintenance is quick to respond with any issues. Staff is friendly. Apartment is clean. Grass is kept mowed and parking lots get paved regularly. Overall I have been satisfied

In my 12+ months experience with Prairie Point, its been everything and more for a fair price. Any issue i've had has been quickly resolved by management and maintenance. I go to the gym every day and its very comfortable, it has everything you need in a gym.

Service was horrible. Application submitted & no one contacted me for next steps. Constantly called office & told they didn't have an update. Then was eventually denied although all criteria was meet.
