This had been my 2nd time visiting & I truly enjoyed the warm welcomes and the tours I received. Each apartment cleanliness was by far the best I ever seen, very sweet people in office & always delighted to help.

Rental office is elegant and upscale. Community has a workout room and outdoor pool. Unit viewed was modern, clean and felt very nice. Unit has an attached garage which is not an easy find. Nicole was welcoming and knowledgeable.

They provide great service and expect your timely rent. Fair enough. Good landscaping, trash disposal, apts in good shape, quiet, safe, OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE REPONSE AT ALL HOURS. Rent is a bit high....Ehhhh, such is life i guess. Small problematic in that rental office staff rotates among their other offices. Sometime, your details get lost in translation, so to speak. Their maintenance staff is super responsive. I have lived here for 10 years in 2 different apts, my decision, 2 BR to 1BR. I give thumbs up.

Very courteous, respectful & kind from the minute I walked in until I left. The tour was beautiful and I was actually given 2 tours for available units. The community is very quiet it seems & safe. In a very secluded area yet not far from anything, which is perfect for me!

From the beginning the front office staff was excellent. The apartment is in good condition and the property grounds is clean and quiet. I've met a few neighbors and they have been friendly and spoke highly of the living environment. So far this has been a very pleasurable experience.

The area seems to be growing. Taft street is very dark at night. I would like to see more lights. The apartments seems to well maintained. But the one that I was assigned too was not and they have not fixed the issues.

Great customer service from start of application process, Nicole, at the office was a great help. Apartment is clean, and updated, building is well maintained and surrounding areas are well kept. Maintenance staff has been great!

I had a very good experience when looking for an apartment at Prairie Point. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She helped me find the perfect space for my needs. The community is very well kept.

Neighbors is friendly and are willing to give you a helping hand, when they see you are struggling to get something to the dumpster. During the winter as a seniors, many would come over to help with taking off of your car.

My experience has been great here. I love my apartment home and I love that the location is not far from entertainment, restaurants, and stores. Maintenance and staff has been wonderful. I am still trying to decide if I will renew for a fifth year.

The apartments here are beautiful. To the front view of the parking lot to the back of the apartment. Inside the apartments is spacious and has everything your looking for in a home. The staff team here is very helpful. Another thing I like about this location here is that it's close to stores and also work.

Very nice and clean apartments. Overall aesthetics of the area is beautiful. Office staff is very helpful, but sometimes you have to contact them a few times to resolve any issues that may arise, but they do take care of it. The maintenance staff is great. They're very knowledgeable and do great work when needed. Its a quiet area and perfect location for access to any major road, grocery stores and shopping in general. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was a beautiful complex, the apartments were very spacious and I could imagine making a home and building a life there. The only downside is the price of the apartments, but it is almost worth it by what they offer.

Very nice associate. Francesca was great. Apartments look good although seem a bit over priced. Haven't moved in yet but definitely a place I will consider. The survey is ridiculously long so beware fuming it out!

Great place to live!
Clean, quiet, friendly community. Maintenance and office staff are always professional and friendly. Complex is very well maintained. I’m only leaving because I’m moving out of state. Prairie Point was a great find!

Very safe. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to give advice about the area. The amenities are clean and not too crowded. Apartment was clean and well made with working appliances. Very reasonably priced and right in the middle of any retail store you could think of.
