If you moved here it would be the best thing you ever did

This place is nice, the only thing is that they need a grill and a picnic area, and need to rent their clubhouse out, I needed a place to have my daughters baby shower. The office staff is fantastic, really professional, and take care of any maintenance problems you have. Everytime I call, I talk to the leasing girl, Sarah, who always makes sure that things are taken care of in my apartment. I have cathedral ceilings here, this remind me of the house I used to have. their pool is always warm, and they keep their property up. Really take a look around when you go, youll like what you see.

    It DOES look nice - and it IS nice....

    I live in a one bedroom on the second floor too and my gas and electric bill in the winter time averaged at $90 a month. Gas prices went up everywhere - deal with it. I have idiot neighbors but I never hear them. I come home usually late in the evening and I always find a spot to park. I like everyone in the management office. They are alwways very nice and professional. They hired another person in the office so they have more time to devote to their renters, but the other two girls have been there as long as I have. Call them and talk to them, you'll see how nice this place is.

      Looks can be deceiving

      From the outside, it looks beautiful. On the inside, there are issues. I can hear my neighbor do just about everything. During the winter my Nipsco bills were over $200 for a one bedroom. Parking is a big issue also. Unless you get home before everyone else, you might as well park at Wiseway. The office staff is always changing. The one person that does stay the same has a bad attitude. Once you move in they don't care about your needs. I have to admit, they put up a great front. I guess you don't get what you pay for. Not here anyway.

        A nice place for a good deal

        These apartments are very nice, they are new so they dont have that nasty old look to them. Theyre like townhouses, you have your own entryway, no hallways like other places, they include alot in the rent. Management is okay, the maintenance person is pretty good, the neighbors are nice and i dont feel like im gettin ripped off for the amount they charge.

          I love it here!!!

          The management is really good here. They try hard to make ya happy. Alot is included in the rent like a washer and dryer in the apartment, and cable and water are paid for too. the fitness center and heated pool are included. i live on teh second floor and have tall ceilings and vaulted ceilings. Lots of space. nice view. nice nabors. when you add it all up, it makes sence to rent here.

            Looks good, but ...

            In short, beware of beautifully wrapped gifts ... First impressions will have you drooling but once settled in, you realize the paint is thin, the wood is, too. The doors are hollow and all of the "hardware" is tin. Gaggles of geese, I mean, "sanctuary". Spanking brand new complex, with more in the works, but me and my money are headed elsewhere when this lease is up.

The additional monthly charges of the water and sewer is paid with the rent. The trash is included with the rent. If you have not visit our beautiful community we would love to give you a tour.
