The newer apartments are very nice. Community well kept. Snow removal in the winter is a problem; difficult to walk your pets not too safe for them or their humans. Close to main highway/expressway and main roads.

Some of the maintenance staff have been rude, but the people in the office are most of the time helpful and nice. I love my apartment it's beautiful. I don't like the voucher they give you to get carpet cleaned because the time was not long enough.

Excellent apartment complex! It is well-cared for. Highly recommend this as a rental option. I visited almost all options in Lake and Porter County, and this management complex is the best. Very satisfied with my choice.

Super friendly and personable office staff. Same for maintenance staff. Everyone makes you feel at home. Nice community events are held. Neighbors are friendly yet quiet. Super close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Prairie Point Apartments offers a nice community feel and excellent ementities as well as friendly and helpful staff and prompt maintenance service. I have lived in both an older building and now one of the newer buildings, and I've always felt right at home!

There is no other apartment complex like Prairie Point. My husband and I looked all over the area and nothing stood up to the value, quality, and community that Prairie Point offers. We are very happy and would most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Rented here based on a friend's recommendation and loved it the 1st yr. Since, the acclaimed "luxury" has declined. Neighborhood is safe, and apartments are spacious. My first floor apartment is very noisy. I hear my neighbors' every move. Upkeep in terms of landscaping, repaving, and amenities is maintained at a bottom dollar standard. I'm not sure I'll stay a 3rd yr or recommend to others.

This is a great community to live it. It's a great value when you consider how much space you get. The office staff is very nice and quick to respond. The apartment itself is spacious and nice, the kitchen is an amazing size.

Preventative maintenance is constant, but never completed when it was supposed to be. Office staff is difficult to get ahold of and does not respond if you leave a voicemail. Apartment rent is much too high for what you're getting.

Love the sense of community at Prarie Point. The office staff is always welcoming, and will do anything within reason to satisfy any requests. . I have always found everyone I meet in the neighbourhood is very welcoming and nice. Apartments are in great shape and well maintained. Most neighbours are quiet and very respectful.

The community that I live in is extremely quiet. I live in a pet friendly building and don't hear any other animals besides when they are outside. We don't hear the neighbors through the walls. The community has plenty of amenities. All are taken great care of.

Because my previous business serviced most complexes in the area, I know a lot about the other complexes. When it came time for a transitional move I chose Prairie Point. From staff to maintenance, this property has it all together. The property is so quiet and friendly. Highly recommend.

We have been here at Prairie Point for the past 6 months and enjoy the community and the friendly staff here. We like the location the best of the other places we saw in Merrillville. We have lived in many different states and countries and have found this to be one of the nicest residences we have stayed at. We appreciate the excellent customer service the staff has shown to me and my family, thank you to the community manager Denise and her team, Jackie and Nikki. These lovely ladies always have a warm heart and friendly smile and I definitely recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a more upscale standard of living. If you get the chance to live here you will definitely welcome your neighbors and the nice surroundings. I don't want to forget the extra effort the maintenance and groundskeepers do an excellent job here. Way to go, keep it up!!!!

Overall, I was extremely impressed with this place from the moment I set eyes on it. It's located in a beautiful area, with no thru traffic or noise, and has phenomenal outdoor amenities that appeal to the eye. The entire place was clean and well-landscaped, and the neighborhood looked great! I have not had a run-in with maintenance staff as of yet, but if they are anything like the office staff I'm sure the experience will be entirely delightful!

All my experiences have been positive, everything from the beginning was very nice. I just absolutely adore the office staff, particularly Comunity Manager - Denise Webb and Niki Joyner, Thank you for your professionalism and willingness to make Prairie Point the perfect home.

We were home owners and sold our home to build a new one. This forced us to have to rent an apartment for six months. Apartment renting was going to be a nightmare right??? No it wasn't - because we chose the right one! The staff at Prarie Point treat you like family. Every concern we had was taken care of in a timely matter. Our two bedroom two bath apartment with a garage felt like home right away. Although we love our new home that we moved into three weeks ago, we miss our friends at Prairie Point. We would highly recommend this apartment complex.
