Prairis Point is a lovely, peaceful community. Well-kept apartment and friendly staff. Only 1 hr away from Chicago. Cost-effective and modern townhome-style apartment. I would recommend that you check out the luxury apartments

The apartment complex is fine however maintenance is terrible. Also, we've recently experienced snow for the first time living here and how terrible they are at shoveling the property and making sure people can enter and exit safely is very concerning.

It's a good place to live, close to the Merrillville mall and other shopping store. Also an acess to hwy 30 & other roads. Library is not far from apartments. It's a quiet neighborhood & neatly cleaned

Issues are handled promptly and professionally. I have had no problems getting things fixed and I appreciate the solutions happening so quickly. It's obvious that the company cares about their residents and takes great pride in maintaining the properties.

At Prairie point it was very comfortable, convenient and secure. You have plenty of parking. No disturbance with people coming to your door knocking. You are always close to the mall for shopping. And so many other conveniences of the neighborhood grocery stores, motor vehicle department, City Hall, car dealers, furniture, stores just anything that you have need of even restaurants.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding your apartments. First of all, I truly appreciate the quality and design of the property ? everything looks amazing. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained. I also want to recognize your great service; the staff has been kind and professional, and the whole place feels very welcoming. However, I believe the pricing is a bit overrated for the area. Paying around $1,500?$1,600 for a one-bedroom apartment in Merrillville feels quite high, especially when similar or even lower prices can be found in downtown Chicago. It's not that the apartments don't deserve recognition ? they absolutely do ? but the rent just doesn't match the local market. I think adjusting the pricing to be more fair and realistic for the area would make your community even more attractive to new tenants and help keep current residents long-term. Thank you for understanding and for maintaining such a nice property. I really do like everything else about it ? the cleanliness, the design, and the atmosphere ? but I hope you can consider making the rent more balanced for everyone.

There's only one thing that I don't like about the application what is required when I have perfect credit I'm retired and you still have to have three times the amount of your retirement that's something. I do not like that policy really doesn't do a lot of people good !!!

I've really enjoyed living at Prairie Point Apartments! The staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community feels safe and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient. It's been a great place to call home!

I have just moved in a few weeks ago. But I am loving my apartment so far. I work nights and it has been quiet throughout the day. As well as through the night. It feels much less like an apartment complex. And more like a townhouse in a neighborhood.

Overall a decent complex to live at. The quality of the apartments and the amenities is relatively high, no major issues there. Maintenance staff are exceptional, and the rent pricing does not increase randomly or by a lot each year. There are a couple of drawbacks, such as the fact that you are forced to pay $40 a month for cable even if you never watch it (my box has been sitting in a drawer for 3 years), and if you ever have an administrative issue that requires front office intervention it can take multiple attempts to get someone to work with you. Even then I've had disconnects between the person I deal with one day on to the next. I wouldn't give it five stars, but it's probably above average.

This is a wonderful complex very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I just wish there was a dog park but the service is great. The staff keeps the complex clean and its very accessible for those that have a hard time to commute

Very satisfied. Overall an impressive visit. The apartment that was shown to us fit our needs. The apartment complex itself was well maintained and clean. The agent Kaydence was very helpful and knowledgeable. We hope to be living there soon.

Consistent and good quality, service is taken care of promptly on most circumstances, the pool is nice in the summer and it's in a quality location for my lifestyle. I've been here for close to 6 years.

It was very nice and straight tho the point. The older apartments you can tell from thee upgraded apartments but both are very beautiful in my opinion. The upgraded one bed room wasn't available for us to see, that was the only sad part but other than that and 3x the rent everything went smooth.

Experience has been good. Apartment is clean and area is quiet. The large windows are nice and place gets good natural light. Appliances are slightly outdated especially the oven/stove but in good condition.

The greeting was very warm and welcoming. The representative was simply amazing and very thorough in her knowledge of what is offered. I was very pleased, Susan and the other staff demonstrated teamwork and commitment. It makes a great impression when the staff are so pleasant.

I have been at Prairie Point for nearly 10 years and the management team is excellent and the maintenance personnel are great. The location is great and the amenities are great. The gym and pool are also great.

Prarie point is a nice place. It's close to the mall, restaurants and 45 to Chicago. Neighbor are nice and respectful. The apartment is quiet. When I need something staff is right on it in a timely manner.

Staff is nice. The property grounds are kept nice. The property can definitely use a second pool/play area for the residents. The staff have nice fun events for everyone which is nice for all to participate.
