Since moving in Park Edge has felt like a home. The staff is unbelievably helpful. They anticipate needs, effectively communicate with residents and provide outstanding service at all times. I cannot recommend Park Edge enough to anyone seeking an apartment.

I have lived here since 2004 and absolutely love my apartment and the view from the sliding glass doors. the management is very responsive and friendly. The grounds are well kept. the maintenance staff is knowledgeable,polite and responsive to my requests. The apartments are very well sound proof and I rarely hear the other residents in the common areas

So far it's good other than parking lot i just recently move to thia community 2 weeks ago so don't have to much to said about it small details was need but maintenance has been on top of them very friendly neighbors, just parking lot very busy have to park way far and walk a lot to get home the carports must been cheaper i see a lot of them empty why not open those spots?

Park edge is frienly and enjoyable. Staff does a great job at learning who's living within there community as well as taking ownership of the property. I have watched the manager helping out on trash day! He is a great leader one who leads by example.

Everyone at park edge is so friendly. The front office constantly asks how our 15 month old son is, which is so nice to my husband and I. The maintenance guys are always right here with any issues we are having (I should say we only had a few in the year a a half we lived here). The staff is always hosting some type of event to really make this apartment complex a community. My husband and I are actually sad to say goodbye to our friendly neighbors when we move!

From the minute I arrived I was very impressed the professionalism and personalized service from the leasing staff. Everything was handled smoothly and maintenance issues addressed quickly. There is minimal noise heard from my neighbors which is a plus. The community garden is a nice feature too!

Actually, we moved in early 2016. The best thing about the property is the large master bedroom ensuite with a walk-in closet. However, everything else is about average. I believe the property is a bit over priced.

The staff is great. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym is outdated with TV's that always seem to have problems coming on. The pool is nice, but too many family parties are allowed on the weekends making it tough to swim. Needs updated HVAC units and more covered parking spots or garages for the cost of units.

Our experience has been wonderful living at Park Edge. They respond quickly to needs, have frequent gatherings for the residents, and seem to genuinely care what happens as if you are in a small community. The property is kept clean and maintained and they keep you well informed of any changes. Don't care much for the new paint color on the outside as it makes the apartments appear older.

We've had no complaints since moving into Park Edge. They are truly the best value for a nice apartment in Johnson county. The rooms are spacious, everything is upgraded, and the washer and dryer in-unit is a huge plus.

It's a great place to live. The staff is personable and helpful. They really care about the residents here and aim to meet our needs. The maintenance staff respond to work orders quickly. I live in a three bedroom with two roommates and we have been here for, going on, three years and we are very happy. It's home.

People and management have been very kind.apts are nice.for the price it should include car ports.the pool and gym is very nice attractions. I dont think it is right to charge for screen doors.they should come with them on both doors.since there isnt any windows to open in front room

Great staff, great deal, great neighbors! We love it here! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Whenever we have an issue maintenance is on top of it and they do their best to keep everyone satisfied! I moved here in March 2016. I had a very good experience then and I am still very satisfied. I had to move rather quickly due to sale of my personal home and the staff was very quick to assist me in helping me make my decision and transition. So far, I am still very happy. I just moved in a couple of months back. So far so good. The property is pretty nice. At times I think the Ac and th fridge sounds loud but maybe that's just to my own ears... I've gotten locked out of my apt with my keys in my hand... The lock failed somehow and I could no longer use my key to open it. It was past office hours but I had s maintence man show up within an hr and he worked hard to get me bsck in my apt and change the lock for me. I appreciated his quick response. I love walking my dog and the green grass all around! My dog loves it too!

I cannot say enough positive comments about Park Edge! From the time I contacted the management to inquire about renting up to now, my expectations have been exceeded. My family and I truly enjoy making Park Edge our home. We moved here from Ohio and found Park Edge Apartments on line. I loved the uniqueness of the apartments as we do not live in a box with walls. Staff is wonderful. Maintenance request are answered and completed quickly, often the same day. Apartment is wonderful and a great value! Best of all, the location is perfect. Close to shopping, schools and Shawnee Mission Park. Can't imagine living anywhere else
