The staff is amazing and knows me by name. Very clean and maintenance requests are always handled quickly (usually within a day). It's close to the highway so a little loud but most people within the complex are courteous and quiet.

Overall it's been a wonderful experience. But there are newer places with better offerings at the same or close to the same price. The office staff are by far the best asset at this property. Always helpful and responsive and welcoming.

Our experience has been very pleasant. Before we moved to Park Edge the apartment we moved from was terrible, management was not very good and maintenance was a lot to be desired. Park Edge is so much better, the staff cares about their residents.

This property is very professionally managed. They take pride in the community and want to ensure that the community is well maintained and safe. I've only lived here a month but after viewing several properties this one had the most bang for the buck and the staff are great! The apartment is spacious and grounds well maintained and I can have a garden.

It's been a wonderful experience here at Park Edge. We love the space we have in our home. If the parking were better, and our apartment less drafty, it would be absolutely perfect! Management has even been willing to check in on our furry friends while gone out of town.

Park Edge apartments is am absolutely fantastic complex. The management staff was extremely caring, helpful, and friendly. They even knew me by name immediately after moving in. They made me feel like an actual neighbor and friend vs just another tenant. The maintenance staff always responded extremely quickly and did the jobs correctly everytime. My neighbors were friendly and never noisy. The complex itself was very clean and very well maintained as we're the gym and pool. The location was also great as it is seconds from the highway and Shawnee Mission Park. I did see the occasional bugs (however every apartment I've ever been in had them) but the pest control team responded in a timely manner and addressed any problems. Overall living here was a fantastic experience and if it weren't for my job being location I would absolutely continue living here. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Makes life easy to live. Great staff. Front office people are very friendly. Trash pick up 3 times a week right in front of my curb is amazing! I love the workout facility. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The experience has been hit and miss. The rent increases every year, things are not updated in the unit unless they feel the need. I always have to ask to have my filters changed for the air and the furnace. The windows allow too much air in during the winter months. The water and sewer charges are high. The monthly charge for pest control and the flat service fee is not necessary. I can take my trash to the dumpster I do not need valet. Parking has gotten worse since I have lived here. There is no incentive to remain a tenant. They have specials for new tenants, but the remaining tenants absorb the costs. The professionalism of the staff has gone done. The office closes for minor things, they do not return phone calls. I have called and very seldom do I get a person to speak to. Their idea is if you don't like it maybe you should just move. I have been here 6 years I do think that should count for something.

I love living at Park Edge Apartments because we're near the park the staff is friendly and personable it's easy to pay rent online the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful the grounds are kept clean and nice and I don't hear the neighbors very much, if at all. When I get a large package in the mail I get an email or text message.

Our stay at these apartments has been great. The apartment layout is nice and the grounds are very well kept. Easy access to shopping without feeling like you live in the city. Shawnee Mission Park is literally right across the street and that provides numerous other activities for the whole family. The staff has always been very kind and very responsive to all of our needs.

The application process was so easy and moved along quickly. All my questions were always immediately and completely answered. Park Edge has a real asset in Felicia. I knew immediately that this community was special. The apartments themselves are very roomy and the fact that they are customizable is great. Everyone I have met so far has been friendly. I am looking forward to the summer and finding out what the planting beds are all about. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Park Edge.

My family and I have had a great experience so far, friendly staff, very clean property and has some great amenities! The pool is open all year and has a great variety of workout equipment. The office staff always greets you with a smile and helps with all of our needs. Maintenance always shows up within 24-48 hours, sometimes even sooner. The apartment itself is very nice, and spacious! We love it!

I like that the staff knows who I am. They greet you and assist you in a timely manner. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and properly. The common areas are always clean and I enjoy the fact they invested in the POO PRINTS Program to keep the areas free from animal waste. The size of the apartments and upkeep are larger and nicer than others I visited prior to my choice. The location is great with quick access to the interstate and highway along with being right by Shawnee Mission Park.

Great place to live. I love this neighborhood. The amenities are great. It's nice having a pool year round and even when the weather outside is bad. Compared to all of the other properties we looked at nearby, this one was hands down the nicest and had the best amenities. I have enjoyed living here for about a year and a half. The staff is always so friendly, professional and helpful.
