when we first selected our unit, the managers were very helpful is finding us a first floor unit. Then shortly before we moved in, the unit we selected was not available because the current tenants decided to stay. So they helped us find another unit that was on the second floor but in a better location and was in excellent shape. Then they helped us immediately with a few repairs to make it even cozier.

The leading staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The community itself is very well maintained. We love the offered amenities especially the pool that is open year round, 24 hours a day. The floor plans are unique and are a great value with the amount of square footage you get for the price.

I love it here. It's my first apartment and I signed a 15 month lease right in the beginning. When I renewed, I signed another 15 month lease. The manager and staff are more than amazing. They go out of their way to help you no matter what you need. Community is well maintained and clean. Just wish they could fix the terrible parking problem.

Great experience! Friendly staff, very well maintained outside, amenities are up to date and always working. I love the curbside trash pick up 3 times a week. I also love that the entire time I've lived here, I haven't seen 1 bug or spider!!

Great, love living here. The staff is awesome and the maintenence as well. We have been here for 2 years and have no desire to move anytime soon. The movie time the complex provides is such a good idea for the children that live and visit here. I would like to suggest putting a car wash station for the residents to utilize and a fenced I'm dog run for the residents that have dogs.

Moving to Park Edge has been great. The apartments are clean. The complex is conveniently located and is easily accessible. The staff is both kind and helpful. Parking at times can be limited but you won't have to walk far. The mailroom is located near the clubhouse so at times this is inconvenient if you are located in the back of the complex. All in all, I am satisfied with our living arrangements

I love this neighborhood. The amenities are great. I have lived nearby and other apartments in the area do no compare. The rent at other non comparable (substandard) apartments in the neighborhood is too high especially when comparing to what I pay here.

It's refreshing to be in an apartment complex where management remembers who you are and is always friendly. The activities they have for the community are really nice as well. Maintenance is always professional and prompt when responding to service requests.

We have just moved in but we have enjoyed our interaction with the staff, they are very friendly. There were the typical small maintenance issues when we moved in but they were quickly remedied. We don't anticipate any issues coming up that can't be fixed.

Spacious apartments and good hot water. Maintenance responds within 24 hours. The parking leaves something to be desired. If I am not home before 7pm any given day of the week there's no parking near my building. And if I wanted to pay the extra money for a covered spot, I at least have to walk to the next building and across the lot. There's a lot of noise in our building, but it seems as if management is trying to fix that issue.

Overall the apt. complex is very nice and has met my expectations. It's a great layout and the maintenance has been very good about response time and fixing the problems....which haven't been many! If the dog owners would pick up better after their animals, this place would be about as close to perfect as you can get! Management is always pleasant when you just want to chat or when you have a problem with something.

Nice apartment with upgraded kitchen and bath. Carpet stains are showing up from previous tenant. The bedroom walls are ice cold, so I'm guessing insulation is lacking. I like the trash pickup at curb 3 times a week.

A very welcoming community. Tha staff makes you feel at home from day one. It is a quiet community and the apartments are large and comfortable. I love being able to walk across the street to shawnee mission park and swimming year round was a great plus for my family.

No complaints, office people are fantastic, quiet place to live that provides a great value in a great location. The tenants are delightful, parking is adequate. I had an emergency maintenance situation with my washer and they were there at midnight cleaning up the issue. Sad I can't stay.
