Love living here. Great accomendations for residents like indoor/outdoor pool (heated) and a weight room, community garden, pet friendly. All staff are friendly and prompt to keep residents satisfied. Even offers 3 days a week for them to pick up trash from near your building and hauls to the dumpster for you.

Our apartment is clean and quiet. We rarely hear our neighbors. We love our huge master bathroom and closet. And the layout is spacious with lots of storage. The staff are helpful and friendly and know the residents by name. Felicia was amazing when we were moving in and helped us through the application process. We needed something quickly and she got our application processed in a day.

If I could leave less stars I would. I really loved the staff and our neighbors were great but they took advantage of us as soon as we decided to move out. We lived here for 3 years. Prices were high but we loved our neighbors and were happy. We were very happy until we moved out. Our lease was up and we were moving into our new home. They charged us $600+ to replace the carpet. The carpet was 3+ years old! We referred many people to them and brought them a lot of business and this was how they repaid us. They said the carpet was "beyond repair" and had it all replaced on our dime. They are nice when you are a paying customer but once you leave they will stab you in the back. Do not recommend. You will be charged for things that were already in bad shape when you moved in.

In what started out as a 3 month short term lease while we were looking for our dream property to buy, 4 years later here we are still living at Parkedge due to other circumstances. The office staff are extremely friendly and I have had no major complaints in the 4 years we have been on property. While the build us are not new, they are well maintained. I highly recommend Parkedge Apartments.

Best staff I've ever dealt with in an apartment community. The grounds are clean, they offer a trash service three times a week and do a great job of enhancing the community of neighbors. Absolutely no complaints.

Park Edge feels like home. Especially with the outside entrances and flow of the floor plans. The curbside trash pickup 3x's weekly is fantastic. Having the indoor/outdoor swimming pool for when my family comes in town, my grandkids love it! The new Public Market and Lenexa Center is just down the street. Fun places to explore down 87th street. The leasing and management team are best feature. Come enjoy Park Edge too.

Park Edge is an amazing community to live in. There are often community activities to be a part of, which creates a neighborhood feel not often found in apartment living. The apartment complex is larger than first realized, but it's quiet and peaceful. The layout is easy to navigate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Communication is great from texts, to emails, and signs. Really a nice community.

So far our experience living here has been great. We feel right at home in our new apartment and love the storage space as well as the floor plan. The community grounds are well kept and you are far enough away from the surrounding cities where its peaceful. Yet still not too far away from shopping and restaurants. The amenities are nice and we enjoyed the recent pool party. I always receive texts about the pool closing for maintenance and I get one for when it reopens. Same goes for all of my maintenance requests and package arrivals. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We are looking forward to our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family.
