AWFUL!! FELICIA IS a nightmare I can NOT believe she is at another of your properties. Her "team" stole from me twice and should have been reported to the police for the damage of MY STOLEN PROPERTY. When I reported it I was "cited" the next day for broken blinds while my neighbors have the police called on them all the time. Maintenance destroyed my apartment. I have video of Mold and rot and they NEVER cleaned the carpets although I begged. My neighbor said that she was a ----- about it and she got hardwood floors after my fridges pipe bust. Specifically Felicia blamed me to my face! I have video and pics of horrible damage I had to clean myself and the mold and corrosion. I hate living here. It is disgusting. I have much more to tell

Overall I have liked my experience here. one of my complaints would be the lack of care towards aggressive animal behavior. My dog and I were attacked when out walking during a snowstorm this past winter, and since I hadn't called animal control, there was nothing the apartment manager could do. To be honest, I've never heard if she actually contacted the animal owner to let him know what his dog did, none of the owners of the dog were home at the time of the attack so they weren't there to witness it. I was told not to contact the animal owner by the manager and was told she would take care of it and let him know, whoch I never heard anything further from her. My other major complaint would be the removal of the recycling services with no change in the amount we pay for trash monthly. I had called and asked if someone could break down exactly what is paid for with the trash services, i.e. how much is trash compared to the price of recycling? Is recycling free with trash services? is our trash more expensive because the apartment has a compacter? The receptionist wouldn't give me an answer and only told me the reasons why the recycling was removed, which I totally understand from a financial aspect. There didn't seem to be much enthusiasm on her end in trying to understand what I was trying to ask. But as someone who recycles more than I do throw things away, this was a major inconvenience and a valued amenity that was lost. I may not have been as irked if the trash prices were lowered to reflect that inconvenience, but since that isn't the case I'm kind of not happy. I also believe there were better ways to address the issue residents who were not respecting what could be properly recycled, perhaps a PDF and/or paper document that gives information on what can be recycled, what can't, and why. Perhaps, residents initials could be required throughout the informational document to ensure that they have actually read it. Even as we get older, we can always continue to learn and better our planet.

Ever since Zack and Samantha left the communities leadership or lack there of and is in disarray. They cannot retain staff they often have attitude and they do not hold up their agreement for available amenities and I continually have problems with getting my work orders either put in or fixed

Would rate overall experience as an 8/10. They have done what they can to keep pace with much newer offerings at local apartments. No recycling, which is a huge bummer, for sure. The people at the front desk are friendly and do their best to help. The maintenance staff has always been attentive and timely to respond to issues.

Many people are nice but a few are very hateful on the community chat board which is run by the apartment complex. When having ac issues last summer, we had to call several times because their fixes were not effective.

I like this place because it is quiet and people are friendly. The people that work here are helpful and nice, but sometimes there is a shortage of advertised amenities, such as, water, coffee or other drinks, and the pool has been dirty for a large part of the summer.

Used to be managed very well, kept up and maintained. With new management, or lack of Maxus funds, property has gone down hill severely. Buildings and the property in general are literally falling apart. They will not replace windows that dont function properly, are doing bare minimum and very poorly done fixes on roofs, gutters, and parking lots. Stairs that are literally rusting out and dangerous are set to be done, but I'm not confident in that. Community standards included in the lease are not upheld and lease agreements are not inforced, leaving the appearance of the property looking very trashy and unkempt. You can go in the office, call, write emails, even contact Maxus, and NOTHING gets resolved. You hear "sorry you are so frustrated" but see nothing being done about it. You are better off spending the high cost of living in the area at another complex.

Having only been residing here for a month, we are pleased with our new home. The neighbors are quiet, buildings are nicely tended to, and the staff are easy to talk to. If you have an issue, the staff are willing to speak with you and help out on a Saturday.

We moved in at the end of October. We were pleasantly surprised with the kindness of the women in the leasing office. Since moving in I have always felt that any concerns are met with listening ears and immediate help if possible. We like the size of the apartments and love the location close to parks and Lenexa's Rec center and new restaurants. Only serious downsize is they ceased offering recycling after tenants continually dumbed furniture in the bin costing the apartment facility money each time to have it removed. This is a big deal to my husband and I as we feel strongly about recycling services and I wish that something could be done about bringing it back.

I have called Park Edge my home for years. I feel safe and comfortable here. Everyone is nice and the staff truly cares for the residents and does all they can to make life here good. The location is great. You can go for a walk in a large park nearby or hop on the highway and be downtown in a matter of minuets.

Love the office staff. However, building care appears to gone down. Also, various buildings beginning to look trashy and not kept up by residents (trash on decks, in the grass, clutter on decks, etc.). Various building stairs rusted. Beginning to questions persons moving into complex (beginning to have more and more police visits in the complex).

Overall, the apartments are located in a great location short of being right off 435. So you hear cars all the time. It's not far from the park and down town which allows great access for plenty of different stores. The cost could be a little cheaper though

I am below content with my time at Park Edge. From the poor maintenance on our apartment to the constant raise in price each year we've been here. The time at Park Edge has been lackluster at best. It has not been an enjoyable time.

This community is a very quiet one. I never have to raise concerns about neighbors being too loud or disrespectful. For the most part the property is always clean with the exception of a few residents who don't clean up after their pets. With that being said, each time I have complained about dog poop by my apartment, it only takes a few moments before one of the staff members is outside cleaning it up and if fresh enough, sending it for testing to determine who is not cleaning up their pets messes.

To start out we lived in the unit that got stuck by lightning in 2016. The management treated us like family and relocated us in another apt in 2 days. That feeling of family is still there whenever we need something all we have a do is call the office and they do all they can to take care of it.
