It's been pretty good for the most part. The landscaping needs work, the patio doors are leaking moisture, we just had major mold issues and new carpet was installed but not in our master closet. The front doors are peeling paint. As much as you all charge, this apt complex should be Pristine. Let's work on this.

Great community to live in everyone is great from tenants to community staff. Maintenance lightning speed in response and getting the job done. Love the help with the new trash pick-up crew but sometimes they forget or miss some of the trash cans in the building but great overall.

In my five years at Park Edge I enjoyed the quiet most of all. I never had any trouble with neighbors. The staff was always kind, friendly and willing to help. The property is conveniently placed close to the highway and park!

It's been good we really like it here. The fitness center and the pool it's extra special. And to be able to cook at the pool. The management changes frequently but they are always nice. With the change of COVID they've made great strides to keep the community sanitized and safe.

We loved the complex and management was fantastic when we first moved in. Work orders were completed promptly, other issued were addressed quickly and the staff was great. However, management and staff have changed several times over the last 4 years and each time the complex seems to go down hill more and more.

The apartment itself is a pretty good value as long as you don't care about high end finishes. Unfortunately, management doesn't enforce the community rules/guidelines. That said, we've had to deal with floor shaking music day and night on a weekly basis from our neighbors. Several complaints to the office staff produced no results. My bathroom frequently smells like cigarette smoke because they smoke in theirs, and the smell drifts straight into my unit. When I notified the office about this, they just put a note on all of our doors reminding us of the no smoking policy. I gave up at this point, because it became very clear they don't care about their units or the experience residents have in them, they just want to collect as much rent money as they can. I will say our neighbors are truly some of the most inconsiderate and terrible people I've ever met in my life, so I'd be surprised if others have to deal with what we do, but it's still worth noting that if you do encounter a situation like this here, you're on your own after you sign the lease agreement. In short, I was pretty content with the spacious unit I live in and the price l've paid, but the lack of concern from management for issues we've encounter with our neighbors has made it a nightmare every time they decide to party (which is most days). I've been in some really suspect living situations from when I was in college, but nothing compares to this. This style of management has fostered a "do whatever you want, because nobody cares" environment, and I realize some people actually have a preference for that. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

I like the location, the staff is very nice. It's generally quiet, has nice access to the park. I have a minor maintenance issue that hasn't been resolved involving a door. It's not a huge deal but it has been several months.

I like the area but since management has changed a lot of the reasons for what initially attracted me to the property have also changed. The lax in property upkeep and the allowance of certain things to keep happening to bring down the appearance and appeal of the area is the reason for a future move.

When we first move in, things were really good. Grounds looked nice, dog poo was picked up by either those of us who own pets like we should or someone from the maintenance crew. No junky looking patio/balcony areas. We moved from a 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and around that time, things began to change for the worse. Multiple changes in management since then. As in manager, not assistant leasing manager-Tracey is really good. Maintenance crew changes and at times no one to come fix problems. Communication went down hill. Grounds began looking bad. This complex has gone down in looks, safety, comfort, everything. due to COVID, we are not able to move out, but would if able to. Our dog has been attacked 7 times with the last resulting in injuries requiring emergency vet treatment. The care and quality really needs improving as the area has gotten more populated, grown in class.

When we first moved in it was great. But too many different managers, too many incompetent maintenance people, too many instances where ice and snow wasn't taken care of on the sidewalks and parking lots, too many rude people and inconsiderate visitors, and this isn't going to be our home much longer. Pay for a pool that's down way too much before covid, can't use the weight room but you still collecting for it! Pay for valet trash where you expect residents to take trash from their 13 gal trash can and put it in a different 13 gal trash can and set it outside and then store that can in an already limited space home! I am no longer impressed with Park Edge and while at one time, I would have recommended to friends I can no longer say that!

It's been good otherwise wouldn't have stayed here so long. Would like to however see some upgrades to our apt. since we have lived in the same unit for so long. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

Very poor hot water in the showers and bathtubs. The water is cold before the tub starts to fill. Building numbers need to be lit up. Visitors cannot see them in the dark. People with animals do not clean up after their pets.

It has been a grest place to start our new chapter in life. We have enjoyed the community feeling. Wish they had a plsce for kids to play but love the pool being open all year long and the fitness center as well.

The property and management have severely declined in the years we've been here. The property is poorly maintained with building stairs that are literally rusting away marked with caution tape. There are pieces of missing siding, holes in roof overhangs from birds and squirrels. The pool, although billed to be open year round is constantly closed for maintenance and cleaning. It's also a very small pool, too small for the community size. Rent keeps going up while everything else declines

Average. Was not happy about how my lease ended. Ended up paying nearly the same asking of rent for 15 days that I would've paid for a full month as I was leaving. Ineffective communication, miscommunication and training had something to do with the incorrect information being relayed to me and then there was no resolution for it either. It just remained the same. Average community, nice large spaces and closets is a plus, they added valet trash a few months after I moved in which is a plus. Good rates overall...would rate 4/5 if not for the rent issue...because of that 3/5.

It's kinda just gotten steadily crumbier over time. Over the last few years they've removed a bunch of trees throughout the property, and they've never made any visible effort to make the property prettier. The management feels more and more absent/nonexistent too.

It was really great at the beginning. But the last year and a half haven't been so great. Just seems like their constantly adding charges and services that are unnecessary. Our original process for handling trash was convenient, now it's a big pain.

I love the area and it's nice and quiet. Only complaint is the issues with USPS not delivering packages because of the stairs. Also, the workout room being only accessible for a while during the day was hard for someone who works long hours. I also wish there was an option to not have the trash service. While it is nice, the $20 adds up when it's something that I can easily do myself.

Have only had one bad one! Sprinkler line broke we had to leave for after 3 wks was offered another apartment. They paid for our move . Would like to have electricity paid from old apartment as fans etc running for several days!

There is too much turnover in office staff. One manager will agree to do something and the new one won't follow thru. Currently they are doing no improvement to the property, even when I offered to pay for it. I'm leaving when my lease is up

Been more property managers here than the +5-years we have been here, each worse than the previous, property and staff-friendliness going downhill ever since. Never personally met current manager, at least not that I am aware of, exchanged a few emails. Got the impression since we were "not on her schedule", we were being an inconvenience, but not just for interrupting her day as we NEVER got the information requested from the office, mostly not even a response. Have an issue (loud noises, animal, etc.) with another resident? Deal with it yourself or call the police, not the office, they do not have time and-or the inclination. Many activities that once were, are now gone, or so drastically changed it is not worth the effort to participate. At least one activity they encouraged all residents to participate and delivered the activity sheets, now YOU have to stop by the office to get one. All activities that have prizes, never know who wins, maybe the same units every time, after all, the office chooses the winners. Mail-carrier keeps telling the office that "ALL mailboxes are full", then we get the community message from the office telling us to empty our mailboxes. Every resident I talk to say they empty theirs at least every other day. So once again, too much of an inconvenience to verify with residents, but still blame "ALL". Of course, the mailboxes are full, the mail-carrier crams the packages in the mailbox instead of delivering to doors, good luck getting them out without damaging them, (filed multiple complaints with USPS, but to no avail). Office hours and amenities access - keep changing every-other month, supposed to have 24/7 access to the amenities. Safety of residents, and children - when point out safety issues, as long as it will affect the property or staff, they will get right on it. If it effects the residents or kids, management does not care one bit (mail-carrier "issues/concerns" take higher importance). Complained a few years back, multiple issues, all still unresolved. They have the "hold-harmless" from us residents so do not care about us, but they cannot do the same with employees. Grounds and upkeep - snow removal this past 2021 season was well below standards of previous years. want your vehicle out after plows piled snow behind your car, YOU are digging yourself out. want to walk on the paths, safer in the snow beside the uncleaned path, beside has less chance of hidden ice.

Don't live here. Toilet stopped flushing several months ago (1Bdr) and I literally had to argue with the leasing office as to why it needed to be fixed. Cars in complex got keyed a few years back. Had night security for a while, but then took it away. Leasing office didn't return my calls for weeks, even though my neighbor was pounding on my door and broke it. Stairs have been broken for years. I keep getting the "it'll be fixed soon" response. I finally complained to the city and they caution taped off the stairs. Fitness center/pool is closed for all the time. They even had it padlocked for a while. Rates similar to "luxury" units down the street, but no where close to quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Maintenance is slowly getting better, but mostly from me showing our guy how to properly fix stuff. LOVE the location though with proximity to walking trails and the park. Wish there was more for the kids, like a community playground or something.

The management has been great so far. Very responsive and professional. Maintaince has been great but I would update the appliances in the apartments. Most of them were breaking down when I moved in but have got better. Thanks
