I love it, but the way that electric vehicle chargers are treated isn't great. Parking is always a pain too. Do you need "VIP" parking spots everywhere to get more money? How much money is enough? It's annoying to see so many.

Love it here at Park Edge. Office and maintenance staff are exceptional. In 2016 our building was destroyed when lightning struck the roof. Within 24hours we were relocated to another unit and are still here. Hoping the rent will stay reasonable when we receive our new lease for August. Our grandchildren and children love to visit and swim year round!

We've been here for almost two years and for the most part it was really good. Recently management seems to have changed. While we love the main lady that has taken over, some of the other front desk staff can be very rude. Maintenance is very nice and accommodating but sometimes an issue won't get fixed for days/weeks, it seems on if the issue is important to management or not, not the occupants. A lot of construction has been going on recently which has torn up the parking lots causing damaged to our car as well as others in the area. Those issues have yet to be resolved and they've been there for weeks now. Parking is also an issue, there never seems to be enough parking for everyone.

New management leaves more to be desired, but the maintenance crew is fast and efficient. Management is more concerned with acquisitions and not keeping existing residents. Front office/leasing girls are as helpful as they're allowed.

Up until June of this year I was satisfied. Not now. New management has banned smoking and the whole complex was told if you don't like it...move. Doesn't feel like home anymore. Manager is not around when you want her.

I first moved into a 2 badroom, then to 3 badroom I love to live here, the people in the office are always helpful no complaints . Ok. I always recommend to people this location because I love it. Thanks .

My building on the back of the property is close to the highway so it's pretty loud, also it's kind of a pain that I can only get packages during the hours the office is open, same thing with paying rent-I usually have to mail it in because when I get home the office is closed. Other than those little things it's a great place to live, good location and the people who work here are great, very helpful and friendly

I have had a wonderful experience living at Park Edge. I have had no problems and am going on my 2nd year here. My only complaint would be the lack of training on how to use the trash compactor. Some residents don't know how to use it so trash builds up and looks/smells bad. Adding a fenced dog park would make it PERFECT here!

Pretty quiet, super pet friendly, make sure carpet is new when you move in- ours was obviously worn in and they will be ripping it up when we leave and probably charge us for cleaning. Overall though one of the better apartments we have lived in

I used to love living here and really liked the management. I feel that things have gone downhill. The property has so much garbage around it and the area is not kept up. The stairs in my building are literally falling apart. I'm moving after this lease period because of how bad the property is. Management doesn't take any comments seriously anymore.

Work orders are completed promptly but usually leave a huge mess behind. Management doesn't typically follow through on promises (make sure you get everything in writing). The "poo prints" rule is a joke as many people don't pick up their dog's mess and management just shrugs when you make a complaint because it "has to be fresh and untouched". Parking is a nightmare and if you reserve a spot, count on having to call a tow truck multiple times. For the most part, the residents are great.

Good people. No noise. Community is nice. Maintenance around property is poor. Lots of holes on sidewalks and snow and ice not removed very well. Apartment needs update on appliances. Dishwasher and oven is pretty old.

Mostly positive. We have had some flooding, but they responded pretty well. Change in staff had been disconcerting. The exit to the back of our breezeway is nothing but mud and dangerously slippery. Good upgrades inside.

Nice apartment. A little too pricey. Staff are excellent. First floor is not so good. When units above use their dishwasher or clothes washer the discharge goes through first floor kitchen sink. You get methane gas in the unit .

Great location and property with good amenities. Limited parking, difficult to reach management to resolve outstanding issues. Neighbors are not necessarily background checked bringing in nuisance and issues. Quality has declined since 2014 as management has changed 4 times.

This community is a wonderful place to live. There are constant updates to the apartments, which sometimes causes quite a bit of issue with parking and noise level - but it is nice to have updated buildings. There are great community benefits with the fenced in dog park and garden in the summer and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

We really enjoy the location of our place. The ladies in the front office are always pleasant and helpful. I enjoy the layout of our apartment. It has an open feel that makes it easy to watch my daughter. I wish they would pick up our recycling since there's a trash fee. They water the grass so IRS always green but then that means mowers are always here and they seem to take their time with a very small amount of grass in front of our house. Sadly we do hear a lot of outside noises and people.

It is a pet friendly community with owners who are conscientious and mindful of the neighbors. The inside/outside pool is great in the winter as well as the summer both inside and out. The grilling area makes for good conversation with other neighbors grilling along side. The grass is green and well kept the trash service is a bonus as well. Staff is friendly and responsive.

We have been here for 6 years now and we are happy living here. We would recommend these apartments because they are very spacious and the management and staff is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance is professional and prompt. The only thing I would like to see is the apartments with fenced yards that have a dog to pick up their poo as well as the rest of the residents that have dogs to pick up after them. This is a nice community let??™s keep it that way.

I have overall been pleased with Park Edge, it's a little noisy being so close to the interstate and a little expensive for not being that up-to-date or luxurious but the people here are great and make the difference

We actually moved here in 2019, but that wasn't an option. But, so far, so good! Staff is nice and any repairs have been taken care of fairly quickly. The apartments are beautiful, and we love going to the gym - having it be 24 hour accessible is a super plus! Usually we can find parking pretty close, if not right at the bottom of our stairs. There isn't much to say that is negative, however, there are lots of positives. I'd recommend Park Edge to anyone looking to live in the area. :)
