Office staff are really great. Oscar in maintenance is super. Neighbors are dog lovers and very friendly. Pool is small but well kept and weight room could use some updating. My two bedroom is much larger than other places I looked into.

Friendly maintenance and request done on time. Nice apartment compared to others that I have lived in. The office personnel were Very professional and very helpful with the application and the signing. The office personnel also are very good at keeping everyone updated with what is happening in apartment.

I visited to see what the pricing was for a 1 bedroom, the office was nice. The person that greeted me was also very kind and they have great amenities They are a little out of my price range currently but I will be stopping by again in the future.

Overall, out time has been great at Park Edge Apts. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. There are times that the complex is short staffed but they always do their best to make sure all of the residents are taken care of. There are issues within the complex that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Such as the aging stair cases thay are falling apart and a safety hazard. I also have concerns about the safety or the children and pets in the complex due to speeding. I would like to see more speed bumps installed.

The building that I live in is very nice. The only complaints I have are about the quality of carpet and washer/dryer. The carpet is REALLY cheap. Everything else is so nice and I'm confused on why they would put such crap carpet in the units.

Nice place to live. Close to workplace and essentials. Pet friendly. Staff friendly and curtious when interacting with residents. Take care of grounds during bad weather is very helpful. Wish residents were better about cleaning up after dog. I clean up after mine and feel disgusted when others do not

This complex is well maintained and visitor friendly. The units are large for most single and dual occupancy. The kitchens are not new appliances but adequate. The master bath and closet are very spacious and accommodating. Residents are quite friendly.

Only lived her a few months but already feel like the staff knows us and always happy to see us. Have not had a single issue since moving in and if we did I??™m sure the staff would be quick to help or assistin any way they could.

I have had a great experience living at Park edge thus far. The ladies in the office are always so sweet and helpful. I love how it feels like a community here and feels very safe. When ive put in a maintenance request it was fixed very timely.

Have had nothing but a great experience here at Park Edge. The apartments are very nice and we like all the new things happening at Lenexa City Center. Also we live having 435 so close to us for easy transportation any where in the city.

Park Edge has been great so far. I love the office ladies, the maintenance is quick to respond, and it's a friendly community in a great location. My apartment came with a bunch of updates for a great price as well!

it's been a very pleasant experience so far. this will be my 3rd year there so it would be nice to maybe get some updates done to my place, carpet cleaning, or replacing the dryer that tends to eat my clothes... etc. otherwise, very pet friendly environment

great experience. people in office are wonderful. there are a variety of floor plans and highlights to pick from. the office was very friendly and welcoming to all who came in while I was there. Felicia is so good at what she does.

The property manager used to fight for things that needed to be done, which is why I chose to move back here. Now that he left, things are not done like they need to be, rent is getting higher but the property is going down hill quick. Issues are being half way done, parking lots are falling apart, and kind of addressed. Buildings are literally falling apart, windows don't work in several apartments and not being replaced. Paint is falling off, common areas are not clean and maintained, cars are broken down and then covered with trash and not removed even after several complaints when it is in the lease. Cigarette butts litter the property, my apartment wasnt cleaned or made ready before I was able to see it on move in day, issues have not been completed as promised verbally. Flooring not changed as it should have been, ceilings not painted as they should have been, windows are rusty and crumbling...

The community is great to live in. I typically feel safe, especially at night. There's not much noise complaints but if there is management is on top of it. They respond to maintenance requests timely and are willing to fix the problem.

Overall it??™s pretty quiet and tranquil with lots of super cute pets! There is an awesome trash service they do 3x/ week. I??™ve never had an issue with parking. They love to keep landscaping up. The pool is heated which is nice, and uncommon. The fitness center??™s up to date and good stress reliever. They have a fun little victory garden Everton can participate in too.

It is a really nice community to live in. Quiet . Just wish there was a place for the kids to play at instead of in the creek area. Maintenance usually fixes things back to normal or brings a replacement. No solicitation which is nice.

This community has been a good place for my husband, son and I over the past 4 years. The staff is friendly and we like the recent upgrades to the complex. I love the location of the complex and it seems overall a nice place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a moderate priced apartment in a good location.

Ok not bad, not great. People are very nice, apartments are only so-so. Good location too and a decent but not great value. Very near the highway which is nice for getting places around town but not so great when you??™re trying to sleep and can still hear highway traffic

Have not had an issue with any of the residents. I'm a pretty loud person so I'm surprise no one has any noise complaints in my apartment. The front desk sectaries are away nice and polite. Having the ability of them holding my mail delivery is something beneficial. As I worry someone will steal my packages.

We love it here. The management is always on top of things the apartments are roomy and the location is close to what ever you need. We have lived in other apartments and they don??™t compare to these to park edge. The community is growing more every year and it??™s cool to see what??™s new.
