Very community oriented. Staff is fantastic!!!! Beautiful, quiet property molded into the landscape. Dogs are welcomed!! Valet trash pick up is very convenient too!! Apartments are spacious and affordable.

This is a well-kept, well-maintained property with uniquely designed interiors and amazingly friendly staff! Add in the quick & efficient response to any issues -- no matter how minor -- and it just gets better. Throw in a reasonably priced unit and it makes the decision to move in very easy.

I moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment with a buddy. We were referred to by a friend who was living here. This complex has the best bang for your buck around the Lenexa area. Other apartment complexes are too overpriced for what you get.

Compared to other places that I have lived at. People in this apts are friendly, social and engaging. Management has been good in getting people together to foster community values. On the negative end parking can be bad at times more especially if you come late at night.

I moved to Kansas from Iowa. First location I had "picked" out didn't meet final expectations. Park Edge was where I needed to be. So thankful the other place failed. The staff was very helpful with getting me settled in.

After looking at many properties, Park Edge impressed me from the beginning. The management was friendly and professional and the grounds were well kept. The apartments are spacious and I don't hear any noises from my neighbors. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly and correctly. Love the location too!

So far it's been great experience, friendly staff, requests are done in acurate timing. Staff knows me and my kids by name. Always available to answer questions and to help with anything that we ask for. Kids love the apartment and the staf. Provides great amenities for residents and guests.

The staff has been outstanding and the maintenance (if needed) is always on time. They listen to requests, and the staff even went to Google Fiber for me when they were taking forever to install a line to my apartment. They are willing to take extra steps to do the job right.

Excellent place to live. My two roommates and I have lived here for over 3 years and we really enjoy it. It's close to shopping and to the park. Staff is friendly and personable. There is a 24 hour pool and workout room.

We love Park edge! We've been here almost 4 years and still love being here. Very helpful and friendly staff, spacious apartments for very reasonable prices, well kept grounds, and very pet friendly! Definitely recommend taking a look especially if you have a large breed dog-no weight restrictions!

It has been a nice experience sine I moved in Aug of 2016. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance problems I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are kept nice. Complex could use at least one more trash dumpster.

The apartment is very spacious. Maintenance is very professional and responds quickly to requests and fixes the problem. The office staff knows who you are and are also very professional and understanding. Residents seem friendly and management trys to maintain a community feel! Property has always felt secure.

Love living here! Staff is amazing! Pet friendly with no weight restrictions is what initially brought us here as we have a Siberian Husky and a Alaskan Malamute. The community events and everything else to do here is amazing!

This is an outstanding property with more than appropriate cost for the quality. I have lived living here! Staff are friendly, know me by name and often reach out to make sure my needs are met. It's within walking distance of Shawnee Mission Park and I've loved having this access for viking and rec. Truly the best apartment living I've had.

My experience has been great! The staff are very polite and professional! The apartment is in great shape and have little to nothing that I would change! It's a quite complex and I love it! It's nice to have a pool open all year as well. The rooms are spacious and I really like the updated cabinets, counteracts, and appliances. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

The 24 hour pool and gym are nice ammenities. Staff is friendly and personable! We live near the highway and the park so it's easy to get away or buy groceries. The apartment is clean, safe and spacious.

Great location and the staff are very friendly. I appreciate the value and the quickness of maintenance. There were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues when we moved in but those were resolved. Parking is a little hectic. I never hear the neighbors. Nice size apartment. Don't understand why there are two showers in one bathroom - more room for shelving.

I moved in Dec 2016 so it has just been a short time but everything about my move has been wonderful. Most of all the staff is great, friendly and caring. I get email reply's in a timely manner. And they take care of my problems and answer my questions in a quick and timely manner. That is very important to me and I appreciate it so much because I just came from a complex that did none of that. The staff is very important to tenants because they are their lifeline. Everything else is gravy here. I'm so happy and excited to be living here.
