Location was one of the reasons we decided to look into parkedge, the community is close to everything especially the park. We have been living here for a few years now, there have been time when we have thought about other places but every time we realize how much we like parkedge. The staff here do an exceptional job taking care of the property and residents.

Its been pretty good so far. The ladies are nice in the office. Whatever I've asked, they helped with promptly. I took over a lease and it was a pretty easy process. I wish all the units were more up to date inside, but it's not bad. I would recommend the property.

I have had an excellent experience here. I don't know what else I could say. They have been excellent to me. Whenever I had a problem they took care of it immediately. Maintenance had been excellent finding out when I wanted them to come because I'm ill and they want to work with me.

It is very pleasant. The staff is very knowledgeable about the property and extremely helpful. We've enjoyed our entire process from our tour to signing our lease. The people in the community seem very neighborly. The grounds are well kept and amenities as well.

Park Edge was the only apartment that the amenities were satisfactory. The people were knowledgeable and friendly/outgoing. The apartments layout is spacious and clean. Each time I've called a few times on different items and they were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. I've haven't used the fitness center or the pool yet. I do wish the pool was bigger or maybe a second pool somewhere on the premises. It is small and the times I have been to the office it looked crowded. I hope to live here a couple years as long as the rent doesn't go up significantly when my leases is up in October 2016. Thank you.

It has been great. Maybe I'm not use to living in the mid west but certain things don't seem to hold up well here. Ex. Doors, door knobs. Do love the trash pick up feature and year round pool. The parking is great to cause there is plenty of it.

GREAT! We absolutely love living at Park Edge! We have been extremely satisfied from the day we walked in for our tour. The location of Park Edge is extremely convenient. We are close to interstate, as well as many restaurants and shopping. Another great part of living at Park Edge is the Shawnee Mission Park is right across the street. We couldn't be any happier with our home!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's a safe, quiet community with plenty of parking and nice comfortable apartments. Pet-friendly with well kept sidewalks and lawns. It is centrally located in Lenexa, close to the JC library, Shawnee Mission park, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. But it's tucked away off the main thoroughfare.

Zac and his team are awesome. Any maintenance inside the apartment is completed within one to two days. The outside grounds are kept up very nicely. The community is very safe and kid friendly. Also, well insulted walls, I never hear my neighbours.

Overall my experience at Park Edge has been very good. The property is well maintained and very safe. The staff at Park Edge is professional and listens to concerns that I may have. I really think it was a great decision for them to have pet owners to turn in the dog's poop; It had been a big problem with individuals not picking up their dogs waste and now this is no longer a problem on the property. The upgrades they have done on the property such as putting in rails along the steps and replacing lighting has been great for the safety of the residents. The socials they have for the residents are great. The property looks nice and anyone should be proud to call this property home.

Just recently moved in, however, everything looks very nice. The staff has been very kind and helpful to do anything they can to make you comfortable. Very quick to correct any issues with the apartment. Allow you you treat the apartment as your home and work with you to make you happy.

I've barely been at this apartment complex but a month. It is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.I got a pretty good deal on a two bedroom and im very happy. The apartment was very clean on move in. at some point they will have google fiber. I don't know when that will be, but I was dissapointed they didn't have it yet. all around good place to live.

Spacious apartment homes that are well managed and maintained. Great amenities that include indoor / outdoor pool and a workout room with the latest equipment and several flat screen TV's. Many community events throughout the year that are fun and allow you to meet your neighbors.

Not good We've had problems with cleanliness inside and outside unit, also having mold is another problem, and the equipment hasn't work for seventeen days now ( dryer ). Someone needs to talk with us that will listen and stop telling us they only have two employees doing maint. Having wet clothes laying around is not good.

Park Edge is a great place to live. Friendly staff that knows you by name and is always willing to help. The apartments are very spacious and have a ton of natural light. Great storage and a big balcony. Being right across the street from Shawnee Mission Park is incredible! I love living at Park Edge!!!

Staff has been very responsive. Repairs and maintenance have been done in a timely fashion. Management knows my name.Some exterior maintenance, such as doors windows and balconies could be spruced up.Grass cutting has been spotty but is mostly affected by weather.

I have not lived here very long, but so far I am impressed. My apartment was exactly what was advertised and the staff have been very accommodating. It is close to shopping and the Shawnee-Mission Park, which allows me to feel like I'm in the suburbs while also having the amenities of a city. So far, I'm very happy living here and do not anticipate that to change.

I've lived here over 2 years now. The location is great and is why I moved here in the first place, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The few maintenance requests I've had were resolved quickly without any hassle. For the price, though, the apartment units are definitely just average. The windows are poorly insulated, resulting in chilly drafts in the winter and hot spots in the summer. The bathrooms in the single-bedroom units are excessively large for some reason (which I suppose some would like) but don't have an exhaust fan, so they become pretty musty, especially if the shower is run more than once a day. Mold can build up pretty rapidly if you don't clean frequently. Wall-to-wall insulation is pretty good; I can't ever hear my next door neighbors, but floor-to-floor insulation is worse. Footsteps from the unit above are louder than I remember in other apartments. Overall, though, the staff makes this a great place to live. My maintenance issues have always been sorted out quickly and I've never had issues dealing with any of the office staff. They're all very friendly and accommodating, which is the most important thing I look for when looking for apartments. The location's great, next to Shawnee Mission Park (hence the name) and I-435. You're definitely paying for location more than anything else.

It's been a great experience living at park edge. Staff are all friendly And office staff knows your name. I was shocked when a member of the office staff saw me at the grocery store in the parking lot and made an effort to say hi to me by name. In my opinion that's what makes living here nice.
