I have lived here a couple of months now and so far it has been wonderful! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Haven't had any problems so far regarding any maintenance and the area is very well maintained and is a great location! The apartments are much better insulated than my old one. My electric bill for the winter has been much lower than at my old apartment which surprised me considering my current place at park edge is much bigger. The location is great being so close to the gym and the dog park too. Overall a great place to live!

Love it! Love it! Love it! We live in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom & have called it home for for almost a year. The layout of the apartment is great (huge master closet, 2 baths, and a shower to name a few). We also love being able to go to the pool winter and summer! The other residents are friendly, it feels like a community- not just a place to live! The staff, Zach, Felicia, and Samantha, are awesome! They know us by name and are always happy to see us! Anytime we've had any trouble, they've been persistent and helpful in getting it solved. I also love that it's across the street from Shawnee Mission Park. I walk my dog in the off leash area all the time.

Noise problems galore. I had a neighbor who played in a "band." He would have band practice 1-2 nights a week in his apartment. This consisted of drums, guitars, bad singing etc. They would sometimes play until midnight on a week night. I contacted the management about this problem multiple times. They eventually started ignoring my emails. They once told me that the band playing tenant had the right to make noise. I'm sorry, but I didn't realize he had the right to have a full-on band practice in his two-bedroom apartment. I started to call the police each time I heard the neighbor's band practice. Only then did the managment call me to acknowlegdge the noise problem. However, they only called to yell at me for calling the police rather than contacting them, which I had tried. Eventually, I think the tenant got the idea that you can't have band practice in an apartment after the police were called on hime 5+ times.

outstanding property and staff is fantastic. trash pick up a nice touch. the staff reponds the first time. i really enjoy living here. the staff keeps the property looking great. the service of sending messages on packages received is really nice. you never have to worry about getting a package with how they handle to packages and the messages that is sent to you.

Although we are new it has gone well and we enjoy the apartments. The management has been very helpful, especially Felicia. We also enjoy the landscape and that until now it seems to be fairly quiet here.

Park Edge is a great place to call home. Apartments are spacious and the amenities are first class and include an indoor / outdoor pool and a fitness room with state of the art equipment. Employees at the leasing office are great and attentive to residents needs. Maintenance requests are tended to promptly.

I just moved in but so far it has been wonderful. I love the amount of space I have in my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. The staff knows me by name, I'm not another number. The neighbors have introduced themselves and I have felt very at home here.

I love it here. The location is perfect just minutes from downtown and there is so much just down the street. Manager knows me by name is always very nice and helps me in anyway I need. The property itself is maintained very well and kept clean. I just love it here!

Staffs are always smiling and gladly help residents. Service requests are timely taken care by staffs. Landscaping is well managed. I like trash pickup three times a week by staffs. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Park Edge is a pretty good place to live! The staff is friendly, the maintenence response time and work done so far for us has been well above expected. The price is quite fair for what you get and location. Don't really have any complaints, already renewed the lease once and do not foresee leaving any time soon. I would recommend to anyone.

our experience here has been great the staff is very helpful and professional. so far we haven't had any issues with the property they have come and fixed things in a timely fashion and are very nice. the neighbors here are very nice as well. The people with pets clean up after their pets with no issues.

The staff is lovely. They are kind and helpful and treat you well. I feel safe in this community and it is very quiet. The maintenance crew keeps it looking nice and clean. It's a great location to get anywhere in the Kansas City area.

Waste of time and money! All of the "good reviews "on here are "verified residents". It's interesting that they won't verify the residents that post bad reviews because it's the truth! It's interesting that a few days after I posted my HONEST review, they had 3 fake good reviews posted on here all on the same day. The reviews sounded like the same person (probably a manager) went on here and posted on here to uphold their reputation. Park Edge is horrible! Others have found out that I live here and they feel sorry for me because they too have lived here and they experienced the horrible quality and bugs to the point where they moved out early.Save your money and look for quality apartments because Park Edge Apartments are disgusting!

As stated previously I have been very satisfied with Park Edge Apts. I love the lay out and the efficient use of space. I wish the first floor apts had screen doors so I could get a nice breeze and air flow throuought the apt. If I had that and an area to have a small garden I would probably stay there forever. Management and staff are extremely helpful, professional, timely and caring.

This community is fantastic. The people who work in the office and on the property are nice and friendly. The only issue that I have encountered is parking. There is not enough close parking spaces to the apartment, and even the car ports are not close to my building. That is not the property staffs fault though. I will miss this apartment complex and community.

Easy move in, nice neighbors, parking could be better, but I rarely hear my neighbors, I love the valet trash service, the fitness center is kept clean and plenty of TVs for.everyone, love that it's 24hrs, a nice place to.call home.

All is fine. They are very helpful! I am thankful to be here. They fix things immediately. They are very nice. I paid $ 50 a mo for utilities & could move small things until my house closed, I just could not sleep here until I closed & began paying rent. I have been here over 4 years. It is nice to have your own laundry front door.

Very attractive area around the apartments. The landscaping and the maintenance of the is outstanding. The office staff are very knowledged and very friendly. The maintenance staff are very knowledged and quit to take care of anyones issues.

This is definitely been the best apartment complex that my husband and I have ever lived in (and we've lived in several). The staff is superior, the grounds are beautiful and they've really worked to keep it clean. My husband got a job in Colorado or we would NOT be moving out. The apartment is spacious, the master bath and closet are unbelievably huge and I rarely ever hear my neighbors. You have to like dogs to live here though! We don't have one, but we love them, so we've enjoyed them except when owners leave the dog poop on the ground, but management has really worked to keep that cleaner. We only hear barking when we're outside, so that really shows you how soundproof these walls are. Maintenance is fast and superb. I would recommend this complex above all others.

We have only been here for a month but are extremely happy with all aspects of this community and staff.. Believe me we came from a community that we were there 10years but the last year the community sold and it shamefully was not maintained and rent through the roof. But these people cared about what we had been through and gave us the ideal apartment.. I do wish the people above us were more considerate about noise but it's not constant nor everyday.. Overall we glad here at Park Edge

Firstly, It is a huge apartment for a good price, and the staff is very friendly. However, I have had nothing but problem after problem with appliances, bugs, and noisy neighbors. I realize that probably no matter what apartments you live in, you'll always have some kind of noisy neighbors. But the bug and appliances constantly breaking down is a HUGE disappointment for the money I'm paying. I'd love to stay if it weren't for so many ants, spiders and other creepy crawlies sharing my apartment with me! (It's bad when I have to inspect the shower before hopping in since half of the time there's a spider in it!)
