Quiet community, super nice office staff. One of the better deals in Lexington for price and amount of space you get. Plenty of parking. Love that there are two pools for the residents. Convenient to Tates Creek and Nicholasville Road.

Brandywine was one of the first apartment complexes my husband and I had looked at when moving to Lexington. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome and the complex great. I love the two story buildings with stairs inside the apartment. I feel it is safer and easier to move furniture.

I love the appartments and the staff that we have.whenever theres a problem it always was taken care of.The pool was very clean to swim in,and my company enjoyed themselves swiming in grounds stay very clean everyday I see.I dont mind living here,its just I dont like everytime you have to renew your lease it Goes up every living in any apartment complex I agree that after a years stay your carpet should be cleaned for free to our residents!

These apartments are great haven't had any problems yet. It's very clean and nice. And you have nice people at the office too. Overall it's a good community and friendly much better than my passed apartments.

Has been great. Love the staff, love the location, super quiet apartment. Moved in August 2021 and so far everything has been top notch. 5 minutes from work, shopping, plenty to do in the area. All 5 stars from me.

Very safe and staff are great. I do not have any complaints about where I stay. The staff have always been open and quick to respond back. The staff are also very kind and empathetic. Maintenance is also amazing.

Pleasantly uneventful. The surroundings are always clean and well maintained. The staff is very efficient. I Love calling it Home. Being that I live alone since the passing of my wife, I find the surroundings very peaceful and quiet. My neighbors are as quiet and unobtrusive.

I've only been at brandywine for about a month or so and it's been okay. The complex is for the most part quiet and clean. I work night shift so the only complaint I have is the frequent (daily) use of weed eaters and leaf blowers right outside my window.

Really near everything I need and not too far from my job. I've grew up on this side of town most of my life and I love it. My job is only 10-15 minutes up the road. It is a very quite community, everybody pretty much stays to themselves and I like that.

I have lived here for 9 years, office staff and mantinence are great. Property is always well maintained. I feel safe here and have never had issues. I believe anyone would enjoy living here. It's really a great community.

Overall a good place to live with the price I pay. Would like to see updated exteriors and updated bathrooms without white tile floors. Also would like to have more light so lamps won't have to be purchased.

I have only lived here for a little over a month but I am already liking my unit. The complex is in a good neighborhood and it is an easy drive to my workplace. It is a good place to live for the price.

They worked with me when I really needed it. They made sure my maintenance request were fixed fast as possible and overall I feel they really fought for me to be there and really made sure I have everything I need!

We have lived at Brandywine for 5 years and have enjoyed it. The price we pay for a 2 bed 2 bath is cheaper than the other apartments around. Great value for what your paying, quiet, and landscape is always kept up.

Excellent customer service. Excellent groundskeeping. Superior safety regulations. Police officers with their vehicles parked help to keep crime to a minimum. No crime heard of personally. A very very accommodating environment overall. Love this place. I've lived here for about 10 years. Have no desire to move.

Brandywine is a great community to live in, the complex is kept clean and well maintained and the apartments, even though not new, are kept in good standing and appliances are relatively new. We really like living at Brandywine, and now that Tina Coots is back we really love it, She makes the difference in the community

It is great when you first move in. They say they will clean the carpets every year they are here...they really don't. It is super hard to schedule that when you have a pet. Plus they only clean the main living space. The current manager is great but the office staff is lacking.

Nice community and space, the apartments are some what big and accessible. The price for renting is up to you to decide if it's fair personal I'll not be renewing my lease. The community is pretty quiet no complaints and it's a smoke free area as well if you hate the smell of smoke.

The location is the best part with Kroger, a gas station, a gym, vet, variety of food, park, and only a 10-15 min drive to UK! The quality is more than satisfactory and a great deal for the price. Staff is incredible and maintenance is unrivaled. Would highly recommend!

Moved in Brandywine apartments about 6 years ago. Have lived in several apartments during my younger years where management was terrible. Not so here at Brandywine. They make you feel like your part of their community. My wife and I have home outside of town, but work in town so stay at apartment when working. The apartments are well-maintained and clean, close the shopping yet out of the noisy are, so very peaceful and quiet without students and young folks partying. Everyone I met here is friendly. The best thing about Brandywine to wife and I is the great management and maintenance staff. Always polite, courteous, and best of all competent and responsive. We have had water pipe break in upstairs apartment and on other side someone's dishwasher overflowed and leaked down into our apartment. We call, and within minutes of both cases maintenance was there to resolve (even though both incidents happened late at night. They have emergency number that they do respond to. Quite impressed, and would recommend to anyone seeking safe quiet and affordable apartment life in Lexington KY.

Brandywine has been a bang for your buck this year. I love the pool amenities and the rent is very reasonable. The best part has been the office staff who are very friendly and quick to respond on issues.
