Overall great location, office staff are amazing I absolutely love the property manager Jen. I have lived here going on 3 years and have minimal complaints, when I did have issues.. they were quickly handled. Maintenance is always quick and Efficient. Just a few minor things I would change to make it a great place to live.

Good deal for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The utilities seem somewhat new. The area is extremely quiet and friendly neighbors. The location is great just off man o war. Highly recommend for the price.

Having recently immigrated to the US with no credit ot renting history, finding a place to live was not easy. The staff at Brandywood has been very helpful with the whole process, providing great advice and being very reactive to ensure my application was processed quiclky to allow me to move in on my chosen date. I moved in on July 1st, and I love it! Great apartment, good facilities, and the community seems very nice too.

I have found Brandywine to be an excellent place to live. Its close to things I need such as Kroger, and restaurants. The community is friendly and inviting, and the Beandywine staff are courteous and take care of any and all needs that we may have.

The complex is very well kept. Staff members are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any problems you may have. Maintenance team is very professional and respond to work orders usually within an hour or so.

Sometimes working with management is hard. My daughter and her husband were evicted and they lived next to me. I am 75 and have neuropathy. They were helping me out. They finally put a banister up after I requested for me to hold onto in case I fell. I do know my daughter and husband were asked to leave even though they had renewed their lease..someone say them smoking outside in their car but that is their property and since they have left, I've seen other people smoking on the property even a potential drug deal right in front of my apartment.

Great experience moving in, Jen was very helpful. The process was easy and was instructed very well with being informational about the guidelines of the community. No trouble or any comments regarding the community at the moment. Seems peaceful.

Friendly staff and very quiet place to live. Summer time is the best cause you can go relax at the pool or relax on your patio. People are very friendly and nice . I like how the staff try to have fun events for us .

Very nice. The outside is always maintained well. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is fast. And the apartment managers are really nice too. The only downside is not having washer and dryer hookups for one bedrooms. However, they do have a laundry room you can use for a fee

The complex is well managed. Office staff and maintenance staff are responsive and friendly. Great place to live. We moved here from Dayton, Ohio. Brandywine is the first place we looked. We were so impressed we never looked anywhere else.

It is a great place with excellent maintenance and office crews. Very close to a Kroger Grocery and restaurants. Very close to Manowar Blvd. You can be in either Hamburg or the Fayette Mall area in minutes.

A sexual predator has been going into the laundromat to steal woman's underwear, when brought this to the management they did absolutely nothing and the same man did this again a few months later. Brandywine did not even change the code to the laundromat the first time and the door still does not latch properly

We've lived in Brandywine for almost 3 years and we love it. The office staff is amazing especially the manager, Tina. There is always time for me and my concerns. The maintenance staff are just awesome. Every time they had to do work in our apartment they clean up any mess that was made. They are nice and knowledgeable. When we have snow they clear the sidewalks and parking lot as soon as weather permits. I would recommend looking into Brandywine in Lexington, KY.
