Brandywine is a wonderful place to live! I would highly recommend moving to Brandywine, there is great value and great community! I have live here throughout my law school education and it has been a peaceful place to study and relax as well as being super close to the school!

I have been here at Brandywine for 4 years and have seen employees come and go but Brandywine maintains it's reputation. It's safe, quiet, clean, close enough to stroll to restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a very nice Goodwill, Kroger, a hair salon, a beautiful park...I love it! I love my apartment and the space it provides for entertaining. I love having a beautiful courtyard view I can enjoy from me sweet patio. Everyone, staff and residents, is so happy. We have such a great community.

Loved it here

I moved here initially when i first left Ohio and stayed for 6-7 years !! Absolutely loved it, moved back again and still loved it. I highly recommend the community. Friendly staff , nice community, and overall good location. I would move back again if i needed to!

Overall my experience here has been very good. The apartments and the neighborhood it is in is nice and in a good area. The staff have been very nice and helpful with any problems that I have had, and worked everything out in a way that works best.

I've really enjoyed living here. Area is great as it is close to everything. The apartments are clean, spacious, and feel like home. The staff at the front office are professional, easy to communicate with, and friendly. The gym, pools, and laundry room is all very well maintained. The maintenance team is super fast, efficient, and easy to reach.

Best value in the area for a two bedroom especially- it was clean when I moved in, they just redid the pool and gym, I have tons of closet space? it's nothing glamorous but it is definitely everything I need at a price I can afford!

They give a good lay out to their floor plan. The kitchen is big enough to a tame house hold. the large living area is big enough for floor play with kids or cats. the little niches that were planned out due to where each of the houses is are quite spacious and nice for kids playing and pets walking.

The staff at the office are good about answering questions and keeping you informed. They have taken care of me. But there has been a lot of turn over. The maintenance staff is fantastic! They come right away almost every time I have reported a problem. They are courteous also. The rent goes up quite a bit each year. The owners did make a small adjustment for some of us.

I think any where you go if you see a good service that's mean there is a good manager, Thanks to God for having a good Mangers for take care of his business , by making us happy in our living in brandywine apartments , by offering all the good services you need to be comfortable in your life , If you feel happy and comfortable that's mean you will stay longer, and that's what I did , I renewed my lease for onother year, Highly recommend for every one , and Good Luck ??.

It's been a great experience the past few years, quiet and peaceful, nice amenities, the office staff is super friendly and maintenance team is very dependable and knowledgeable. My rent went up $100 last year, that would be my only complaint

Brandywine is a pretty solid community. The apartments are centrally located in town which allows for easy & quick access to all parts of the city. The grounds are well maintained and recent improvements to the outside grounds have been a positive. Gas grills are located in a few areas on the property for the grill masters as well as charcoal grills areas. The maintenance staff has been helpful in my experience as well as office staff. I only intended to stay here a couple years, but have been a longtime resident.

It's the first apartment complex/ house i have stayed at that i can whole heartedly say i will be staying at for consecutive years. the staff is amazing and very helpful with any questions or concerns i may have. i will be recommending this place to anyone interested in moving into a new place or even just brag about it to my friends and family

Quiet and easy going area. No trouble with parking and easy to use amenities. I haven't had any issues with getting packages safely at my door. All in all, a solid place to stay as a middle aged worker.

I think for the most part everyone in the office and the maintenance are very friendly helpful and quick to answer. The apartment rents don't care enough to pick up after themselves. I think for your home and community you should be proud of where you live. The staff and maintenance work hard running this complex's. Need up dating in apartments.

So far it's been a good experience overall. The maintenance team is exceptional. I do wish the expectations regarding what neighbors are allowed to keep on their patios and porches were higher. Some keep junk and trash outside.

The property is well maintained. The office staff is friendly and much easier to contact than at many other apartment complexes. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond. Neighborhood is quiet, with an easily accessible park and grocery store.

The community was great when I first lived here. It has gone down hill. I've recently had issues with package theft. There have also been issues with maintenance concerns being neglected. The outside appearance is being improved but the inside is not.

Staff is great as in the maintenance crew. The apartments are older but nice. Rent increases have gotten crazy. I feel for the price there are better options. I also don't like that we do mot get our choice of internet providers.

I moved here in 2021 and I have been so happy with the staff and the entire facility. The neighbors are all nice and it's a very quiet, peaceful place to stay. I use the workout facility some too and also enjoy it. All in all it's a wonderful place to live, and convenient to Kroger and some small shops

Staff are fantastic! Got us into an apartment very quickly! 2 pools on site are nice and well kept and generally others swimming are friendly. Location is decent, grocery nearby, short drive to hamburg area or Fayette mall. Safety for the area is a slight concern. My vehicle has been broken into once in less than 5 months (possibly twice but nothing to steal 2nd time so unsure if anyone actually got into it). Appearance outside is decent but renovations are being done currently. Inside could use a bit of work, but given the time frame I had to move in it's understandable that cleaning, painting, general maintenance would be a bit rushed. Wish it was a bit cheaper for a 2 bed, but overall its pretty good.

The apartment is very clean. The staff if very friendly and helpful. They always respond very quickly when you need a maintenance repair or if you have a package waiting to be picked up at the office.

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the work orders are completed quickly. The neighbors are mercifully quiet at least 90% of there time and clean up after their dogs pretty well. For the amount of money that I pay each month, I feel that security of the premises could be better
