I have lived here almost 11 years. It is near shopping and safe to walk pets and for people walking.Things have improved over the years and previous and current management is very good. Problems are attended to in timely manner.

The community is great! I love the area quiet and safe! The apartment is nice, the only problem I have is that I was told I would have a washer and dryer hookup and they put in a unit that doesn't have that. I was very disappointed.

Office staff is friendly and courteous. Maintenance is amazing! Once you put in a service request it is handled the next day and you never have to worry! The apartment is a great value for the rent and spacious!

So far, zero complaints beyond issues with the internet provider that occasionally pop up. Very nice community & great staff! I would highly recommend Brandywine apartments to anyone looking for a quality living space in Lexingto.

Very Clean Property, Staff works very hard to address any issues. For the most part property is pretty quiet. Maintenance group addresses any issues in a timely manor. Outside has been recently painted and a new roof was applied this year.

It's a great place to live, I have no complaints. I would recommend it to anyone, the office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly. The gym they just redid has lots of new machines and is very clean and the two pools are great to hang out at in summer. :)

I have lived on this property for almost 3 years now and I have enjoyed my time here. When I first moved to the property, I paid around $750/month with rent and all amenities included which was affordable for me. During my time here, I have noticed rent increase some, but it has not increased to the point where I would move somewhere else solely for that reason alone, but besides rent increasing there really aren't many other major complaints I have. Staff is professional and kind, and the property is always well maintained.

It is a decent apartment in a nice area. Rent here is cheaper than it's nearby competition and typically in a better area. The staff is great. I moved away from this apartment complex a couple years ago and lived somewhere else, I liked it so much here that I returned.

Office staff is wondering and is very responsive along with maintenance staff. Everyone is always very professional and helpful. I do wish there was assigned parking for residents along with the inside of the apartments being more updated. But overall, great place.

The Apartment are great! I love them. They are very quiet and have a private feel to them. There is just one thing that bothers me and that is the fact that for summer time i have witnessed random people come to the pool that do not live here and are not related to any residents. Besides that, service requests are completed quite fast and i feel very safe and satisfied where i live. My electric bill came in a little too high for a 700 ft one bedroom. My bill came around $180 and i found out that part of the reason was the porch's sliding glass door gas a gap where all the cold air would come in or hot air would escape. This being said i requested a service and they put some type of insulator in the gap instead of fixing the bad door but I believe the only way to fix it is to replace the door and fix the wood frame of the door and i think business wise it is not beneficial to them and will not do it. Overall, they are good apartments.

Wonderful clean community has alot to offer an the apartments are very nice as well ive had no issues while living here for 2 years! The only thing i think we should have is assigned parking because there 300 units meaning muiltiple people have more than one car myself included.

All the staff is so helpful. They are very personable and very friendly. Brandywine is a good looking apartment complex and they have great amenities. All the areas are kept clean and organized. They like to keep in touch with their residents as well.

The staff has been great here. They have been helpful with packages, including delivery when I was sick. I have had an ongoing bug problem, and sometimes messes from construction weren't cleaned up, but aside from that it has been a pleasant experience.

Great neighborhood, walking distance to stores/shops. Pet friendly. Most I'd not all breeds. Very fast maintenance turn around time. Great place all together. Office staff is super friendly and they goes over and beyond for us.

I haven't had any issues with Brandywine. I have enjoyed and am currently enjoying my stay. Great staff and a great community. Very pet friendly. Staff responds quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to a friend

It's been great! The complex is well maintained and the staff is always extremely friendly and responsive. There's also easy access to pretty much anywhere you would want to go, as the complex is right off of Man o' War. My only complaint is that my unit doesn't have in-unit laundry, but there is a laundry facility on site that is well maintained. I know that Brandywine is one of the best deals in Lexington.

Love brandywine. It's quiet and clean. The staff is awesome and respond quickly to all concerns. It's great how they make sure every tenant is responsible for their pets outside cleanup. Been here since 2020 and have never had any issues.

It's been a pretty decent experience so far. It would be nice if it was renovated to be more modern. For an example up dates to the appliances and removing the carpet. Maybe putting in a area for the pets to go and run and play.

BrandyWine apartments is a beautiful and peaceful community. Grocery stores, gym and restaurants are within walking distance; which is excellent when you need to buy a thing or two without having the face Lexington's traffic!

Brandywine has been exactly what I have needed. Pretty condo-style apartment living, nice views, my particular area is relatively quiet-which is great. A very pleasant place to live, in a very nice area off of Man-O-War. Convenient location to many shopping places and businesses. I am very happy they are pet-friendly as well -which for me was a top selling point.

Brandywine apartments have been an absolutely amazing place to live for the past few years. The rent is affordable for the Lexington area with great amenities and staff. Not to mention all the new renovations that they have completed and will complete in the months to come. I love the community and friendliness of all the other residents. I would recommend brandy wine to anyone who's looking to live in Lexington.
